I'm replying to my own post just to clarify my statement here:
PF has always been the Monster we knew from day 1.
Now KK has been revealed to be as equally Monster-ish. IMO
My laser focus on PF as the bad guy and only one responsible is now conflicted by KK's level of participation.

I don't think PF is ANY less guilty or less responsible by any means, I just don't want the general public to feel doubts about him in their blind rage at KK's actions.

Hope this isn't one of those "clear as mud" moments.

I don't think you need to worry.....

Anyone who closes his/her eyes and pictures a bat hitting the side of that sweet girl's head while her baby babbles in the next room will find him guilty on all counts.

I mean it seems the deal was she was actually going to kill her.

I want to see his Walmart receipt and if candles were on the receipt. That would seal it for me that he did it. Otherwise I'm still side eyeing her.

Ok what bothers me is that he is a big guy and she is tiny. All it would take is one swing of the bat and she is dead. How could there be blood all over the house? If the sweater was over her head it would have absorbed the blood splatter. This doesn't make sense to me. Just moo

As far as I understand, he agreed to "address it moving forward", but "addressing it" could (and hopefully will) mean denying it.

Exactly, what the defense is going to say. I have tried to go back through everything and collect what i could on PF, but could have missed some things.

1. I do believe he did it. KK was in Idaho at a family Thanksgiving- and i think the cell pings indicate KK was already dead- her phone was with PF.

But here is the problem:

Evidence against Patrick

Nov 22- video of him back at KB’s house at 336 is in conflict with his statements

Nov 22- cell phone pings show that KB and PF’s phones were together late in the day near divide and later west of cripple creek

Nov 23- cell phone pings of KB and PF’s phones show they were both in florrissant

Nov 24- texts exchanged between the two phones near Florissant and cripple creek (by the afternoon KK’s and KB’s cell phones were together pinging of the same towers at the same times.

Circumstantial Evidence Against Patrick

Nov 22- PF called KK at 437 pm

Nov 24- Ent credit union survellience- Patrick seen on surveillance and his truck with a black tote in the back-

All of KK’s testimony

Black tote that is surmised to have contained KB and was burned.

Burn pit- accelerant identified as being used

Hay bale discoloured

Defense can poke a million holes in this. There is no proof of what was in the black tote. KK didn't even see it. No footage of PF or KK at the house- after 336 on Nov 22 for PF.

I would convict but depending on how it plays out and how blood testing comes out, I can see some people having reasonable doubt.

I am scared. They are both equally involved as far as I am concerned. She was actually going to kill KB on 3 occassions. WTH?? She drove 800 miles to clean up someone else's mess when she could have called the police and they would have caught him red handed.

Mind boggling...

By her own admission she traveled three times to make attempts on her life then places herself cleaning the victim's blood. All PF needs to do is be quite because everything she said he did, she was there as well.

That’s horror movie type stuff, and although this does seem like a horror movie, I don’t for a second think she was tied up.

A sadistic killer, who takes pleasure in inflicting mental and physical torture, doesn’t solicit someone else to kill for him.

He wanted her dead, just like Chris Watts wanted his wife dead; this was a means to an end.

I do think he tricked her, and did it the way he said.

As an official armchair psychologist, I see her murder this way. The defendant covered her head and face. He didn't want to see the face he had loved. He knocked out teeth, but had his accomplice pick up the one he saw. Again, he couldn't deal with the personal nature of his kill. Same with her blood....too personal and he would have to take responsibility in his own mind, for what he was doing. I'd love to know how he got her in a container for removal? Did he cover her? Was the baby crying? Has he got all this justified now? Is his accomplicette the "bad guy"?
TO ME, he's silent because he's got this whole twisted tale justified in his own mind. You won't see this defendant cry like Felon Watts, even though I think his tears were shed solely out of pure embarrassment of his crappy deeds that now the whole world knows.
As I shake my head, I wonder why God creates people like this. But as wonder, I am planning on dying with a legal pad full of questions for Him upon my death. Maybe then all questions will be answered.

Also Just to try to help clearify, I think the reason that we don't have video of KK arriving to clean was that the neighbors video only kept it for 7 days. I think its highly possible by the time LE knew about the cleaning date that the video was already deleted by the security company of the neighbor MOO

Since the romantic relationship with the nurse was started in September and the murder plots were hatched in September, I think getting rid of the pilot instructor to further the relationship with the nurse is at least a partial motive.

This article states KK has represented that their relationship began in March of 2018, just a few months after the baby's birth.
