Not to argue, but that isn't proof. I read the affidavit and quoted it in my earlier post.

Proof isn’t required in the preliminary hearing. I’m sure they have the ping data however.

Also, Where do you guys think he disposed of her remains that he “scooped up”?

She must meet all requirements of the plea deal before she is sentenced. If she screws up, no deal!

Her deal was contingent upon her willingness to testify against him.

Once his trial is over, she will have fulfilled her end of the bargain.

As for where he dumped the remains, anything is possible really.

He could have put them in trash bags, and thrown them in a dumpster.

Or he could have dumped them in a river, dispersed them in the woods, possibly buried them.

I don’t think she’ll ever be found.

Yeah. This was about showing that they had enough evidence to proceed against HIM.

At trial, the prosecution will want to exclude the possibility that KK did this, so the cell phone information will come in.

There will be cell phone and financial transactions that support those trips, as well as her aunt’s statement.

I was shocked that she’d admit to something that made her look so horrible. But a deal’s a deal.

PF's trial and her speaking at the trial will determine a lot more. Questioning her will be the key and how she answers vs what she said before trial. IMO

Yeah, I definitely think she glossed over some details that would have made her look worse.

The time it took to clean the house, doesn’t strike me as being untrue though.

Being a (now former) nurse, she’d be comfortable around blood. With the right chemicals, even dried blood comes up easily.

That was a small house, and surfaces like hardwood don’t hurt the cleanup effort.

What they couldn’t clean, they removed if they could (curtains, bath mat).

I don't think there is solid proof, but they say her phone pinged in Idaho on Nov22 and 23 I believe. Was she with the phone? Great question, she had a few burners.

You are very welcome, and I'm overwhelmed with all the details that have been presented. I'm more anxious for the trial to start, I've got a feeling it will be a lengthy one, unfortunately.

I guess things are over between PF & KK, huh? So who is going to be the lucky lady to win PF's heart now? I'm sure the letters and photos are rolling in to the prison he's locked up at. Because after all, there's nothing sexier than a guy who beats the mother of his child with a baseball bat, while the child is in the other room. Then watches alongside his new girlfriend as her remains burn in a bonfire.

Also, KB was very beautiful and independent. Imagine KB dating other men and telling PF and his mother that she wants sole custody and has found another man to marry to be "(step)daddy". Imagine the rage. I bet PF thought about all of this and I believe it was a motive, along with (I believe) humiliation from KB.

SF wasted NO TIME in filing for custody of baby K once PF was arrested.

I think, the two nurses (Ma + KKL) agreed in fullest, that it would be easier for PF and themselves, KB would disappear forever. Further I think, one older nurse knew exactly, what possibilities the younger nurse would have at her workplace (taking drugs for anesthesia) and might have suggested something in that direction. SF might have suggested it to PF and PF to KKL, perhaps.
I'm behind and not able to read all posts, because my laptop always gets overheated on a current and high frequented thread. So my mentioning of some points maybe outdated. Excuse me, please.
I want to mention for example: There was blood all over KB's home - why, if a strong, overly raged, angry and hateful man did the beating? Why, if the beating was so very violent, that a tooth broke out of KB's sweet mouth? If KB's blood got on PF shoes, then it would explain some "large" (?) bloody footprints in the home, but it wouldn't explain spread blood on walls in more rooms than the "attack" room.
Btw: When I'm looking at pics of PF in his striped outfit, I don't recognize "large" feet, rather a smaller size (for men).
PF allegedly knew, he had knocked out one of KB's teeth including root and told KKL, where exactly to find the little tooth and collect it?? Why didn't mimosa PF collect it himself - I don't understand. KKL threw the tooth away (told about it) - but PF couldn't do it? You have to shake your head in disbelief, IMO.
I'm not sure, whether I can believe each part of KKL's story ......

ETA: KKL would be a star crime scene cleaner, if she was able to clean this "mess" in about 3-4 hours. Don't know at all, how that would work.
