IMHO, no federal prosecutor wants to mess with this. Has she been charged with lying to the FBI? No. Why not? Because it's a waste of time when you use prosecution to advance certain agendas, none of which anything about this case serves.
I think if the feds get involved, it will be after PF's trial in CO.

as far as sexism goes...being a mother is synonymous (doesn't always apply but anyway)with being a caregiver. Not that men aren't or can't be...just that it is a natural perception with regard to a woman. Women give birth to new life from their bodies and nurse infants from their bodies.
So women (let alone nurses) are easily seen as caregivers, life givers...a glaring opposite to what what we have seen from KK.

Funny you mention her mama because I was wondering WTF she has told her parents about what she's done.
yeah what's up with that?

Thank you for the clarification.

And I'm behind a few pages, so someone may have already cleared this up for me.

On Tippy's timeline, Greeley was stated as a stop on Nov 23-Nov 24 trip from Idaho to WP. I did go look at the affidavit, but it is has a lot less detail than the hearing did, and Greeley is not mentioned. I read tweets as the hearing unfolded, and remember KK saying she stayed in Greeley, but I don't remember the context, so I'll need to go find the circumstances of that stay.

I understand your confusion with all the tweets and things that were perhaps tweeted earlier before they had information to know what they were tweeting about. It happened a few times during the preliminary in my opinion. But I think this one has been put to bed, but I think others here will quote this post if I'm incorrect.

Therefore, I'll put it out here right now, somebody correct me if I'm wrong, that Greeley was on a previous trip. It was not on the last one.

I don’t think he needed anything to alter his moods.

It appears that he is already quite temperamental enough.

He actually sounds like a Tweaker to me. Angry all the time and what was up with being awake all nite on the Wed. before Thanksgiving? Very odd.

I love that cameras were part of the undoing of both these creeps.

I'll never forget the clip of CW seeing video of himself at the neighbor's house. Oops!

Speaking of cameras, I hope everyone on here, has cameras! They are very inexpensive now and easy to set up. I bought some from a TV shopping channel last summer and solar-lit signs. The best investment EVER, in keeping my home and possessions safe.

And he doesn't look like someone who's taken steroids. He's within a normal range of looking fit. They guy is full of rage, obviously. That's childhood stuff. Add in ASPD and/or psychopath and it's uncontainable. Remember Kelsey's friend saying he was mad all of the time. Sounds like he was a time bomb.

Now, what's KK's deal?

It’s entirely possible that he used drugs, but drug use is not a requirement.

Lots of people have anger issues.

Lots of people keep weird hours.

This guy had a plan, and he was dedicated to carrying it out.

I think he was awake all night Wednesday, because he planned to kill Kelsey in some sort of shooting event.

Something changed, and he ultimately decided to kill her on Thanksgiving.

He was too busy to sleep.

But that's a stereotypical gender construct based on sexism. There are many women who aren't natural mothers or caregivers at all and many men who are. I mean I get it. I have that reaction that a mother could conspire to kill another mother.

But when it goes so far as to place blame on her that doesn't belong or to find her more culpable or more evil, I draw the line.

I think interstate transporting of two guns not registered to you might also be a federal crime. We can only hope.
Good catch.

  • #311
I don't find her more culpable..at all...just saying how I can see why some people might....or atleast express it more with regard to KK. The juxtaposition of perceived gender construct to the reality of everything to which she was a party is jarring to many people's senses.

Mother/nurse is not one of those SAT questions that's gonna go with attempted murderer/accessory to murder/crime scene cleaner/body burner.

But I do agree with you. Just saying how some might have a different reaction.

That was epic.

New term for me once again on WS - What in the world is a Tweaker (so I'll know one when I see one)?!

@Tippy Lynn: where did the information about Greeley on your Nov. 23-24 timeline come from? Some believe it is an error. Thanks.

You know...I have to say I blame KK just as much frankly...(and people will disagree with me on this too but..)...no she didn't hit KB with the bat, but she went there several times at great effort to try to "off her." And she never tried to stop any of it. She participated in covering it up, lying, and burning KBs body...all in front of lil K! Legally is that as bad? IDK...but to me it is. She had the power to stop all of it before it happened, but instead she participated.

Tweaker = Meth-head or other type of Stimulant user.
That's my definition, anyway.
My last name is not Webster.

Which is what I was trying too say, very badly.

I just like anyone who uses the word, "juxtaposition", skyedaze.

Thanks for this. The timing had been ticking around in the back of my mind as a huh? Another KK lie.

As she's driving in the dark, it would be difficult to capture her on traffic cameras, but I'll bet LE has video footage of the car and her in multiple gas stations and SonicBurger's along the way.

I'm thinking she might well have also been on some sort of stimulants. Lots of anxiety and excitement on the 12 hour drive, the 4 hour clean up, then hanging with PF to go to Nash ranch & SF's property at the burn site.

And she would have stayed the night at Chez SF.....

(Which leads to another question LE would want SF to answer, but that's for another topic, after PF's trial, methinks)
BBM:

I don't think either of them were on stimulant drugs.

KK's adrenal glands likely produced high levels of adrenaline that kicked in for her after the clean-up etc and would be more than enough to keep her wide awake for many hours to complete the tasks assigned to her by PF.

Stimulant drugs usually curb the appetite and KK stopped at Sonic to eat.

I don't think either KK or PF used stimulant drugs.
PF is a habitual bully, control freak and animal abuser, and KK was in fight or flight mode.

I don't think drugs have any bearing on this case, and only came up because KK alleged to Agent Slater that PF asked her to procure valium or ambien to drug KB's coffee as stated in the affidavit.

And you were right too.
