I hope Kelsey's family has an attorney guiding them as well. What a stressful lonely place to be in. My heart goes out to them.

The truck being towed must mean it was specified in the warrant - so they must have some information from someone or the phone or something that is leading them - it does not strike me as a "let's look for everything to rule him out" type search IMO

Clearly the police have new information. My guess is they have video evidence of Kelsey in Patricks truck on Thanksgiving.

That's pretty young to be able to say anything significant even if she was an early talker.

Although my brother was an early talker. At 14 months he could say some simple three word sentences "Ik zie paard!" (I see horse!)

Hmm. It would be unusual.
Who remembers the two-year-old who said "Mommy's in the rug" ?

I seem to recall Susan Powell's boy saying something along the lines as "mommy's in the trunk" ?

It always fascinates me that perpetrators of a crime, think they will get away with the crime! Typical psychopathic behavior.

Now I’m wondering if the warrants are based on a confession.

Prayers for Kelsey's family. The anxiety and pain must be unimaginable.

Or perhaps the truck lit up with luminol showing a lot of blood- and the story about picking up the baby omitted that Kelsey was also picked up and something terrible happened in it?
edited to add luminol

That fascinates me too, and what really amazes me is how truly bad they all are at covering their tracks.

Maybe, like someone posted earlier, they did go looking for a Christmas tree...

I believe the warrants came first and he and the baby left the property during the search. I do wonder if someone else has come forward (remember Amber Frye?) and shed new light on the relationship with KB?

Certainly not his confession, as he’s still a free man.

I think they may have evidence that he lied about the time and place of their last encounter.
