Who in the heck does this? Never mind 4 times- 3 to try and kill Kelsey, the 4th time being the clean up. Seriously, who does this, and why? Wow.....and she burned her phone and Kelsey's in her ex husband's front yard, cleaned up a crime scene, burned poor Kelsey's body and items from her home/purse, got a new cell phone, and gave away Kelsey's gun to some high school friend, after all of this. Makes me wonder if she was on cocaine or some sort of speed, to do all of that.

yep i suggested this awhile ago too.
no way I could achieve what she did in that time frame. driving even on adrenalin sleep deprived is very very hard,stupid and dangerous.

even if she spent a snuggy 8 hours sleeping it off with her 'beau' still don't think it would possibly have been restful.
she had to have some stimulant helpers.

I think I remember some talking about it being strange a utility worker was working Thanksgiving day, really not sure and I don't know how to search for files on here. Hoping someone can recall or has the link to what was first seen on the neighbors video.

If not a dream, well, we all know how PF likes to ask others to do his dirty work, was this utility worker seen after PF and Baby K left, but before their return? Could the Utility worker have accessed KB's home done the dirty work and PF just popped in to see what happened without entering KB's home again? Just another of my many thoughts....

Agree. The drive up and back alone, without doing a blessed thing besides just visiting with friends for a day or two, would exhaust even the most energetic person. I can't imagine taking that kind of trip four times since what, Sept. 23 until Nov 24-25? 4 times within 8 week time frame? I know truck drivers do long rides daily, but they aren't cleaning up crime scenes and burning things in bonfires after they are done with their routes for the night, they're eating dinner and then sleeping.

I suppose it is why LE believes the 22nd was the time of death. They stated that that was the last day that they could verify her being alive. From what I know about investigations, they start by checking out the last person to see her alive, and then they check out the significant other. (Then the investigations branches out from there). Well, in this case, they didn't have to go too far as the significant other didn't check out so well. His alibi was off. He told cb lies. He was at the scene a long time, and her cell phone traveled with him but KB was not with him. He tried to lead investigators into believing she killed herself. It's not one specific thing. It's one thing leading to another thing... connecting the dots. Circumstantial evidence is especially important if someone scrubs down the crime scene and hides/burns the body. There's probably going to be direct evidence (forensics) as well at the trial. And everything said by witnesses has to be corroborated. It looks like they have a lot of evidence just from what we know so far. Maybe more than most missing body cases.
But it's up to the jurors, of course.

LE may have been hindered by such a late call up to anyone alerting them KB was missing BUT we now know that the first two port of calls for them straight up had conflicting stories. hinky metre on. they were on him quick. imo

Yes, but it would be assumed that if she were alive and well, she would have her phone.
She and her mother had numerous conversations leading up to and on Thanksgiving day. The last time they spoke, they were discussing her plans for the day. Her mom was not able to reach her after that to see how her day went.
This, combined with the fact that PF was seen going back to her house after he lied about where he was, and his pathetic attempts to make it appear as if she were communicating with him, was probably enough to convince LE that she died on that day. Imo

No, we don't have a date or time. It was mentioned at the preliminary hearing however, no date or time was given.
Adams says there was no video/photos to show KK entered KBs townhome. He says a utilities worker/friend of PF’s showed up on surveillance. Adams said the friend was there to pick up a package.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed the same FBI agents name in PF's arrest affidavit that worked on the CW case? I feel so bad for everyone involved with these horrible cases. I can't imagine how hard it must be to leave what you do at the door when you leave work for the day. They have a tough job.

I just got this horrible feeling thinking about Kelsey getting ready to go out, being happy with the anticipation of going to a restaurant and having a special dinner with PF and the baby.

Then instead PF attacks her viciously with a baseball bat.

I hope he has nightmares every night for the rest of his life and never gets to see his child again.

Is the timeline wrong? It says KK arrived Woodland Park at 7:30 a.m. So, what I have is she got the keys, then went to clean, went to Sonic and met PF at Conoco around 4:30 p.m. (I will look for time she arrived in CO.)

Surveillance video from that day showed Frazee and Kenney together at a Conoco gas station not far from Frazee’s home sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Frazee was seen filling up a red faded gas can.
