It could be as simple as people in the United States, you can figure out where they are from because they use the word soda, soft drink, or Coke.

I myself, I'm going with the arrest affidavit versus trying to put words in other people's mouths, especially the prosecution and the law enforcement folks. In my opinion, they clearly stated that the tote was going to be very important and the testimony, and that was singular, vs. multiple totes.

But I'm just using my logic, and your logic and Others May differ from my logic.

I just moved and have several “totes”. To me, these are packing items. Used instead of boxes.

So in all seriousness, how much do we think it could be? I'm ready for some centralized info LOL
It was a very long hearing - when we order transcripts they are routinely over $1000

I'm not sure they do. It looks like there's spots here and there, across at least three rooms, but KK cleaned up most of what would be visible.

This. Makes me so angry

They were in it together. It was probably a bonding experience. They both had their reasons to want Kelsey gone.
Maybe, they both had their experience or their apprehensions with custody of his and her children. KKL had already gone through divorce and could have told PF, what to expect (even more problems possibly, as he isn't married).

that’s a lot of pages . I was going to suggest a certain currency raising website, that dare not to speak its name..but I know that will invoke the mods and I will get deleted.

I am sure the media is after it and probably requested it right after the hearing... Just guessing though...

or swinging up like a golf swing - Affidavit para 66 presumably several teeth were dislodged but she only found the one - is there a possibility one was missed if there were several and CBI found it? JMO

I sure as he** hope so.

I'm still very curious about that statement Kelsey made to her mother about feeling safe now.
Was she afraid before? Is that particular area a dangerous place to live? The kind of place where almost everyone owns a gun for protection?
I really wonder if Kelsey had a reason to be afraid. Maybe she suspected something. She must have been a little disturbed, or at least suspicious when a stranger came to the door with a cup of coffee. Maybe she sensed that she was in danger. Imo

I don't think KB was the one that sent that text. Do we know that it was her?

I've said from day 1 and still believe it today, PF will remain silent. He's betting the ranchette on reasonable doubt, it only takes one juror. IMO
It only takes one juror to cause a mistrial. In which case, the prosecution would decide whether to retry the case, and I assume they would retry the case. It would take twelve jurors as stupid as the ones in OJ Simpson's trial to acquit him. MOO

Wouldn't the blood spots where she cleaned glow when luminol was applied?

Beats me. But even if blood was visible under luminol, I doubt it would show the precise spray pattern (ugh, I hate typing that) and other details, which is what I was referring to. Seems like it would just be a glowing blob.

I remember it being brought up here but don't recall reading it anywhere else. It seems a little curious to me since they were communicating by phone that day during the time KK was cleaning. (Nothing would surprise me at this point, however.) o_O
MOO

I can't remember exactly, but I think it was later. I recall thinking it didn't make sense because it might mean they took KK's car to Nash Ranch, which made no sense at all.

I’m curious how KK had the time, money and opportunity to do so much travel.

For example: three 1600 mile round trips and two 900 mile round trips to Reno in less than 3 months. Idk if she drove to Reno, but 6,600 miles @ estimated 18mpg x approximately $3.00/gallon gas is $1100. If she was driving a 4wd suv through mountains and snow, it could be double that or more. Plus she claims a few hotel overnights, sonic (lol), arranging childcare with her ex, working FT, planning out her work schedule...she had a very busy, expensive autumn!

I have always wondered if PF gave his co-conspirator travel and gas money. If he did, would it be considered 'a lie' if she never mentioned it to LE?

I don't think KB was the one that sent that text. Do we know that it was her?

I had to look back to the hearing updates to see how and when that information was conveyed to CB:

Late Thanksgiving night, [CB] said she received a text message from her daughter saying that Frazee had returned her gun and she had gone shooting that night.

So you're right, KB did not send that text. I'm not seeing the "I feel safe" part, though I read it somewhere.

The post I replied to linked a source stating that Slater said CB told him Kelsey had told her that so I assume so. There was no mention of a text, I don't think. Maybe in a phone conversation?
I think it was what he said in court.

I find it odd that LE has surveillance of PF coming and going from the house on Thanksgiving but there wasn't any mention of KK being caught on camera during the clean up.

IIRC, it had something to do with the security cam being a free service where the party using it got still shots sent to their phone and could also select what days they wanted or didn't want to use the service.

Just for clarification on KB's gun. Who said what and the text (from transcript):

Late Thanksgiving night, Cheryl Berreth said she received a text message from her daughter saying that Frazee had returned her gun and she had gone shooting that night.

11:20 a.m.

Cheryl Berreth told Slater that her daughter Kelsey told her that Frazee took her gun away on New Year’s Eve 2017 because she alluded to taking her own life when the couple got into a fight and hadn’t returned it to her until Nov. 22, 2018.

I just checked the post I quoted. Look where it says: 11:00 - "Cheryl also said..."

LOL! But then WHAT would we have left to talk about? Spiral frosted desert rolls?

Right before the last hearing the person you are referring to was added to the witness list, so I wonder if that would prevent him from speaking to any other witnesses or defendants in the case?

JMO

the person you are not naming has drone videos- those might be what would be presented at trial- and maybe other videos (speculating)
