Was there solid enough evidence to demonstrate KK was in Idaho 11/22-11/24? This is what is critical. This woman admits to trying to and including coming to KB's residence and places herself in her blood which by itself could be reasonable doubt. I have no doubt PF murdered KB but I think tracking a psychopath through a crime scene she cleaned is not on anyone's sop for good policy. What the heck? Use photos. If she wasn't a psycho she is now.

Defense pointing out that Berreth family (Cheryl & Clint) stayed at Kelsey’s townhome between Dec. 3-6. Not necessarily overnight everyday. Defense making point that it’s not normal to have people in & out of a crime scene. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

Defense curious on Dec. 4 Berreth townhome search. They ask Slater about what was visible, to which he responds nothing (blood, sign of struggle, etc.). @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

That’s NOT love, it’s insecurity - it’s evil - it’s jealousy - and it’s lust. KK is a woman who wants what she wants and doesn’t care how she gets it, as long as she gets it.
I wonder IF she would have EVER told the story IF she had not been caught, or would she be living happily ever after with IT.
The fact that she didn't approach LE, even after it was all done, and then at first lied to the FBI probably answers your question, unfortunately.

Wow. Wow. So much information to digest. A few observations:

1) KK came so close to murdering KB 3 times by her account and helped heavily in the clean up with what appears to be little to no remorse (partying trips, Sonic, crocodile tears for herself, etc.). Most people wouldn't be able to do any of this, yet she did. What does that tell us about HER? Is this really someone who learned her lesson and after her tiny sentence will not commit more crimes?

2) KK said PF played the guessing game in the office/extra bedroom. So, how was there so much blood/teeth everywhere? Only thing I could think is she was running trying to find safety. Probably ending up in the bathroom where she was trapped. :(

3) As someone else mentioned, how was he not more covered in blood? It sounds like he shed a layer or two since he was pictured with white tshirt (guessing undershirt), but wouldn't pants and shoes also be covered. MOO

I am holding out hope that when it comes time for KK's sentencing that the judge has a trick up his sleave about the "aggravating circumstances" and gives her much more prison time than she expects.

Dear Lord I hope so. I hope there is a big trick up the sleeve.

On another note, he seemed to start bringing this up once she found out about his child with another woman. July to August... There will be time later to hash that out... His game was falling apart... Probably on both ends. Just speculation...

For the most part, I believe what we are hearing. I just didn't expect that KK would seem basically ok with what was going on.
Yeah, everything seems to fit.

I’m calling BS on the nonsense that she wanted the blood evidence to be found, and she wanted the phones to be tracked.

And the idea that she was scared.

But I believe that the murder and the events surrounding it, happened as she described.

A lot of you thought she helped clean up and was involved in more than just "moving" the phone.

I was on the fence. I had hoped that she came into town on Nov. 24, got the phone, and went back to ID on the 25th. Those of you who thought she was more involved were so right. But how many of you imagined that she was present when PF was burning KB's body? Heinous. Evil. I can't even think of enough adjectives right now.

Without her, it would be much more difficult to put him away for life.

She supplied a ton of information that could not be gleaned from other sources.

I would have liked a much stronger punishment though.
There is no doubt she provided all the evidence beside #1Cop Mom. It is also probable in all of mankind she is the most heinous witness in history.

Defense asking about cadaver dog actions in the home. The handler reported the dog was interested in a pair of Kelsey’s underwear. Dog also alerted near Kelsey’s Toyota. Defense asked if the car was searched. Slater said yes. A pair of socks reacted with reacting test. @KOAA

So if you used your dark-side imagination this morning, and tried to come up with the most horrendous sequence of events for this case, with respect to-

1) the 3 counts of solicitation.
2) method of murder.
3) crime scene mess.
4) location of baby K during murder.
5) extent of cleanup.
6) dinner plans after murder.
7) disposal of body.

You would never come up with what we heard. What was presented is far worse than could be imagined.
