I don't think there's anything unusual, but if it is his parent's property, it obviously wouldn't be cool for KK to bringing PF around, even if she and CL are divorced.

I don't know what future she saw for herself and PF. That boy is not leaving SF's ranchette and I would be surprised if CL didn't put up a fuss if KK tried to take the kids to Colorado anyway.

I did mention in another post that this could only work while there are no SO's involved in either CL or KK's life.

I'm not sure about the package. I just assumed she sent it. I don't think it was ever revealed what happened to it. But the flowers being still on the table I just saw yesterday. I didn't read it in the affidavit, though.

Do we know for sure that KB's mom sent the package?
(It seems logical she did since she knew about it being there but I'm not sure I have seen it confirmed she sent it).

I have wondered if CB sent that package so that there would be a comparison surveillance image of PF in the neighbor's system when he picked it up. But the date of CB's request does not align with the investigation dates, eg LE would have prompted CB to do this with LE already knowing about that camera.

17. Also, on or about December 2, 2018, Cheryl-Lee Berreth asked Frazee to go toKelsey’s home to check on her. Frazee said he was in Westcliffe but promised that he would do so. Cheryl-Lee Berreth also sent a text message to Frazee on or about this same date, asking him to pick up a package if it was on Kelsey’s doorstep. Upon information and belief, Frazee did neither.

IMO? He's more culpable because he killed her. That's legally and morally. As to the question of who's more evil, psychologically, something like that is hard to hard to quantify but I put them both in the cluster B category, on the highly dangerous end of the spectrum. As someone else pointed out, the guy who murdered Jayme Closs' parents made a couple of dry runs but everything wasn't just right so he passed on it, just like KK did. I think KK is fully capable of murder and she has demonstrated a desire to kill. She's an accomplice in this so, yeah, I think she's as psychologically deranged and dangerous as he is. Legally, though, no. About 75% as culpable, I'd say, but being treated as though she's about 10% as culpable. She's also an habitual liar and I'm not convinced as to who was soliciting whom. Last but not least, had she been one of PF's guy friends, I would feel exactly the same way. I don't see sex when looking at psychopaths or psychopathic traits.

Legally and morally, IMO, he's more culpable. We don't have thought police and we don't punish people for their psychological traits, although those can play a part in sentencing.

The question is specific. It's about the specific act. And I was talking about gender differences in how we perceive those who commit certain acts.

No matter how people try to twist things it appears clear that KK never murdered KB. Not because of a lack of opportunity. But because she probably couldn't bring herself to go that far.

PF could, however and did.

Legally AND morally, based on what he did and who he did it to, it's clear to me he is more culpable. But it appears to me that sexism may have something to do with how they are perceived.

I don't believe he would be perceived as evil and as culpable as she if the roles were reversed. In fact, I bet even more people would claim he was scared of and controlled by KK.

Looks like the divorce was filed 4/29/16 and finalized 6/27/16

Uncontested divorce in less than 60 days is probably correct.

However, I'm not going to discount the August 2018 date cited in AA (by CL) as Idaho is a community property state, and perhaps the couple worked out settlement agreements in August. CL is a party to this divorce. MOO

I wonder if she could have known about the package because the police did a well check on Dec 2 and told CB there was a package in front of KB's door? Although also possible (likely even) that CB sent the package and knew KB should have received it by Dec 2. It seems like CB made this request of PF as a test of him to see if he would really go by the condo and check on KB, but perhaps that is only how it appears in retrospect. IDK.

It does seem sexist. He spent how long fooling her into thinking they might have a future? He had a child with her. He beat her brains in while pretending she was going to guess candle scents. As her baby was nearby in another room.

A psychopathic monster like this would have had no qualms in killing a child. But if he had there would have been many more questions and probably searches by members of his family who were attached to the baby. It was easier to get rid Of KB and spin the tales he had already attempted, the stories about her being unstable and wanting to get away from everyone. In my opinion that would not have flown if she left with the baby. I seriously doubt the baby means anything to him. I hope I am wrong because if she does that’s one small shred of humanity that he still possesses.

Maybe the summer of 2018 was when they physically parted ways, and that's what her husband was referring to. Didn't KK say she recently moved?

Why would she be concerned about having to lie to him about her whereabouts and why did she need him to take her to get a new cellphone Dec 4? I think if she moved out, it was after the murder occurred.

Speaking of cameras, I hope everyone on here, has cameras! They are very inexpensive now and easy to set up. I bought some from a TV shopping channel last summer and solar-lit signs. The best investment EVER, in keeping my home and possessions safe.

Exactly. We live in a wooded area with homes that are fairly far apart. And so far I don’t have the video surveillance that we should. That is about to change. And while I feel somewhat hesitant to arm myself with guns I sure don’t hesitate to have the strongest bear spray available in every room.

Were the only people expected at SF's house for Thanksgiving Dinner SF, SF2 & PF? Seems unusual if no other family members were present. Where were his sister and other brother? The media finally reported to us that PF's father is deceased so the other siblings were not with their dad for Thanksgiving. Sean said he was estranged from PF so why would he go to his moms (where PF lives) instead of one of his other siblings homes? I suppose we technically cannot answer at this time as it would require sleuthing them/their families...It just seems strange to plan to have a Thanksgiving Dinner for 3 (if that is what happened). MOO.

IIRC, there was one article that said SF2 and his family attended Thanksgiving dinner. I can't find it at the moment. This was says his daughter was there.

I kinda hope it was a lie and they find something at the landfill. I find some of her "testimony" questionable and even fantastical. I have to keep telling myself LE and DA May know what they're doing. She must be "Wonder Woman" or the "Bionic Woman" (Sonic works too) She presumably gets up the morning of Nov. 23rd, goes all day getting ready for her big cleaning job, switches vehicles with MG and departs Twin Falls, ID at 6:30 p.m. She drives all night and arrives in Florissant for the keys at 7:30 a.m. Arrives WP approximately 8 a.m. Then she embarks on the cleaning mission of a lifetime. She says it took between 3 and 4 hours. So now we're pushing 12 noon unless of course, she took some time to rummage through KB's personal things. I wouldn't put it past someone like her. Then at some point she meets up with PF, perhaps at KB's? It's mentioned that at some point the two of them had to go back to KB's to pick up PF's truck, which leads me to the question, did they pick up KB in the tote at Nash Ranch in MG's VW?? Why would PF's truck be at KB's otherwise? All this new info leads to more questions.

Where's that sweater PF used. Burned up or at a landfill? Sadly, I fear if the sweather/candle/baseball bat tale is true, Kelsey's end was not that quick. Wouldn't a sweater prevent some of that blood spatter? Did it come off right away? Did KB pull it off? I don't at all believe KK left evidence on purpose for PF to get caught. I'm mean really, KK, do you think we are as stupid as you are? Oh how I wish we had those 3,300 pages to mull through. That would keep us busy until the trial

Apparently someone knowlegable about this subject, wrote about
this on a much earlier thread. Seems when hit the right way and

That's what happened with Michelle Young (NC). Her husband Jason was convicted of her murder. Her teeth were avulsed during an attack and found under the bed well after her murder was discovered.

Plastics are petroleum products. Burning a few trash bags is one thing, but a large heavy-duty plastic tote would produce a black, acrid, greasy, dangerous, chemical kind of smoke. JMO
