So what about those cinnamon rolls? Did KK fail to dispose of them or were they a snack for her during her hours long cleaning up of KB's blood?
Well, she got rid of the foil covering them because it had blood on it. I bet she was the one who ate one! No idea why she would leave them there.

I’m more horrified to think he was in KB ‘s condo for 3 1/2 hours, during which she was brutally killed.

His determination and fervor to dispatch her with such brutality makes me very worried that she was tortured. A man of his strength who deals with 2,000# horses could have killed her quickly with only 1-3 blows. He didn’t need 3 hours to kill her.
He also didn't need a ball bat.

  • #143
Because his Mommy probably has done everything for him and that is why he demanded KK to do this. His view of women is to serve him or die.
Thanks God Kaylee will not be raised by him!!!

  • #144
Since KK has a plea bargain, will she ever go to trial?

  • #145
This might be a dumb question, but I thought witnesses were intended to be sequestered. Why would a sequestered witness send someone to the courtroom to take notes for them?
Because he goes to all the court cases and vlogs it on YouTube and Facebook. They announced in court he was a witness, but he did not know this previously and was not notified.
He had permission to go into the Nash Ranch before the court date video. He made a video of this. At the end you catch a glimpse of the red barn.
This is why I think they might have been called as a witness. Moo.

Yes. Here it is. Did you have a specific observation/theory to share?

View attachment 170128
Who are the unknown profiles...and why is it presumed PF’s DNA is not present? At least in the bathroom. Did LE find PF’s DNA elsewhere? They have video of the guy entering the townhouse, right?

  • #148
I think LE came to KK....moo
Yes, just being a little cheeky. Sorry. I tend to get a little sarcastic when it comes to people that disgust me.
I don't actually believe KK tried, in a final act of desperation, to shoot her lover only to miss, but at this point I suppose I wouldn't even be surprised.

On the bright side if there really is a bright side, at least this idiot did not kill the baby also. Like that dope (CW) killed his family in Frederick CO.

That would have been a decision made by the prosecution, she wouldn’t have had a say in it.

They wanted to lock her into a deal,
before PF’s court appearance.

So, just jumping in and off your post, I guess I'd like to take a minute to speak to that point.
I've seen similar sentiments expressed on the thread re: Dan May, and people's understandable feelings of dismay re: the deal he proffered to KK.
I say understandable because I share those exact same feelings you and countless others here have expressed.

Frankly, the fact that KK received such a sweetie beauty of a deal sticks in my craw,
and I don't even know what a craw is.

KK doesn't deserve a pass.
But for all intents and purposes, she's been given a pass.
Life doesn't always hand us what we deserve.

They say justice is blind.
In this case, Lady Justice had to strap on her blindfold w/ regard to KK's actions.
It had to be done.

Because PF must, must, MUST be made to pay for his savage, vicious snuffing out of KB's precious life's breath. PF took everything from KB. Everything. And he did it in a cruel, barbaric and bestial way.

PF is evil incarnate. I really believe that.

I think Dan May recognizes the extreme danger that PF poses to society, and he made the determination that PF had to be locked away forever at any cost, both for the safety of society as a whole and as a just punishment for his ferocious extinguishing of KB's light.

I'll bet you anything that Dan May absolutely hated having to make that deal with KK.
As much as this deal sticks in my craw and yours, too, probably, I'll bet it sticks in Dan's even more.
But he knows what the overarching imperative he's been tasked with is, and that's to make sure PF pays for his actions.

PF plotted KB's murder.
PF solicited KB's murder.
PF executed KB's murder.
With a baseball bat. A baseball bat!

Dan May is going to eviscerate PF in the courtroom.
Dan is going to bury PF, but he needs KK's cooperation and testimony to do it.
KK is the only one holding the magic shovel.

Frazeeing PF is the real imperative here. So, I swallow the bile that rises in my throat every time I think of KK walking out of the courthouse a free woman, because right on the heels of that thought is the absolute conviction that Dan May is going to ensure that PF never draws a free breath for the rest of his unnatural, unholy life, which hopefully won't be a long one.

For me, that's enough.

Here endeth the manifesto.

Kelsey Berreth case timeline: Everything we know so far

KB TIMELINE Continued....

Nov. 22, 2018
1 – 4 a.m.:
Investigators found that there were at least seven contacts made between Frazee and Berreth’s cell phones between these hours, including a four-minute phone call that happened around 1:42 a.m.

9 – 10 a.m.: Cell phone records show Berreth text messaged Frazee at 9:37 a.m. and that the two spoke on the phone for about 3 ½ minutes around 9:40 a.m.

12:27 p.m.: Berreth and her daughter are captured on a surveillance camera at the Safeway in Woodland Park leaving the store. Receipts from the store and her home corroborated she was there at that time.

12:31 and 12:33 p.m.: Frazee calls Berreth's cell phone in a 35-second call, and there is an incoming call from Berreth to Frazee listed as 8 seconds in length in the affidavit. The affidavit says that both of their cell phones connected to the same cell tower in Woodland Park

12:41 p.m.: A text message was exchanged between Berreth and Frazee.

12:54 – 1:17 p.m.: Frazee was captured on surveillance video at the Walmart in Woodland Park carrying a baby carrier with a blanket similar to the one seen in the Safeway footage. Investigators wrote in the affidavit that they believe their 1-year-old daughter was in the carrier at the time.

Frazee said he met with Berreth in an alleyway outside her home in Woodland Park to exchange the child just beforehand, which investigators said they believe did occur. This is the last time that Frazee reportedly saw Berreth alive, and he told investigators that while they exchanged their daughter, he returned some of her belongings, including a handgun, keys and other items – which have so far not been recovered.

1:24 p.m.: A person matching Frazee’s description is captured entering the front door of Berreth’s apartment on a neighbor’s surveillance camera – which investigators said contradicted what Frazee had told them about a timeline on that day.

Afternoon: Investigators believe this is when Frazee allegedly killed Berreth inside her apartment, then took her cell phone when he left. Investigators allege that he blindfolded Berreth and asked her to smell a scented candle, then beat her to death with a baseball bat. They say that Kenney was aware because Frazee told her about it.

Cell tower records show that Frazee’s phone was connected to the tower serving Berreth’s apartment from approximately 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. that day.

3:36 p.m.: That same neighbor’s surveillance camera again captures images of a person that matches Frazee’s description at Berreth’s home. Frazee called his mother, Sheila, and Kenney at this time, according to his phone records. This is the beginning of when Frazee allegedly started carrying out his “scheme,” as the affidavit calls it, of using his and Berreth’s phones to try and “distract law enforcement, distort the actual date of [Berreth’s] appearance, and separate himself as a suspect in a murder investigation.”

Kenney told investigators that Frazee called her and told her to come to Colorado because she “had a mess to clean up.” She told investigators that she understood that meant that Berreth had been killed.

Evening hours: Both Frazee’s and Berreth’s cell phones were connected with cell towers near Cripple Creek, traveling in the same direction and similar distances from the towers. “This would indicate the phones were likely traveling together,” Frazee’s affidavit says. The affidavit says the two cell phones stayed together for the entirety of Nov. 22-24.

Investigators allege that Frazee removed Berreth’s body from her apartment that day and stored it in a black plastic tote at the Nash Ranch atop a haystack.
Cripple Creek. HMMMMMM.
Isn't there strange DNA at Kelsey's?
I wonder who's it is.

One thing I’m curious about, why did PF leave KB’s phone on after he killed her? I’m assuming the phone was left on...it wouldn’t have been picked up by cell towers otherwise, right? The affidavit has her phone traveling with his after her presumed death and before KK comes into town.

Surely he knew police would uncover that? Anyone with any knowledge of this stuff, it’d be much appreciated. And I apologize if it’s already been discussed and I missed it.

Because he is not tech savvy. Most criminals have no idea about cell phone pings. They think about things like toll roads, and phone calls or texts but not pings.

Thank god. Pings were critical in catching my cousin's husband. He planned everything out. Thought he was so smart. But the blunders got him. When things don't add up, stories conflict, pings put you in different places. ..

If PF hadn't been so dumb about the pings. He would have a good defense. Nothing to back up KK's story. But guess what KK was in idaho and PF and KB's phone were pinging at his ranch, on the highway, etc. Then on Nov 24- god bless them- PF, KK and KB's phone all pinged together near Nash Ranch. Ping, Ping Goodnight PF!

Since KK has a plea bargain, will she ever go to trial?
Since she has pleaded guilty, there is no need to go to trial for these charges. She may have to testify during PF's trial and the civil suit trial.

  • #155
Not attacking due to him not showing up, but really...his videos and mode of "reporting"
I find abhorrent.
I appreciate that is your opinion, and although I have no idea why M Dalton would be requested as addition to the witness list, I suspect it's his drone/videography work that the court is seeking from him.

A specific video by WPU (M Dalton) appeared on WS earlier (with prior approval) of a presser by the DA, or maybe the sheriff -- I don't remember. I just know that without his video, we would not have seen the coverage live stream. He also had
good footage of the search of SF property being retreated by local area networks. I can't speak to his "reporting" as I've never heard him report anything. MOO

Well, imagine KK wiping down KB's brain matter and then going to Sonic for a grilled cheese and fries.

I view PF and KK as being equally guilty.
How is going to keep up her figure otherwise?

  • #157
Did anyone read #28 of the Application and Affidavit for Arrest Warrant about DNA? Just an observation.
yes I referenced that on the previous thread besides KB's - one unknown male, one unknown female hmmmmm

  • #158
PF is very evil. I don't know what exactly KK's involvement is anymore but to kill the mother of your child with a baseball bat? Beating someone to death is how the mafia killed people that "wronged them". What a very brutal way to kill someone, especially someone that you shared a child with.

  • #159
LE isn't that dumb to incarcerate and charge someone for first degree murder if they didn't do it. Same with CW. I'm sick of all these male murderer apologist posts. No. PF killed her and KK was an accessory but PF is the evil mastermind and perp.
Yeah, LE has never arrested an innocent person. How many years did Ryan Ferguson sit in prison based on the word of a "witness"????

  • #160
Whatever the correct story, surely, these two realized, that if PF was not arrested, either one would 'remove' the other, so the eliminator was safe: that they could not be incriminated.
There would be another missing person, perhaps never found, as thrown off a cliff etc.

It would've made more sense to have the initial victim "slip" off a cliff or into a river... This whole beaten to death with a bat is too much. He planned to kill her for at least three months, and in that time ended up executing his plan this way?
