Oh, and forgot - You may be thinking of ASPD and psychopath. They're often lumped together or used interchangeably. When they're not, there seems to be constant disagreement about it. I believe Robert Hare, the daddy on this topic, says all psychopaths are ASPD but not all ASPDs are psychopaths. An interesting thing with psychopaths is when shown photos of people with different facial expressions, they are unable to discern the emotions. They don't feel them, can't recognize them but do try to mimic. That has something to do with why their actions are so extreme. Only in those cases can they get any kind emotional charge.

JMO
I appreciate the insights as the first real phsychopath I saw for sure was during the Jodi Arias trial where I watched her very closely during the live trial. It was amazing and shocking to me to watch her.

The way she would look around and see others in the courtroom acting in shock to some of the crime scene photos and then she would mock their reactions was incredible to me. It was like she had no real emotions of her own and had to mimic other people in the courtroom in order to behave properly.

Learning how they cannot feel empathy for others helps to explain how some of the real phsychopaths can do such horrible crimes we read about here.

I am convinced PF must be one of them in order to be so selfish and want to harm KB in such a horrendous way without caring how her Mom and others would feel afterwards. KK, on the other hand, has a whole host of her own issues in order to be able to follow PF's lead. In some ways I think KK may be worse off mentally than PF.

Anyway, thanks for the insight.
btw-I almost majored in Phsychology but it scared me so much in my Physch 101 class as I started to learn how people tick and and some things about myself that I was too scared to continue down that career path. LOL :)

"... After cleaning up, Lee said she put the trash bags near where Berreth’s Corolla was parked, loaded them into her car, and went to Sonic. From there, she returned to Frazee’s property. ..."

I think I have to get away from this whole thing for awhile. Reading about these psychopathic monsters is raising my blood pressure to the point that it’s actually dangerous. Maybe I’m a wuss but I just don’t know how people like this can be allowed to continue living. Maybe I am developing hangman’s attitude and that’s not good because it makes me just as bad as they are.

Dude range Borgias. This is who they are.

The two bolded statements are problematic to me. I think KK is lying about some things in her story to LE. She had not been to Nash Ranch yet, but she told cops she was "going back." Then the bit about going to KB's townhome with PF to get PF's pickup truck which KK said was at Nash Ranch backing up to the haystack to get the tote with the body!

JMO it sounds like KK is remembering events with someone other than PF, but she is inserting PF in furtherance of her story. IMO she is still lying.

The Def had not received the 3000+ pages of discovery nor had they viewed the 4.5 hour audiovideo of KK telling her CYA story. CBI Slater was a great witness but he was repeating whatever KK had said. The Pros were not trying to punch holes in her story but rather make it fit the Pros theory. The Def will review every word she actually spoke to LE, and shred KK on the stand.

I have an unfortunate feeling that LE decided early on that PF did it and then looked only for support for their theory. all JMO

somebody remind me what trucks PF has....red pick up- (his "main" truck?), white truck that went to the landfill... is the "Toyota Tacoma" a third one? Maybe KB was not ever transported in the "red one?" (confused)

“That doesn’t make sense,” is PF in a nutshell.

As for the coffee scenario, I don’t believe it was poisoned, although I do believe that KK was fully capable of doing so.

Had she in fact poisoned it, the plan would require additional steps on the part of PF.

These steps were apparently not taken.

Her alleged apology to him for not poisoning the coffee, and his anger in response, rings true to me.

She just wanted to see her enemy in person.

Where did she take Ambien? It is now generic, so, no samples. Either stole from a hospital patient, or used her own. In either case, a crime as it is a controlled substance.

She committed far worse crimes than that.

We don’t know if she ever obtained these drugs, just that she suggested it, and had access to them.

just trying to figure out where the missing bullet from MG's gun might have gone

Unfortunately That’s likely to be pondered for 2 yrs imo....stay tuned

I think a lot of the mistakes he made were bc he’s simply a narc. I truly believe that he just thought LE would see oh KB contacted work, told her mom she’d contact her later and they would just accept that she took off.

Why would they have any reason to question me? She just left and I have KF why would I know where she is.

He underestimated the abilities of LE!

He’s just that self absorbed!

That and also living in a small town he didn’t think anyone would doubt him. Kelsey was not a local. IMO

It seems to me, from the one's I have known, that they hate their mothers (who are usually overbearing)...and they tend to project that hate on to many other females in their lives. I think they also hate themselves and all that hate makes them ashamed.

God forbid anyone see or expose that shame and hate, cause that seems to be when all hell breaks loose. :-(

You got that right. Toxic shame. Imagine going through life with ONLY such feelings as shame, anger, resentment. Now add a real PD in there with no empathy or conscience.

I'd still like know to the deal with PFs father. Cruel, Casper Milquetoast, absent??? Just as significant as the mother.

I don't think he did.

Patrick Frazee 'was having an affair for months' with Idaho nurse | Daily Mail Online
The mother-of-three is at all of her son's hearings, filed the custody motion and for the past 20 years has lived alone with Frazee on her 35-acre ranch.

MOO

OK, since we have already had to discuss the gruesome details of KB's death, let us address another bad aspect of this: where exactly did PF and KK get together? KK's house belonged to her ex. PF lives with his mom. In a truck? In a field? At the Nash barn? (trying to find the intoxicating romance here) :(

I remember the JA trial so well for the same reasons ... it was freaky to watch her, and really showed a psychopath at work! I do believe that PF is similar, as are so many other people we follow here at WS. They’re a scary bunch! I haven’t yet figured out how to describe KK, but she seems quite dangerous to me, to be a mother herself and have no qualms knowing another young mother is likely to be murdered and doing absolutely NOTHING to stop it .... not only that, but to be able to go into a bloody crime scene and clean up. I don’t even know what to say about a trip to Sonic after that! Then to top off your day watching a body being burned ... what sick and twisted people PF and KK are! IMHO ....

Yeah. They certainly didn’t want to tip their hand that early, and as we know, an arrest didn’t come until almost 3 weeks later.

He had a child in his custody, and they had a case to build.

Coming out to too strongly, would not be in the best interest of justice.

Or the child’s.

ITA on all that but it still doesn't account for not doing a thorough going over of Kelsey's place as soon as they used the Bluestar in the bathroom..

Agreed. That is inexplicable at this point, and I hope there is some sort of answer that makes sense.

I’m really bothered by it.

I don't know. It was the Dec 6 inspection (IIRC) where blood was seen in areas where it shouldn't have been and I'm sure Kelsey's family would have consented to an immediate forensic going over as took place on the 20th.

I hope someone can answer this because it mystifies me (if I have these dates right). That's a full two weeks delay.

That just made me think about something. There were supposedly tampons in the bathroom trash when LE went there on the 20th. If you were Kelsey's mom and you had been in that house, going over things with a fine tooth comb, would you have left the bathroom trash there?

Yes, all of us are.

Maybe on a nice bale of hay in the Nash barn? ;)

I'm wondering if KB's parents can sue KK for her involvement in the murder cover-up? (I'd say PF also, but it looks like he doesn't have 2nickels to rub together, living with mother and all). As it stands, they are going to be stuck with KB's condo and will have to disclose to any future buyers, that a vicious, brutal murder occurred there, which will more than likely affect the selling price.

  • #658
If I were CB I would not have touched anything!
They tested the garbage and it was KB's blood.
So, it was obviously something that they would need to know about.
IMO

Wow, that is awesome. I love the Salvation Army. About the only large charity/NGO that isn't a fraud.
