LE contacted the friend, and retrieved KB's phone.
This is what I remember.

She apparently still cared for him, and trusted him.

She took care of him the evening before the murder, and was up helping him out until 4:am on the day of her murder.

I would have questioned the blindfolding scenario, had that information not been revealed.

It does ring true to me.

I am thinking the wooden bat was Kelsey's , she most likely had it as protection since PF had her gun. It was probably laying in the corner.

I've been laying in bed most of the past 48 hours with a really bad sinus infection, darn, I feel like I have pneumonia knocking on my door, can't stop coughing, but I keep popping in to read and keep up on things.

Whatever happened to the utility worker that was seen on the cam shot on the 22nd or did I dream that?
If not a dream, well, we all know how PF likes to ask others to do his dirty work, was this utility worker seen after PF and Baby K left, but before their return? Could the Utility worker have accessed KB's home done the dirty work and PF just popped in to see what happened without entering KB's home again? Just another of my many thoughts....

In earlier reports, CB says after KB reported missing, she asked PF to pick up an existing package from KB's doorstep. It's believed that PF requested a friend (utility worker) to pick up the package for him.

PF's friend/utility worker was reportedly picked up on KB's neighbors surveillance sometime after 11/22, but actual date is yet to be determined from current reports.

State now questioning again. The neighbor’s surveillance is through Arlo. Neighbor has the free plan, which has 7 days of storage. Arlo uses a motion sensor to alert the owner. Owner gets an email & quick snapshot of it. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

I could be wrong, but I suspect that in the end, SF will think of PF as being a sweet, good 'ol boy whose only fault was being led astray by two bad women. He was just fine before they came along.

As far as I know, we still have no idea if SF knew KK and PF were seeing each other as more than business partners. We don't know if she knew KK at all, other than as one of many people her son knew from rodeos.

one has a plea deal and one is pleading the 5th. Are we going to get any honest answers? I doubt it.
I'd also like to add that, in my experience, mothers of mama's boys do not like strong women like KB, they like weak women like KK in their son's lives. my opinion.

I'm having the same trouble. PF didn't NEED a baseball bat. He could easily overpower KB with his bare hands.....and would leave little mess. And no way do I believe there were scented candles. That's pure fantasy from KK.

I'm shocked the townhouse was not immediately considered a crime scene. Investigators from the local and state police were in that townhouse for several days and didn't believe it was a crime scene so the Berreths were staying there. That's pretty sloppy police work.

LEs bungling of the townhouse is still just astounding to me. If the Berreths never spotted the blood splatter and reported it to LE would they have even found it? They missed everything on their first search.

Where would this case be right now if not for the vigilance of her family?

I would not be surprised even a little bit if she knew about the plan and the murder. He placed that call to her real quick after it was done

Is the timeline wrong? It says KK arrived Woodland Park at 7:30 a.m. So, what I have is she got the keys, then went to clean, went to Sonic and met PF at Conoco around 4:30 p.m. (I will look for time she arrived in CO.)

Patrick Frazee to face trial after preliminary hearing
Surveillance video from that day showed Frazee and Kenney together at a Conoco gas station not far from Frazee’s home sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Frazee was seen filling up a red faded gas can.

@PommyMommy - I'll start looking for where LE confirmed her arrival near the gate... it's out there!!

ETA: I've narrowed it down to CBI Slater's testimony, and phone records between PF and KB when she said she arrived at the gate.

CBI: Idaho nurse claimed Patrick Frazee fatally beat Kelsey Berreth, burned her body

Kenney told Slater that once she learned what happened, she drove to Colorado with rubber gloves, a sanitary suit used for painting and bleach.

According to Slater’s testimony, Kenney said she picked up the keys to Berreth’s home outside of Frazee’s house, and then drove to Woodland Park.

On her drive to Colorado, Slater said Lee spoke to Frazee multiple times. Once she arrived at Frazee’s Florissant home, she picked up a pair of keys that he had left out front. Slater testified that upon reaching Woodland Park, Lee said she parked at the recreation center and then walked to Berreth’s home.
