Yeah, and let me go ahead and put it out there for the record that the idea that KB would need to verify who the baby daddy was is beyond ludicrous, IMO.
It flies in the face of everything that's been reported about KB in terms of her lifestyle.
There's no question re: PF being Baby's K's biological father.
KB didn't need any paternity test.

I’m in NO way trying to paint KB in a bad light, I believe she was a faith driven woman and a good one, but things happen.

She did get pregnant out of wedlock, which lots of people do, so we can’t say she waited to have sex until she was married.

To dismiss it as even a possibility is not something we can do, IMO

My thought is the DNA was for baby K and her mom was checking to see if PF was in fact the baby's father. Just a thought MOO

It's an ancestral DNA kit. When you order an Ancestry DNA kit they send you a box with a tube. You fill the tube with spit and then send it back to Ancestry. Weeks later you log onto the Ancestry site, input your number from your tube and they match you with other people who have taken the Ancestry DNA test, family members that you may not know. They also tell you where your ancestors came from, for instance it might say you are 22% Irish, 15 % Belgian, 63% Russian. It's not used for paternity, but it will show familial relations of others who have taken the same test. Paternity tests are different. This is merely a "hey I just found out I'm part Japanese" kind of test. It's also helpful for people who have been adopted if they have other family members who have taken the test. It's not positive for paternity, but it can lead you in a direction.
My guess is, just like so many of us out here, KB bought the test because she was curious about her heritage.

They don’t indicate that it is the same person on the docs I’ve read so far. The bank event was from the recollections of an employee and not an interview by LE so no names would be expected.

SF stated that bank records would prove the $700/month child support. BUT there was no custody arrangement and that would mean no child support arrangement. So if PF was taking $700/month out of the family coffers it makes you wonder why and if the money was the reason for murdering KB. If PF was taking $700/month from his mother or the family farm and pretending it was for child support, it would be bad news if KB told SF a different story.

I wondered if he paid more right before and after the birth when KB was not working.... (just a thought)

CB telling LE when baby born she was a few weeks early, they took her out of room, PF threw such a fit about it they were worried he was abusive of KB and involved SS and neither had the baby until they looked into it.

Others may have different opinions. These were the biggest wows to me. Although there are a few more...

How did PF become an authority on parents bonding with their newborns and what made him so passionate on this?

Does it sound a lot like Mama's influence to you? (She certainly bonded well with PF, it seems.)

This does lend more credence to why PF wanted KB out of the picture so there was no threat to his (and Mama's) custody of Baby KB.

Yes, I read that, my OP was from four hours ago, when I first read that there were actually several bags, or envelopes containing teeth found around the house.
I guess it's possible that none of these teeth have anything to do with the crime. At least not this one...Imo

Wouldn't it be interesting to know what PF communicated to his mother immediately after Kelsey's murder ?
I'd imagine LE can subpoena the phone conversations ?
I keep debating whether or not SF is truly a victim in all of this.
