I have been (thankfully, in the past) and have tried to help, the kind of woman who "passively" accepts.

Even if you have someone close to you who points out the reality of abusive situations, a person often doesn't take heed, or glosses over, or downright ends a relationship with that someone who tries to enlighten them to the truth.

Too often, it's a lesson that has to be learned the hard way. I just pray that more people (women mostly) learn before it's too late for them. :-(

Sure she would..to brag that PF wanted her (KK) so much that he wanted his baby mommy dead. She wasn't shaken up...she was excited. And she drove 800 miles 3 times to try to follow through on it.

In all the details of KB's Pinterest, her visit to a Seventh Day Adventist center for depression, of her (apparent) limited discussion of the real issues with her mother, I get a terrible sense of passiveness.

I don't know if that is what her faith guides her to, but I don't get a sense of a major decision to leave PF, to secure Baby K, to remove herself from the WP area.

Of course, we are now looking at everything in the retrospective scope, seeing the building danger that was around her since September, when the first plots on her life were created.

I don't think PF wanted KKL in his life as a partner.

She was just a useful submittant to him to use for his purpose. I'm sure they had some sort of Dominant/Sub sexual chemistry that he was manipulating to use her for removing KB.

She may have thought this was going to bring her a relationship and a life with him, but that was a huge and desperate mistake on her part.

Yikes. It just occurred to me: what must KK's husband be thinking right now? She helped her lover rid himself of an 'encumbrance' (and marriage and property weren't even involved). Would PF have been willing to return the favor if KK had asked?

Or worse. KB was still clinging to life when they got her from the hay pile, they freaked out and one or the other of them shot her. Hence the missing bullet.

I'm curious about the discoloration on the hay pile.

Did they mention it because it made it easy to identify that particular pile? Or was the discoloration from the tote? There's no indication of what it might be.

PF's attorney said PF's truck was clean. The cadaver dog alerted near KB's green Toyota. I guessed this meant that PF took the body to the tote, not the other way around. I also thought the tote was chosen partly because it is fairly leakproof. Not impossible for it to leak somehow when PF was putting on the hay bale, I guess.

Wondering if flights in and out of Idaho/Colorado have been checked, because I have a funny feeling KKL was there on Thanksgiving also.

Edit/add All this talk of driving all the time might be a way to overlook any flights.

I can't shake that feeling either.
If she cleaned up his mess, why the need to buy an additional week by texting her work?
He called her - 4:30 pm on November 22.
She didn't arrive until the middle of the night on the 23rd. So, 12 hours or so?
She is the one who made the trip on August, October 15, Oct 21, and Nov 23.
It would be next to impossible to take a flight and the FBI not know about it.
So, we KNOW she was in Idaho @ 4:30 pm.
KB was last seen just before 1pm.
That's a really tight timeline.
How far is the airport from KB's home?

I personally think PF had some sort of blackmail or real threat against the nurse and the nurse left some evidence behind in case PF eventually used this blackmail or threat against her in the future, she could get him in a lot of trouble.

I think it's highly likely that KKL took photos of the crime scene and maybe even kept something as a "guarantee" of his silence.

I keep thinking about her commenting about the tooth. She claims she threw it away. But I think during the 4 hours she was scrubbing away blood and tissue, she must have been thinking alot about PF and what he had done. When she saw how much of a mess he had made, how much "emotion" this revealed about him, not just a quick, quiet strangulation, but blood spattered everywhere and all throughout the place.

I keep wondering if she has kept photos and maybe even the famous tooth.

Here's the problem. Two liars and co-conspirators, (PF and KK) one of whom actually murdered an innocent young mother, told a lot of lies to several people, including LE.

Those people then repeated those lies to other people. Specifically, CB, KB's aunt, MG, MS, the Rs, CL, and KK's aunt. So when LE and the media interviewed the individuals named above, the only information they had to share was the lies of PF and KK. So those lies were perpetuated. Now the truth is being revealed. The affidavit is a great start, because technology doesn't lie. Those cell phone records and video recordings are gold. MOO

Agreed. Among other things, I think she is lying about purposely leaving evidence specifically to tie a path for LE to get back to her.

Iirc The “papers” were at F’s residence, do we know if Kelsey knew about the papers? Or were the papers written up for the f’s to get custody once Kelsey was gone.

I believe I missed it but how do we know for certain that KK was not in Colorado on November 22? Is this true fact or is this from testimony? Testimony doesn’t prove a thing when it comes from the lying mouth of a psychopath.

There were witnesses and she borrowed her friends car on the 23rd, as well as the phone ping evidence.
We have to go with who has the evidence and that's LE, of course ...

The 9News article mentioned KK taking the trash and heading off to Sonic. I had to read that part twice, as initially I had the impression that she dumped trash at Sonic.

I forgot about that. Perhaps one of those trash bags wasn't quite as clean as KK thought and that's why the cadaver dog alerted on or near KB's car. I thought it meant PF must have carried KB's body to the truck.

Woke up hoping that when LE went to the dump in December after PF’s dump run, maybe they recovered something in the bags they recovered.

Did they actually do a brief search of the landfill on January 17th? And now they are going back to the landfill. Maybe they have been narrowing down the location to search at the landfill and they have that now?

Praying they have something and praying when they go back they find more.

I truly think PF and KK did not get that fire hot enough and there are bone, tooth, and metal pieces out there that wound up at the dump.

I also swear I saw somewhere in reference to KK’s cleanup efforts that she put some trash in KB’s garbage can or a dumpster but I can’t find that now. I’ll go back and look.

There were some reporters that said all the trash was taken to his burn.

I had thought one that said it was in KB's dumpster, but I could never find it again so I may have been wrong.

And then another reporter was listed above which I actually sent an email to ask to verify what their reporter said in prelim ( only reporter that said so much so I thought it might be a mistake) who said that she had put some of her trash bags in the trash cans at Sonic.

It's very difficult when even the reporters disagree, and everything is done by tweets. I found it very helpful during the preliminary to follow the tweets of # KB versus just one reporter to better understand stuff. But even then it was confusing and people are bringing up stuff that some reporters are saying which others did not.

:banghead: that we cannot have a video of it or audio so that we can go back and hear stuff for ourselves. I do hope that they have better microphones for everyone to hear in the courtroom when it gets to trial.

gosh, your map just illustrates so clearly to me what "distances" KB went for love of PF and baby K and work. it also illustrates to me some possible core causes of her anxiety and depression. KB was a very strong young woman to do the Florissant-WP-Pueblo routine, and i'm talking just the travel much less dealing with PF and raising a infant and her job responsibilities.

Sometimes depression CAN make you more passive, nor did kb know what (pf) she was dealing with. Psychopaths are a difficult personality to understand with all the acting going on. The only person who seemed to really know pf was kk, and they were way too like-minded.
I don't think sf new the whole truth, either. Kids...and even adult kids might not tell Mom everything in fear of a lecture.

I agree. I don't believe she was leaving evidence for LE since she threw out the tooth. That was a major piece of evidence!!!
