iirc, KK told LE she intentionally left blood on the fireplace. I don't believe she did that to catch PF, I think she did it to mislead LE into believing the house was the crime scene. The residue the Berreths found was in the bathroom and I think that was from KK and PF cleaning themselves up after returning from the murder and disposal.

As much as it pains me to think about, I’m hopeful that maybe one reason he burned the body was that there was a lot of evidence on it, I hope Kelsey fought like hell and his DNA was under her nails, maybe she even got a good bite in and that’s what caused him to knock her tooth out. I’d also like to think that if that SOB had actually returned her gun to her maybe she would have gotten a shot off, he did not have that gun at the scene for more than one reason. MOO

She probably went flying when struck in the head, hitting her face on something and knocking her tooth out. I'm hoping the first blow knocked her out cold.

This guy trusted her so much, that he was comfortable enough to ask her to kill for him.

It stands to reason, that he’d also trust her enough to tell her about the gory details.

I mean, he trusted her to help clean a crime scene, retrieve a body, burn that body, and take Kelsey’s phone back to Idaho.

He likely told her everything, so it rings true to me that she knew everything.

And, KK was personally interested killing KB herself, so she probably asked for ALL the details.

The arrest affidavit says KK told the police about (and then they found) blood on the rocks around/above the fireplace, a baby gate, and a light switch. The Berreth’s found blood at the base of the toilet in the bathroom.

sounds like kkl and ex hubby isn't all that amicable if she is making up false texts to alibi herself in case he checks her phone.
she is expecting/ anticipating him to be following her movements.

Haaaa. Reportedly, they share a residence. He probably sleeps with one eye open! No way is he danger free sharing her roof.

The blindfold candle guessing game is weird to me. I mean, were PF and KB truly this close and playful in Nov? He must have really acted and played her. I thought they were in an ‘exchange the baby’ phase. It’s weird to let your ... fiance?.... who you are having issues with blindfold and play with you. Totally agree it sounds like a woman’s idea.

KB spent the night prior to her death out until 4 AM with baby K checking on PF's cattle in Westcliffe because PF supposedly had an ulcer. Then she went to the pharmacy to pick up medicine for PF's ulcer. She talked to her mom twice Thanksgiving morning and was happy and normal and excited about their upcoming Christmas plans to get a tree and decorate. She asked her mom for a bread recipe, then went to the store to buy ingredients for a dip and flowers. KB believed PF was taking her and baby out for dinner but her mom said KB wanted to make dip and got flowers in case plans changed. I think KB was hoping PF would take her to his family Thanksgiving dinner. I think KB believed they were an engaged couple, she may have even loved him and I think she never saw any of this coming. PF is a snake who deceived KB and lied to almost everyone else about the nature of their relationship. The whole idea that their relationship was nothing more than exchanging the baby came from PF. Her parents' civil suit claims this was a lie/misrepresentation and also seems to indicate that KB was the primary caregiver of Baby K, not PF as he tried to make it seem. There was no 50/50 custody agreement between them. MOO.

Well, I think many will now surmise what they are looking for in the landfill. They are looking for those seven or eight bags, those black bags that she filled and took and put in the dumpster.

Right. Meaning he went to Walmart first. I thought so but I couldn’t find the time for the video with all 3 of them. I think that’s plenty of time to do what he did and clean himself up and still get to dinner, albeit late.

Taking Baby K to Walmart and then back home to murder KB doesn’t really make sense. Wouldn’t it be easier to shop without her?

Re: the 1:24pm video. The arrest warrant says that someone fitting PF’s physical description enters KB’s front door. No mention of him having the baby carrier. I wonder if he left her in the truck while he killed KB.

Not that that makes this any better, but maybe Baby K wasn’t in the house to witness it after all.

Good catch! If it caught him at that time, he should have the baby with him walking back into the house.

It could be it just wasn't necessary for the arrest warrant?

No. All the affidavit says is that after PF leaves KB's condo at 16:30, both of their phones begin pinging together off the various cell towers along the way. Assuming he took KB's cell at that time.

IMO, it would take a horrible, evil being to do what he did, if what is alleged is true. How could he hate her so very, very much. This is the worst I've seen, IMO.

And will his "girlfriend" stick by him after this horrible murder?

The fiancé of missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth allegedly beat her to death with a baseball bat on Thanksgiving before cleaning up the crime scene with the woman he was having an affair with and then burning the body in a water trough, the woman allegedly told prosecutors.


According to multiple news reports, Patrick Frazee allegedly convinced the 29-year-old Berreth, who authorities presume was murdered, to wrap a sweater around her head so that she could guess the scent of various candles.

Once Berreth’s head was covered, Frazee, 32, allegedly bludgeoned her to death with a baseball bat before stashing her body on a nearby ranch for two days, reports ABC.

If they catch her lying, all of her credibility goes out the window and her testimony against PF is useless. They don’t have a body yet. That would be the absolute worst case scenario. I don’t like the woman, but she is crucial to the prosecution’s case.

Yes, paragraph 68 it talks about that she took all those bags and burn them at his house. In addition to other things in paragraph 73-76. Thanks for catching that!
