They then went to Kenney’s home on Dec. 18 with proof she lied to the FBI and about her knowledge of what happened. Kenney wouldn’t speak without her attorney present, which then happened on Dec. 20 after reaching an agreement with the DA’s Office about her charges. @KOAA

I don't think any of what we've heard is new to LE or the DA. I think they knew all this in giving her the deal.

I mean, as bad as it all sounds to us after the fact—and it really is that bad—it sounds like KK basically walked LE through this start to finish, handing them their case.

It was Krystal who tried establishing rapport & gave her the number to the burner phone on the Sept. 23 visit. Krystal destroyed that phone & actually got another burner phone before her Oct. 15 visit to Kelsey’s home, defense & Slater agree. @KOAA #KrystalKenney #PatrickFrazee
