I don't think the robbery was at the bank. The reason being, that is what the preliminary hearing was for. To prove evidence of such. They never even brought such forward. So I am discounting that him removing money from her account was the robbery. In my opinion.

I hope the FBI investigated KK phone and activities back a few months because I fear KB's stalking and plotting may go back further than she admits.

In August, Kelsey is in treatment for two weeks for depression and anxiety. Less than a month later KK admits she is actively plotting to murder KB. Showing up at KB's door trying to make friends over coffee and play-dates. The next month she again drives to Woodland Park this time armed with a steel rod to murder KB. Two weeks later KK is sitting outside of KB's apartment with a baseball bat.

MOO KK reminds me of the psycho ***** from a Lifetime movie that haunts her lover's wife trying to make her feel crazy.

Stalker. My gut impression after reading Thread#39 Prelim Hearing, which took me a long time, was exactly that type of woman. And KK is a liar. She lied to the FBI, CBI, LE. IMO she is still lying about many aspects of this crime and everything she told LE is CYA.

I wanted to gag reading Agent Slater's testimony of what KK said: "PF directed me" "PF instructed me" "PF told me to ..." Give me a break. KK is pretending she has no independent adult volition, like some dependent child.

As of now, we (the public) only have her version of what PF told her - she had a mess to clean up. If she asked for more details about what kind of mess, that information hasn't been shared with us. He may have told her "there's blood everywhere". After all, according to KK, he did mention the tooth and the baby toys.

Right, I think she knew he was going to beat her to death (maybe not the exact date, but knew it was going to happen) and she was prepared to be summoned for the clean up. And since the last two solicitations involved beating her to death, it really isn't a stretch to think she was aware of how he was going to kill KB. And the candles, I think, were her idea.

I’m not a lawyer, but I believe the purpose of the preliminary hearing is to show the prosecution has enough evidence to proceed with a trial.

A few things-- I have been thinking today about the male DNA at KB's townhouse that was NOT PF!! First of all, u go girl. Second of all, I bet PF was so jealous... that loser KK couldn't get enough of him, and KB was moving on from PF...

If Kelsey's brother's partner was staying with them at the house, that would be three males that would be likely to leave DNA behind at that house. Imo

KK's deal aside, under what circumstances would the DA make a deal with PF? Given what we know now, is there a feasible scenario that would make KK look like the murderer and him an accessory? Too many details go against it, IMO.

They'd have to have evidence. But put it this way - if they had strong evidence that KK was the actual murderer and not PF, their case would fall apart. KK's attorneys would make a mockery of the state. And likely win.

For that reason there is really no way they didn't carefully consider the evidence and find it supported PF as the killer, before agreeing to a deal.

Yes, she wasn't admitted per say, but sought treatment for two weeks at a Seventh Day Adventist clinic.

No one orders another person to do something like that and gets the desired response, unless they have complete control over them, or that person is involved.

I don’t buy that she was scared of him, or that he had that type of control.

She did it because she knew what he was planning, and perhaps even offered input as to how he should do it.

And that's it in a nutshell: There will be more evidence to come, that the prosecution have not divulged at the prelim hearing or to the press.

Personally, its fine with me if the prosecution are not releasing further details/ crucial info at this time, as long as it convicts the rotten psychopath PF who slaughtered a 103 pound mother of his daughter in the most cruel and vicious manner.

I'm sure MANY details will come out at trial, and hopefully they'll be enough to sentence PF to LWOP so he never sees the light of day.

Even if PF maintains his icy, seething silence, LE and the prosecution will be able to put the pertinent details together to put IT away. Because PF is an "IT", to me. He's not human.

One thing these perps never ever realize is when a loved one goes missing, then relatives, friends and LE never ever stop looking for them. Ever.

I wouldn't be surprised if LE has visual documentation of KK being at a family gathering in Idaho on Thanksgiving. Seems there is always at least one person in every crowd who takes photos and videos. And usually more than one person posting those photos, videos, and updates to social media.

Good point, and her being the glamour girl and all, pictures would definitely be a possibility.
