I agree.

I think the pinging was part of the plan to mislead authorities into thinking KB had headed north. It might have been KK's particular contribution to the plan. PF is an emotional calculator; KK is a coldly rational calculator.

I think she left blood behind, but not in hopes of LE finding her. I think she left it behind as insurance if she thought PF might still come after her or her children. She could remind him that no matter what other evidence he/they had destroyed, she had deliberately left evidence in the condo. Easy to overlook, but also easy to find if you've gotten an anonymous tip. If she didn't tell him where it was, even if he could get back into the condo, he wouldn't know where to look.

YES...all of this!
especially this part..

My translation is he pulled her sweater over her head and started hitting her. He is making himself seem more clever than he is.
I am with you on that, smelling candle scents sounds like a thing a woman would suggest, if her sweater was tied over her eyes it would of covered her nose.

Does anyone find it extremely odd that KK's story is that she wanted to leave clues for LE in the town home and wanted LE to track her down via cell pings? Sorry but I think she made those mistakes because she made those mistakes. She took LE into the town home and said look, I left this blood here for you to find? I turned the phones on so you would know where to look for me? I wanted him to get caught? I wanted to be implicated in obstructing the investigation and possibly a conspiracy to commit murder? I tried to help? Are you kidding me? MOO

But yet at no time did she ever pick up the phone to inform anyone that Kelsey was in grave danger. Not when he wanted her to poison her, not when he called her continuously with dates to come back and try again, not when he called and said clean this mess, not on her 800 mile drives back and forth, not while she was intimate with him, not while she scrubbed a houseful of blood off the walls, baby toys, or a Holy Bible, not while she fished a tooth out of a vent, not while she looked at the pictures of K and Baby K in K's home, not while K's remains were still intact and could be used as evidence in this case, not while she watched PF burn K's remains, never. She is as black souled as he is. MOO

What I remind myself about martini's...they are like boobies, one's not enough, three are too many, but two are just right! :D
Too late  ... unfortunately I will regret that 3rd one in the morning ... but I really needed it today!

How would a sweater stay tied over someone’s head during such a violent struggle?
Here’s a thought.... What if PF was pulling Kelsey’s sweater over her head under the guise of intimacy but KK felt betrayed by even the suggestion of that taking place so she changed it to her more girly sounding candle scent scenario?
He could have also just gotten the sweater up over her head in a variety of ways and then pushed or tripped her to begin the attack. He seems like the kind of guy who would not be willing to have a fair fight to me....
JMO
I recall it described as he blind folded KB using her sweater so he could make the first blow.

Yes it was cowardly and unfair. He's a big man powering over KB, and he could have easily strangled her with no mess. This was anger, rage, and brute force expressed upon KB.

Animal force.

Didn't PF, bro, and LE meet at Five Guys burger place?
Yes, PF and SF2 met with Agent Torres but PF had spoken with his brother first and decided he wanted to speak with a lawyer before giving a statement. IIRC. Geesh, this is a lot of information to process. Glad we have it though!

So it's not possible he drugged KB, or tied her up and let KK do the terrible deed when she arrived from her 800 mile trek?
I mean it seems the deal was she was actually going to kill her.

I want to see his Walmart receipt and if candles were on the receipt. That would seal it for me that he did it. Otherwise I'm still side eyeing her.

I understand. She's a psychopath just like he is. She "loves" him. They could have gone on together and been real killer couple - after which they could have stuffed their faces, each time.

She should have been charged with everything in the Colorado criminal code possible and I guarantee that would be several charges. Then the prosecution could have backed that down a bit for her testimony but not this BS! That's just lazy and a total disregard for justice.

I noticed one thing in the live blog and that was that she lied to the FBI. Now, I usually think that's a BS charge but, in this case, how about charging her with it? I don't know the maximum penalty but have recently learned that it can be used to destroy people so destroy her.

I'm not clear on this: They found the burn area, at the ranchette, with melted plastic, but no human remains? How is it that the female psycho says she didn't see Kelsey's murdered body when she was right there?

It looks like Ma knew exactly what went down. Here was I saying she might be another Cindy Watts. She's worse!

OMG, these people. I think of that whiny faced M, sitting there saying what a good person her psycho gal pal is. Imagine you knew this information and what KK did to assist in this atrocity and the gall to sit there and spin that garbage. I'm dumbfounded. I hope she gets eaten by sharks and I want the rodeo queen in prison along with her Satanic partner.
Well said. I say prosecute him. Then charge her with all these false statements to federal agents in a federal case. It's not sexy but has years.

I keep coming back to this Confrontation of ABC Denever7 reporter with PF and think how cold and chilling PF said in response to the reporters Question do you know where KB is. Quote PF says "This is private property, this is a private road". Chilling

so I'm late here, but what I'm thinking...he was tired of KB...she prob sought mental health counseling because of all of his gaslighting.
But anyway, so he gets custody papers, but never files because...it is expensive! So he figures if he just gets rid of KB, her gets everything he wants for free...plus probably all of her stuff as most of it would go to lil K and he would have lil K
And if he could get another woman, KK , to do all fo this for him (also for free) even better. Plus if it went wrong, he could totally set KK up for all of it...and still get everything he wanted (again for free).

when they both go to prison, I'm gonna go to Sonic and have a Strawberry eff-you Lemonade for both of them.

"the message to Frazee's phone saying "do you even love me anymore?"

This doesn't fit the " We broke up because she wanted space" scenario he created. It makes KB sound brokenhearted.

May have been paraphrased. Could have been a “code” message, since PF knew it was really KK using KB’s phone. I’m picturing KK smugly asking on behalf of herself, (again paraphrasing), something like “Hey PF, look what I did for you, now tell me how much you Love me?”

@gliving yes exactly. It sounds opposite of someone wanting space. Another clear sign PF is a psychopath since he cannot feel what normal people actually feel. He can only imitate what he thinks people feel. And he obviously gets it very wrong.

I hope PF will be burned also. Slowly.

In either scenario, how the heck could she not have seen the bat? She would notice if he was holding something long behind his back. Can you hold both candles and a bat while administering an "smell test"?

How did he even get the darn thing in the house without KB noticing? I think the candle scenario is bogus.

I think he came in swinging... maybe striking her initially in the kitchen area and pushing her to the back office room to end her life.

I wasn't anticipating getting so much information from a preliminary hearing. Wow, what a pair of evil plotters.

I think so to. She may have been in love with him for a long time, and was probably very vulnerable and lonely.
I believe he was well aware of that and used it to his advantage. I doubt he ever cared for her at all. Imo
After listening to her today ... you actually think she was vulnerable? Omg. She’s the spawn of Satan  she’s not vulnerable or lonely! She has children - what “good” mother gets lonely when they have kids? Sorry but I can’t deal with anyone giving this “monster” a pass ... for any reason after hearing everything she did for MONTHS.
I could forgive a momentary transgression, a moment of weakness, etc but not months of conspiring with the devil.

We interrupt today's rage, sadness and disgust to bring you this reminder: BREATHE & GAZE at this shining star for a moment, for our collective compassion for Kelsey brought us all together.
Soooo needed to see this again tonight as I sign off. Three beautiful generations (one upcoming) of kind, thoughtful, strong and loving women. The B girls is how I see them, they all look so alike. Thank you P4YT :)

So, hate to say it, but he's a big guy especially compared to KB...and he's abusive. So, all f the blood all over the house and upstairs etc, on the tv , on windows...do you think he ..well he could have killed her in one swing. Do you think he maybe dragged it out on purpose? Or maybe he is such an idiot he couldn't even do this efficiently?

I don’t know WHY but I thought KKs family lived in Colorado? I thought she went to Colorado for her family Thanksgiving ... I don’t know where I got the notion that her Dad lived there ... didn’t they say Dad didn’t think she was acting strange on 22nd?
We know she had KBs phone - so why couldn’t it have been HER with PF in all those pings?
There are holes in her story IMO... and the girly “smell the candle” DOES NOT fit the PF described by others that shot dogs and horses that failed to do their job.
Why didn’t he shoot KB, it would have been less messy. It doesn’t even make sense why he wouldn’t have done it while they are on the ranch checking cows at 4am ... much less evidence and mess to clean up out there.
Why go back to her house and do it?
Something isn’t right with this story.

I agree, the story doesn't pass the smell test.

The candle story does sound like something that KK would have come up with. Interesting that Mr. Big Cowboy told KK it would be 'easy', but when the time came, he found out otherwise. Or perhaps he knew it would be messy and lied to convince KK otherwise. It would be tragically ironic if the sweater cushioned the first blow and made things worse. I agree, he not only wanted the element of surprise, he couldn't look her in the eyes: not because of guilt, but because I think even he knew that if KB looked into his eyes, she would have known.

I don't think he ever intended to kill KB personally. I think he had had enough on Thanksgiving day, he knew KK would have four days off, so he took matters into his own hands, and his many plans started to go haywire.
