The most sickening thing in today’s coverage aside from the child being present during the murder, was that it was done while she was blindfolded under the premise of a guessing game. She trusted him, and he murdered her while she thought they were playing a game. Truly dispicable!
And then PF shows up for Thanksgiving dinner like nothing was wrong. I have no words that are not going to get me a time out. I also heard that KK lied to LE when they first contacted her saying she did not even know PF or KB. She is also a LIAR. I hope they both burn in hell. IMO.

Hey my WS Friends. Kept up until page 60 today. Work got in the way.

Feel incredibly sad. And I haven’t read it all yet. Not sure I want to. Poor Kelsey. We wanted info and we got it
We sure did. I am sick.

We need to map all this out because if the defense can paint a window on time with KK present in CO it will be a rough work around.
I believe KK's whereabouts are covered.

Preliminary hearing provides for "hearsay," and investigators testified on KK's behalf today. Also testified that KK's father was interviewed about KK's demeanor when she spent Thanksgiving in his IDAHO home.

KK was obviously able to provide evidence to prosecution prior to her plea agreement that she was not in Colorado on 11/22/18, and /or her actual whereabouts. MOO

She was completely able to live with all she'd done for many, months. Not surprising, too bad she didn't ____________.
Feel free to fill in the blank in your own mind.

But if she had, PF’s lawyer would have questioned her sanity, said she did it all by herself, and she wouldn’t be around to testify. And PF would then walk.

I wonder if there is proof that PF threatened KK in regard to her daughter disappearing if she didn't do his bidding. This is the "man" she ruined her life for?

  • #146
I believe they are going to release the affidavit in the morning. What about the search warrants?
Search warrants are still under seal.

  • #147
And he knew he knocked a tooth out since he told KK to look for it and she found it
He told KK where to find it. That's the part that makes no sense. If he knew where to find it, why didn't he remove it.

I am absolutely stunned. Speechless. This is NOTHING like I imagined.

  • #149
Some invisible fist grabbed hold of my chest and squeezed it in a vice-like grip when I read that there was "blood on a Bible."

Kelsey's blood on a Bible.

A bloody Bible which KK then threw away.

Could there be anything more damning than that?

Rhetorical question.

JMO.
Straight to hell...do not pass purgatory, do not collect wings....straight into the flames

And she is culpable in the murder of KB. Why did she not go to LE right away? Why come to CO to clean up a murder because HE ordered her to? I just can't wrap my head around this.

I have to say, I know they know their stuff, but it isn't going to take much to turn the court of public opinion from PF onto KK after today's reveal. Honestly, it did affect the way I felt. I admit I am anxious about how this is going to play out going forward.

I've said all along that PF kept his trap shut when arrested in the hopes of convincing one juror...just one!
Standards for women, mothers nonetheless, are higher. I find myself blaming her more than him too.
She's a mother...a mother that took away a child's mother. Come on KK, there's a mom code. Mother's protect not harm.
It's unfathomable.

It's almost like he was entertained by the thought of KK doing all this for him.

I'm just wondering what the defense is going to use. Not that it will matter one iota.
KK did it. PF helped her out after she lost control and shot KB.

He's a mean one that PF. Cruel and calculating, but thank God dumber than a box of rocks also.

MOO

His fat Frazeeing fingers, probably couldn’t fit into the vent.

I’m not reading anything more into it than that.

More than 32, and Judge has not reviewed them all yet. Search warrants are on hold.

They refuse to talk about SF
Slater really wanted her to be forced to talk but after hearing everything today - I understand why the judge isn’t pressing SF to speak at this point. She is his mother, IF she ever talks - it will be to protect him - not convict him - I have no doubt. Bringing her in at this point will not help the prosecutor. I do believe that charges might be brought later but maybe not .. As long as she gets NO visitation with baby K - I’m satisfied with her staying home with her mouth shut for the moment.

I wonder if that's what the Berreths were referring to in the wrongful death suit when they describe the mental abuse she endured before and during the murder.

What a horrible person PF is, not a man, a person.
