Another odd detail: in the 118-16 Search Warrant, it says:

"Prior to contacting Lee, investigators had additional information, including from Lee's family members, that the 🤬🤬🤬-🤬🤬🤬-6679 phone number belonged to Krystal".

I wonder who contacted which family members. Her ex-husband? One of her aunts? They must not have warned KK or KK was being really bold, because this was before the first interview with LE when she lied about everything.

I know PF is a psycho, but isn't it weird that three other people (his mother, his father figure friend and KK) apparently saw nothing wrong with Kelsey being "eliminated"? Have they all been brainwashed? Was she an easier target because she was an outsider?

I am 95% sure that KB's body was burned at the Franchette. There would be no need for a large quantity of gasoline to burn clothes, nor would there be a need for a large tote or a trough. MOO

Yes, very, very weird indeed. And then there's KK's friend MS and the Rs, who did said and did nothing until after KB was murdered. This is such a bizarre case. I'm looking forward to tonight's Dateline.

From currently known facts, how likely is it that PF's defense would be successful in invoking reasonable doubt about Kelsey being burned at his ranch? How much weight can be put in court on the fact that a cadaver dog indicated on/near a hay bale on the Nash ranch?

Thats always been my thinking too, But I'm jut starting to doubt that Investigators wouldn't have been at the very least able to find the smallest trace of DNA on the recovered burn site evidence. Maybe they have and we just are not aware?

I still find it odd that they didn’t find a single tiny trace of burned remains at the Franch. Pieces of burned plastic but no human remains?

Of course kk as an absolute idiot if she lied about something that is important enough to lock her up for a very long time!
I don't think KK lied. I think she believes she saw PF burning KB's body in the tote in the trough. I think (and this is just my opinion and speculation of course) that she saw what PF wanted her to see. And he was intentionally vague about what he was going to do with the "remains" later. It could have been a dead animal in the tote. I do think they did actually burn up that trash that KK brought from the the clean up of KB's residence. I think he disposed of KB's body on Friday the 23rd if not the 22nd.

I would be interested to learn what PF was doing late on the 22nd, I have a feeling that he dropped Baby K off at the franch and went to take care of some business. MOO

Patrick Frazee, suspect in Kelsey Berreth's disappearance, called 'monster' by ex-girlfriend
"He is a monster."

[...]

"He had no empathy for life," Curie said about Frazee, in an exclusive interview with NBC's "Dateline."

Frazee’s attorneys declined to comment about Curie’s allegations as well as Berreth’s disappearance.

Curie said she and Frazee started dating in 2010.

"I was attracted to his sharp wit and he had a very explorative mind. He contemplated everything. And he was excellent at reading people," Curie told "Dateline" correspondent Andrea Canning.

But, four months into their relationship, Curie said Frazee started playing mind games on her.

“He began not calling me for days, and then calling me in the middle of the night telling me he had visions of me in a wedding dress. And we'd talk and argue for hours. And we'd end up winding right back into each other.”

The emotional abuse, as she described it, went on for a year. She said Frazee would put her on a pedestal, then tear her down. But, she said, she continued to be drawn to him.

As their relationship continued, Curie said she observed Frazee, a rancher and popular farrier, hit his dogs.

[...]

Curie and Frazee’s on-again, off-again relationship ended in 2014, when Curie said she came across the definition of a psychopath online.

“He fit the bill to a T. And that's when I left him.”

In terms of KK lying, at the point in time that she told investigators about the cleanup, her attorney must have told her that she would be in a huge amount of legal trouble if she didn't tell them everything and not hold back anything. I know that she lied when first contacted by the FBI, but I think she was truthful in the Dec. 20 interview, on the advice of her attorney. MOO

Dateline NBC to interview ex-girlfriend of Patrick Frazee
Vanessa Curie and her mother, Georgia, will talk to NBC about Vanessa's three-year relationship with Frazee, who is charged with first-degree murder of Kelsey Berreth, 29, and three counts of solicitation of murder.

[...]

The hour-long NBC broadcast at 9 p.m. MST will also feature Frazee's friend Clinton Cline, who believes Frazee, 32, is innocent. Kelsey's cousin, JoDee Garretson, will also speak publicly for the first time since the February preliminary hearing.

That incident at the hospital, in and of itself, would not have really affected a custody/visitation order. It could be brought up, but I doubt a judge would have put much weight to it. If either PF or KB had filed for a custody/visitation order, they both would have been granted joint legal custody. Then the court would have either granted one of them primary physical custody and the other standard visitation OR granted shared custody. I don't see any reason that PF couldn't have made an excellent case to be awarded physical custody. Unless there is a breast feeding issue, mothers don't really get special consideration over fathers any more. With KB's travel/commute, and PF's mother being there to help, a judge could have favored PF in a custody case or given shared custody (no child support paid by either).
What a friend feightenig thought...PF with custody.

Who goes through the effort to put a tooth in an envelope from a crime to keep? It is like the opposite of secrets. Tell everyone, ensure you are on camera, use an expired license plate, make sure to solicit multiple times, get the solicited to clean the crime scene, talk to the teller at the bank, tell her everything, lie about everything, get caught lying, write out a note of who can watch your child that you have no legal guardianship, leave off victim that is the guardian, sell victim's gun, use her phone, take it to a gorge, leave with it, burn in yard instead, on and on.
This gave me a hearty laugh regarding the stupidity of PF/KK. But then I realize there was actually a murder and sadness comes back. :(

I am cynical with media. Since you said this was discussed back when and negated, I wonder how many of them knew this was not his mother and ran with it anyhow. The $$$ for the clicks and headlines and notice is probably worth the slap on the wrist, etc. they get.

They don’t even get a slap on the wrist. IMO most people will just read it and move on because they aren’t following the case closely.

Yes. I think in the Dec 20 interview she did tell the truth, at least the truth as she knew it. But a lot of what she "knew" is really stuff that PF told her.

11/22 Late night 10pm he was tracked by his phone to be in the
area of RS's Crescent S Ranch (38.9 acres) in Guffey, Co.
Wish LE would search this ranchette.
