Of course she wasn't forced to testify at this point, but I can just about guarantee she'll be called come trial time. Her and her son SF2.

1:24 p.m. A person matching Frazee’s description is captured entering the front door of Berreth’s apartment on a neighbor’s surveillance camera – which investigators said contradicted what Frazee had told them about a timeline on that day.

1:25 p.m. PF's red Toyota is seen on William's Log Furniture video turning onto North Fairview from HWY 24 and traveling Northbound. The truck appears to have some kind of crate in the bed.

3:13 p.m. PF's bank account shows a transaction at Walmart.

3:36 p.m.: That same neighbor’s surveillance camera again captures images of a person that matches Frazee’s description at Berreth’s home. Frazee called his mother, Sheila, and Kenney at this time, according to his phone records. This is the beginning of when Frazee allegedly started carrying out his “scheme,” as the affidavit calls it, of using his and Berreth’s phones to try and “distract law enforcement, distort the actual date of [Berreth’s] appearance, and separate himself as a suspect in a murder investigation.”
Kenney told investigators that Frazee called her and told her to come to Colorado because she “had a mess to clean up.” She told investigators that she understood that meant that Berreth had been killed.

4:24 p.m. PF makes a call to a number ending in 6021 and his cell phone connects to the tower near KB's home**
4:37 p.m. PF's calls a number ending in 6679. PF cell again connects to the Woodland Park tower near KB's home but in the east facing sector.**
4:43 p.m. PF receives a call on his phone from the number ending in 6679. PF's phone connects to a tower near Divide, CO, and a sector facing west along route 24. The call last 141 seconds.**
4:50 p.m. PF calls the 6679 number back and talks for 251 seconds.**
**KB's phone was also tracked and from approx 3:30-4:50 KB's phone moves along the same route as PF's phone. Both phones appear to move along Route 24 in the direction from KB's home toward PF's home. Due to the time delay of when phone warrants were issued only "failed attempt" calls were recorded. These are probably calls that failed to connect or dropped due to poor reception.

9:54, 10:03, 10:15 & 10:48 PM: Both Frazee’s and Berreth’s cell phones were connected with cell towers near Cripple Creek, traveling in the same direction and similar distances from the towers. “This would indicate the phones were likely traveling together,” Frazee’s affidavit says. The area where the phones connected is in the direction of Robert Slagle's Guffey, CO residence.

11:11 p.m. PF's phone is recorded 3 miles south of a Florissant cell tower 2 miles south of his residence. There is nothing to indicate PF and KB's phones ever separated during this 2.5 hour window.

The affidavit says the two cell phones stayed together for the entirety of Nov. 22-24

Why was PF driving there the days after PF's TG visits.
PF must have been exhausted, being 'so busy' on the 22nd, yet managed to drive to the vicinity of RS's place, on that night, and the following days.
Yet PF had been awake to all hours on TG eve, then had his murderous spree, driving about, back home, off to RS.
Phew.
Something very important was required to be achieved.
I believe, this will be investigated further, and am hoping we have more evidence.
However, with the time lapse, any evidence, concerning these trips, may have disappeared.

Not that I have seen. PF requested KB drop him off at the ranch and then she went to buy him medicine and took it to him at the ranch before she returned home. However, I only went by this document for the phone activity times:

OMG! This! It’s even worse when you consider that pretty much everyone in this case is private. My heart just breaks for that sweet child and KB. CB is very smart to say nothing. We all know she deserves custody. I admire her restraint.

11:11 p.m. PF's phone is recorded 3 miles south of a Florissant cell tower 2 miles south of his residence. There is nothing to indicate PF and KB's phones ever separated during this 2.5 hour window.

The affidavit says the two cell phones stayed together for the entirety of Nov. 22-24

Ok, trying to piece things together.

So sometime between 12:27 when KB leaves Safeway and 12:47 PF got the baby somewhere from KB, but no image of him at her house during that time or when do the images of the three of them together fit in to this timeframe? The images that showed the flowers.

Then after Walmart at 12:54 with baby, he goes back to KB’s at 1:24.

I’m confused by the video of him at 1:25 from the furniture store as I was guessing he was at KB’s for the two hours from 1:24-3:36

He is traveling North at 1:25, is that towards KBs or away from?

And I really really want to know RS’s phone #.

It doesn't leave very much time for the "baby exchange."
It must have been really quick, between 12:38 and 12:44. Then he returned at 1:24?
But it doesn't say the baby was captured on the surveillance camera at the house, just PF. It still doesn't make sense to me. Imo

Didn't the DA want to question SF at this past hearing and one of the questions he wanted to get her answer on record was something about who was the unexpected guest at Thanksgiving? Of course she wasn't forced to testify at this point, but I can just about guarantee she'll be called come trial time. Her and her son SF2.

There was no "unexpected guest" testimony sought from SF, and this was explained as bad acoustics in the courtroom.

I believe prosecutor referring to PF as the defendant also added to "guest" question. Prosecutor wanted SF to testify what time the defendant (PF) arrived for dinner on Thanksgiving.

SF was likely advised by her attorney that the preliminary hearing was not a time for her testimony, and the Court agreed. Whether she honors a subpoena later is yet to be determined.

Teller County Judge Scott Sells is upholding his decision to release Patrick Frazee’s mother from her subpoena, which means she will not have to testify against her son at his preliminary hearing.

Sells said prosecutors had wanted Sheila Frazee to testify about when her son arrived at Thanksgiving dinner the day Berreth disappeared, the well being of his child, and a steel rod that may have been recovered.

She was also expected to testify about what was referred to as a “burning incident” at Frazee’s home, according to Sells.

Sells said a preliminary hearing is not a time for this testimony, and that other witnesses can provide further similar information.

The issue with PF that's different from what we've seen with CW and others like him, is that PF will never ever ever ever admit anything. This is the kind of guy that you could catch in bed with another woman and he would deny he was having an affair and make you wonder if you're crazy.
That's hard to understand because we all are normal. If we do something wrong, or hurt someone we feel empathy for them and we want to make it right. He doesn't. For him, relationships are only fun when he's hurting someone, making them twist emotionally. We enjoy making people smile, feel good about themselves, it makes us feel warm inside when we help someone, PF doesn't. The nicer KB became, the more he hated her. The more she tried to help, the kinder she was to him, the more she tried to understand him at the expense of her own needs, the more he despised her and the crueler he became. He didn't just want to kill her, he wanted to ruin her, which is why he told the horrid stories about her. He's enjoying hearing people say those nasty things about KB over and over, it makes him happy. And even though KK will tell everyone what happened, he will always deny it because he knows, deep down inside, there are people who will always question the truth if he denies it.

I'm not sure when they were all seen together with the flowers. I recall that from the prelim hearing but it was not in the document I reviewed. If anyone can help me find the time they were all caught on camera together I will add it. Thanks!
