I think the DA knows KK lied and that's why the deal will be called off. Her story makes no sense. She claims she left blood evidence so LE would more quickly find her yet when LE did first contact her, she lied. The defense will have a field day with KK on the stand.

Must admit that did confuse me as she was there to clean but specifically left spots but they were accurate locations confirmed by LE ...

Curious decision because she should have just called the police straight away if she was going to leave evidence to incrimate him.. No logic there (should add she should of contacted LE about 50 million other times prior to thanksgiving) is unbelievable

Here's a few pics of KB's apartment, to give reference to areas discussed in the arrest warrant. This is before she bought it so decor and furnishings might be different.

Wow, it's smaller than I thought, but so cozy for KB and baby K. Thanks for posting these for reference even though they did give me goosebumps.

I feel the same way.
KB's pinterest had quotes regarding her faith and one of the last pins from that board was, "Sometimes the bad things that happen in our lives put us directly on the path to the most wonderful things that will ever happen to us."
It's gut wrenching. Evil had to work overtime to take down such a faithful, beautiful soul.

Off topic slightly but I write quotes on my mirrors and I have that one now written up in her memory xx

Police followed Frazee into a Waste Management transfer station in Divide, CO, on Dec. 18. We learned they wanted to search this Waste Management landfill on Jan. 17. They haven't searched it yet. That's what starts on Tuesday

Is the Midway Landfill in Fountain, CO the same landfill?

So according this: Apparently LE followed PF to the landfill. I hadn't heard that. Sounds like they just now have gotten every thing in place to be able to search it....I have hope that they can recover some of KB's remains

ETA: I'm guessing that if this is true that LE would have went through what PF was hauling on that day? But maybe they are thinking that if thats where he dumped stuff that its possible he got rid of things related to the murder on an earlier date?
Is this a different landfill than the one when Patrick showed up with two guys, and they unloaded things from his truck?

I would like to know more about that missing bullet too.

Yeah, of the crazy, far fetched madness that was divulged....I don't know why my hinky meter is still up about that. Why did her friend make a point to reveal this to LE when she'd lied and covered for KK on so much more?

Do you think it's possible KK might have told her something about it that scared her enough for her friend to cover her butt?

Jinx, lol! I just asked the same thing, as I could have sworn that they checked out a landfill from when Patrick showed up with two guys, who unloaded everything while he sat in his truck. That was suspicious, but apparently, nothing appeared to be found there?

I'm thinking its likely that KK isn't being entirely truthful. I think its far more likely that she realized later that there were places that she didn't clean very well and or that she couldn't get the stains completely removed. MOO

ETA: She definitely had plenty of time on her little car ride to go over in her head every thing she cleaned in the apartment and things she may have missed......

But there is no way you wouldn't go over each surface twice if your real intention was to get rid of the evidence... Imo not that I would ever do that in first place but surely you would be meticulous is my point

I'm honestly not sure we can be for certain, I would say its highly likely that its either the same landfill or atleast one that is connected. IE as in things that he may have dumped off at an earlier date would end up there. MOO

I honestly don't know what to make of it. In order for her to have taken a shot from that gun, she would obviously have to go to the car and get it, which makes it intentional in terms of using it.

what could she possibly shoot at- I mean, Kelsey was already deceased. Maybe an animal that frightened her? What else would she shoot at? Of course, one's mind could wander and say maybe she felt threatened by someone and took a shot near them, to make a getaway.

It makes me wonder, what did SF think about them burning that tote? Why would they burn it in front of the house, of all places? Wasn't there another area on that ranch that they could have done this? What did SF think of Krystal?

That is heart wrenching.

Is there a way to know the date she pinned that quote?

Maybe, just maybe, KB was moving on and PF could not accept it. Maybe, just maybe, that quote could reflect she had met someone new that treated her well and she pinned that quote to mean that had she not moved to CO and dealt with PF’s crap she would not have met someone great. I know this is a long shot, but it would be nice to imagine KB happy if even briefly before those monsters acted out their plan.

I know CB’s statements are all to the contrary of this, but it’s nice to think, maybe....

Yes. She said she left evidence so law enforcement would discover it.

This included leaving blood behind, and leaving her and Kelsey’s phones on as she was traveling back to Idaho.

As soon as law enforcement put the pieces together, like she supposedly wanted; she lies to the FBI.

I don’t think anyone is buying that garbage.

Yet her story dovetails well with the technological evidence and shows she could not have been present for KB’s death unless we are to believe KB was kidnapped and hidden for days by PF just so KK could murder her two days later. KB went missing when PF was last to see her and then her phone pings in sync with his for days yet she is never seen with him. I think KK is despicable and could have/should have prevented murder but there is already overwhelming evidence she did not commit this murder by her own hands at least. I would say there is as much evidence here that PF was the sole murderer (at least physically) as there was for CW in the Watts case, no?

Both KB and PF phones pinged near Divide on November 22.

I would wager to say that even the most seasoned crime scene cleanup tech would admit that there are certain surfaces that are very difficult to completely remove all traces of blood. Many times they will even have to discard things and have them replaced. laminate flooring, grouted tile, etc etc many times would even have to be replaced. JMO

Well, let's face it- she drove a long way to get to Kelsey's townhouse, then walked into the horrific scene, and was probably either tired from all the driving and maybe angry, too, that she was left to clean up the mess. I guess I can't understand her mind set, because there is no way in God's creation that I would ever clean up something like that for any man- ever. No way. Did it ever occur to Krystal that one day, another woman might be asked to do the same thing after she's brutally murdered by this man?
