Yup. But my guess is that the phone data isn’t going to support that.

Plus, we know that PF entered the house after he last said, and left with Kelsey’s phone.

So it cripples the defense’s ability to push the timeline out, and put KK in the area at the time of Kelsey’s murder.

If KK was in Idaho at the time, then only PF can be the killer.

I still think they’ll try and point the finger at her, but I don’t know how.
Exactly and I believe kk was in Idaho but can you imagine if she wasn’t .. we are going to have a really interesting case

My guess it will be more of a try to confuse the jury and try to deflect blame. It will not be any Direct rational theory and I don't believe it will play well with the evidence that the prosecution will likely present....MOO

Yeah, that simply means that the apps on her phone weren’t tracking her precise location.

Fortunately, that doesn’t prevent phone pings.

So Google didn’t know where she was, but the cell towers still told law enforcement.
I didn’t mean to imply that it’s possible she was there that day. My memory’s failing right now, but I want to say we’ve seen evidence/documents saying she wasn’t.

Yeah. Right now, we know that law enforcement doesn’t believe she was in Colorado until the morning of the 24th.

But we don’t know the basis of this believe, with the exception of witness statements that place her in Idaho during the murder.

There will certainly be phone records, but we haven’t seen them yet.

And we do know that she deleted her Google location history, which would have given more precise location data.

They are going to go for the crazed lover told him to do it. She will take the blame but won’t get more then a few years in jail for ki

Burner phones will come in here I suspect. I bet they will say yup she shut down google location and started up burner phone so we have no idea where she was on 11/22 -11/24 when we picked her phone up .

If her phone was shut off, then yes, she wouldn’t be able to be tracked.

But law enforcement will have data from her burner, because they’ll have the phone number for it.

They’ll have her phone number, because PF used his own phone to call it (like a dumbass).

So LE is good either way.

“And we do know that she deleted her Google location” curious. Do we know this? Is this an option somewhere on google? They collect so much info on us, it’s tough to keep up. Lol

Ironic Kelsey a donkey and a Starbucks coffee.

It’s more “reading between the lines.”

Law enforcement got her Google account information from KK’s ex husband.

When they applied for a search warrant, they found data for most of November and December, but the dates surrounding the murder had no data.

I think it’s a safe bet that it wasn’t there, because she turned it off, or deleted it (if deletion is possible).

From the affidavit:

Why don’t they ever say where kk was on 11/22 ? I don’t think she killed kB but for the life of me I can’t figure out why the heck they don’t say her phone pings were in Idaho on 11/22. Why don’t they just say it to eliminate her as a suspect ? It will just make it clear to me and many others here that are with me and eliminate her as a suspect.. unless they can’t for some reason

Simple answer: LE can't eliminate KK as a suspect because LE can't prove where KK was on 11/22. She could have left her regular phone there so it would ping. She sure made sure her ex-husband had no clue where she was.

LE also can't prove when--day or time--KB was murdered. Just because KK claims PF told her when doesn't mean KK is telling the truth.

Friends or family could give her an alibi and the jury will know at least one friend did lie for her so her husband wouldn't know where she was.

Curious indeed! I does seem that IS an option!

I’m starting to have second thoughts here as to her location at the time...

ETA with this new fact, it does make her look super suspicious!

Can you show me where the husband says he didn't know where KK was on the 22nd? I had not seen that.

Why can’t they eliminate her is my question or why haven’t they ?

Are you asking someone in particular?

His ex-GF said he was smart. I don't agree. He was manipulative.
I think, you have to be clever like a fox, if you want to successfully manipulate your surrounding.

Because she is the star witness that the case hinges on up till this point would be my guess

False. LE has eliminated KK as a murder suspect.

If they had not, they wouldn’t have given her a deal like that.

They would not have charged PF with murder.

Proceeding forward without evidence of her location, would destroy the case against PF.

He would walk.

To assume that solid evidence does not exist as to KK’s location, would be to assume a staggering degree of incompetence from the CBI, FBI, and DA.

The preliminary hearing was about PF, not the location of KK.

That will come in due course.

They are certainly going to try. I believe it was PF alone. Hopefully all the evidence will put all the speculation to rest.

And we only have to wait a year or more to hear it. Sigh
