Thinking...maybe kk wasn't planning on leaving evidence for LE to find (since she did such a good bang-up job cleaning in the first place). Maybe on the trip home she remembered she had forgotten to clean up two spots that she had planned on cleaning up before she left. Got tired. Forgot them. Hence the new concocted story.

The divorce was finalized in 2018, but the proceedings were started much earlier.
To me the interesting bit (if true) is that, according to KK, she only learned about Kelsey and the baby in July.

So she was finally free of her marriage only to find out the love of her life has a baby and another woman in his life.

Just some random thoughts. IMO maybe KK borrowed a vehicle to try to evade being tied to the scene, so this shows premeditation and planning. While driving, she not only did not tell LE about her BF's plans like she told friend(s), she would have repeatedly drove past LE, I mean they're all over the roads...this shows she is COLD enough to have repeated opportunities to reflect and just not care. How many trooper stations did she pass for goodness sakes. This tells me IMO that she must have previous crimes to be that cold and she is/was a nurse, a person in utter control of helpless people at times. Then, look at PF in that video with the dogs. The cows don't even looked brushed for a video and we know he has no other job to be responsible for. The dogs are repeatedly called B's. This old B, that young B. Even though they have names. "Pepper B. She's cowboy broke, nice enough dog to USE". What a great way to exercise your control and power with B's. IMO I am sure he treats all women the same way. I think he's lazy with a capital L and controlling. I really wonder how many animals he has abused and killed. Two utterly depraved people, how many victims do we really have? I mean she went right up to someone's door in broad daylight.

There was an interesting video that was posted of an interview with a Bob something on HLN, I think, where he talked about her maybe needing to change her name and go into hiding. I cant remember his last name.
Even though people have never met Kelsey or any of those involved in this horrible murder, there are some that are very passionate about this crime. Just look at some of the comments on these threads.
Some people get even more emotional since KK is getting off so easy, which adds more to the hatred. Imo

The person(s) who will hate her the most are probably those closest to PF.
As in.... "How dare she hurt their poor, innocent PF like that ? She destroyed his life. He did nothing wrong.... etc."
Or something like that.

If she walks away from this , KK might be wise to look over her shoulder-- for the remainder of her days.

But this Megan she borrows the car from also knew about the murder plots since October. She may have lied for KKL to not be blamed for a murder on the 22nd. I’m not sure her dad or Megan’s word are solid proof. Neither is the ex.

Personally, I hope she isn't safe. I suspect, however, she will be fine. The infamous Tot Mom, Casey Anthony, is proof that it's possible.

I'm inclined to think that the witness protection program might be the cherry on top of the sweet deal she scored. I'd be surprised if her fancy attorney hasn't secured it.

I think the simple answer is PF forgot about the phone. We still don't know for sure when KB died. KK wants us to believe it was the 22nd so that KK has an alibi.

You know, this has run through my mind over and over. Especially with Patrick going home for Thanksgiving to Ma's ranch with his brother and his family (found out later the brother's family was there as well). How could he have cleaned up himself so well, in a short period of time, after killing Kelsey, then show up with the baby for Thanksgiving dinner? If only the brother had given a round about time when Patrick came for dinner on Thanksgiving. He said he arrived at 2:30 pm and that Patrick arrived afterwards. We know Patrick didn't, according to the affidavit, so what time was dinner at Ma Frazee's house? Was Patrick late for dinner? Is that why the phone call to his mother? Still, according to Krystal, there was blood on the baby's toys, foot prints with blood all over the condo, how did he clean up so dar gone quick in time for dinner? I hate to go there, but if there was that much blood everywhere, I just hope and pray that none sprayed on the baby.

This time line is just so damn tight. Especially such a violent death.

Unknown male and female could be her parents, but I think they said they did DNA on the parents, if I remember correctly, and I am sure the brother probably did one also, to rule out any male. They arrested Krystal and got DNA from her. So, who could the male and female be? Well, we could say friends were visiting, perhaps a couple, that had to use the restroom during their visit.

Or did PF have help from a male and female that day? I wonder how old this DNA is? Especially since nurse Ratchett did such a thorough clean up of the crime scene. Who else would have been at her condo just before or after her murder? Things that make you go hhhhmmmm.

I’ve skipped many, many pages due to lack of time right now, so perhaps someone else has already mentioned this idea .....

Since we know PF and KK had already discussed and planned three different ways for KK to murder Kelsey, it appears that KK was willing to at least try to follow through. I don’t buy the “being fearful” story, because she had the option of going to LE at any time during the solicitations. It sounds like they were in cahoots and KK was a willing accomplice, however we know she backed out each time, forcing PF to complete the actual murder. Maybe KK had said she couldn’t actually kill Kelsey, but she would be willing to help out (cleaning the crime scene as well as transporting and disposing of the cell phone), because she was so angry at Kelsey for “abusing her baby” (the big fat lie that PF fed to KK) .... and, of course, she wanted to ride off into the sunset with her rodeo king. It’s possible PF was very angry with KK for not completing the murder, and did tell her to clean up “her” mess after PF was forced to do the dirty work of murdering Kelsey. After all, who better than a nurse to clean up a bloody mess thoroughly?

Edited to add: I don't think KK came forward out of a "guilty conscience". She came forward to cop a plea because she knew she could face a lot of jail-time if she didn't, and that she'd be implicated as an accomplice. She only wants to save her own hide, imho.

Well her own hide is going to be looking for a decent place to hide after she serves her term. I can't imagine that even now, she can go anywhere in public without people not at the very least, saying stuff to her. I do feel for her kids, though. My heart aches for them so much.
