There is NOTHING like some Pommy CliffsNotes
Amen.
There is NOTHING like some Pommy CliffsNotes
Can you point me toward a photo of the red truck with a shell on it? I know the green truck has a shell. How did the camera capture the tote if it was in the back? Or was it in the back? No, he drove it to Nash Ranch on Thankgsgiving afternoon, by himself in his red 2008 Totota pickup. They went to pick it back up on the 24th. He drove his little ancient Toyota pickup with the shell on the bed. She drove the borrowed car with expired plates. IMO
Investigators depict gruesome murder scene with new details in Berreth murder case. Is Patrick in court Monday to plead or is that bad reporting
Point taken, HGO. As I mentioned yesterday, people can lie, but technology does not lie. For that reason, the prosecution will need to back up witnesses' stories (not just KKL's) with evidence such as cell phone records and captures from video surveillance cameras, such as the one at Safeway that captured KB's last shopping trip.Marking spot and just a reminder KK's story of events/places/things does not mean that any of it is true.
Exactly. We talked so much about the cinnamon rolls in the beginning, but as I said then, they were a clue. Because nobody who is planning a week-long trip would leave freshly baked, yummy cinnamon rolls behind, nor would anyone leave them uncovered once they had cooled. KK could have packed KB's suitcase, threw in some clothes and makeup, drove her car a ways, pushed it off a cliff, and then called PF to drive her back. There were two evil-doers, both too stupid to set up an alibi. Just unreal. MOO

LOL, I saw that but it didn't detract from the thought stream at all. My fingers sometimes aren't fully on board with my brain, either, which is why I often go back and edit my posts.ETA: Wolf in sheeps clothing, sometimes my brain works faster than my fingers.....my wife says my mouth does as well![]()
But with stipulations if I remember correctly!According to Idaho's iCourt Portal, KKL's divorce from CL was filed on April 29, 2016 and final decree June 27,2016.
Makes me angry just to see him holding that sweet baby. Can you point me toward a photo of the red truck with a shell on it? I know the green truck has a shell. How did the camera capture the tote if it was in the back? Or was it in the back?
Patrick Frazee to face trial after preliminary hearing
Frazee was also seen on surveillance video at his bank with a baby carrier in the passenger seat and the black tote bag in the rear.
Courtroom updates: Preliminary hearing for Patrick Frazee, who is accused of killing Kelsey Berreth
The prosecution finished questioning Adams by asking him to look at a surveillance video from a bank that shows Frazee with a baby carrier in the passenger seat of his car. There is a black tote in the vehicle that Adams said investigators would learn played a “significant role” in the disappearance of Kelsey Berreth.
Kelsey Berreth murder investigators focused on ‘black tote’ in back of Patrick Frazee’s truck: Report
Courthouse reporters in Teller County, Colorado, on Tuesday have stated in live Twitter updates that Frazee was seen on surveillance camera footage at a bank on November 22, the day Berreth was last seen alive, with a black tote back in the bed of his pickup truck.
So, Arraignment in April.....
Getting way ahead of things, when are the best guesses of when the actual trial would start? Because i am going to have to go over previous post with a fine tooth comb to keep going just until April.

yes I agreeMarking spot and just a reminder KK's story of events/places/things does not mean that any of it is true.

Since we established many, many threads ago, that it is not against the law to know about someone planning a crime and doing nothing about it.. Does the same go for knowing after and saying nothing? Will SF face any kind of charges do you think?
Thank you! The original story by Patrick to Kelsey's Mom was that she went to visit her sick grandmother. Also, the text sent to her work also stated she was going to be out to visit a sick relative. It doesn't make any sense that a woman would leave cinnamon rolls on the counter and trash in any barrel- bathroom, kitchen, etc for a week or so. Even milk in the fridge would get tossed out, if she had so called planned to be gone for at least a week. Not to mention, she talked to her mother twice on Thanksgiving- surely her own mother would have known that she was going to go visit her sick grandmother!Exactly. We talked so much about the cinnamon rolls in the beginning, but as I said then, they were a clue. Because nobody who is planning a week-long trip would leave freshly baked, yummy cinnamon rolls behind, nor would anyone leave them uncovered once they had cooled. Edit/add I went back to thread 44 to find my post but golly, that's a lot of searching! Is there a way to search for the posts you made? I even made a comment about wondering what the stipulation was I believe filed 6/2016
Yeah, we probably would go further back than that and discussing cinnamon rolls and the Safeway video.I think if that was the case we sleuthers would be where we were 2 weeks ago knowing nothing and speculating on everything!
