How did the press not catch this? KK also testified in Colorado Springs on 12/20, and likely other occasions. So I guess she was in custody most of time of her plea involvement. No one ever saw her.

I don't believe KK was under arrest here, but voluntarily cooperating in Co Spgs interview, with her lawyer present.

KK was reportedly arrested only once, and that was for buccal swab, while she was in ID. KK's been under advice of attorney ever since.

This is just ... I have no adequate words.

The Frazee family must *never* have access to the little girl. It’s just unthinkable, and I’m thankful that the court got Kelsey’s daughter into the Berreths’ hands.
