The search warrant contents are sealed.

He can’t comment on what they’ve found.

They have been doing a number of other things that led them to be able to search the home.

They have yet to have PF sit down with an investigator. He has only communicated via his lawyer.

They refused to answer whether PF had refused an invitation to search previously.

He refused to comment on whose truck was taken off the property on a flatbed, on the custody arrangement, and on the texts from Kelsey’s phone.

He said the grandmother hasn’t seen the baby and they have no info that leads them to believe they should remove her from him at this time.

When asked if PF had traveled anywhere, he said they’d like to ask him that.

I think the complexity etc is because there is so much LE in PF’s family that every step of the investigation has to be perfect. Not to mention that there are a bunch of them and they’ve all closed ranks. I hope PF doesn’t get to walk out of the police station post-courtesy ride.

Interesting presser. What I gathered:

1. He's a suspect.
2. His attorney is a liar. (My opinion!) He is not cooperating fully.
3. It has been confirmed. He is withholding the child from grandma.
4. "Custody arrangements" may be key to this case.
5. He was the last to see her.
6. PF has not stated his whereabouts during the crucial time period.

So PFs excuse for not talking to the media or going to the vigil was that he didn’t want to impede the investigation? Weird, what could his excuse for refusing to speak to LE be then?
