I’m sure they have that information though it wasn’t included in the affidavit. They did, however call out location information while PF and KK where in the same location according to pings to confirm a lie in the affidavit. They didn’t here.

Editing to correct that they were NOT in the same location when she claimed they were. See attached image from the affidavit. Case in point being that they have location information in the cell reports.

LE isn't that dumb to incarcerate and charge someone for first degree murder if they didn't do it. Same with CW. I'm sick of all these male murderer apologist posts. No. PF killed her and KK was an accessory but PF is the evil mastermind and perp.

We are not "male murder apologists". There are a lot of holes in this story and we have an accomplice who lied her off to the investigators. Either all of the puzzle pieces fit or they don't. Currently, they don't. There's a lot of history of police and prosecutors making mistakes. In fact, there was an obvious murder of a woman named Mindy Lee, right there in Woodland Park, which goes unprosecuted and written off as suicide. Same police dept and DA's office.

I don't know what makes you think that LE aren't human and screw up like anybody else and I don't know what makes you think there's any difference between men and women when it comes to a capacity to do evil.

You don't know that PF was the mastermind. You THINK you know because you believe KK's version of the pre murder conversations. He may have, indeed, been the master mind and she was just the right psycho b***** to assist or it could have been all her idea. We "male murder apologists" are all quite taken aback at her THOUSANDS OF MILES in trips to stalk Kelsey with the intent of killing her.

With all this being released before the trial, can the attorney ask for change of venue? Never mind, it’s National news...

Idk, I guess what I’m asking is this sure is a lot of information released before trial. How does this potentially affect things going forward as far as finding a nonprejudicial jury, etc...

thing i've been thinking about is i'd expect if KK did the murder that PF would certainly know about it and would have from the beginning cracked and began pointing fingers at KK very convincingly. why would PF remain silent and let KK and LE "railroad" him?

We haven’t heard PF’s version yet. This is all just her story. A planned story. I need to hear his version. I’m in the none of this makes sense mode right now and convinced her story is false.

Because he is not tech savvy. Most criminals have no idea about cell phone pings. They think about things like toll roads, and phone calls or texts but not pings.

Thank god. Pings were critical in catching my cousin's husband. He planned everything out. Thought he was so smart. But the blunders got him. When things don't add up, stories conflict, pings put you in different places. ..

If PF hadn't been so dumb about the pings. He would have a good defense. Nothing to back up KK's story. But guess what KK was in idaho and PF and KB's phone were pinging at his ranch, on the highway, etc. Then on Nov 24- god bless them- PF, KK and KB's phone all pinged together near Nash Ranch. Ping, Ping Goodnight PF!

I'm a complete tech tard and even I know about pings. If he's so clueless about all of that, why insist KK use a burner phone? I'm confused on this issue.

Before all this went down yesterday I had mentioned Venus’ case on Dateline and how her brother said he did NOt feel that justice was served because the accessory who turned state’s witness HAD THe POwER TO sTOP IT.

Iirc, on HLN today they said that KK’s (three year?) sentence will be imposed AFTER PF’s trial, is there a specific reason for that? (Sorry for rehash or mistaken info, I’m beyond the point of catching up)

Also, Where do you guys think he disposed of her remains that he “scooped up” (“dump or river” iirc) ?

Darn, I want a full front and side view of KK. We may not get that opportunity since she doesn't have to report for review until June. I read something happens in March, but I've forgotten what it was!
