I don't think it was hazmat wear. It was described as a white suit or something like that. Maybe it was one of those white one piece cover ups you would wear into the OR. It would completely cover the body and it is disposable. I still have one from when my daughter had surgery.
Or it could have been whatever the surgeons or nurses wear in the OR. Imo

So KB allegedly texts PF about sweet potato casserole (my favorite btw). I believe she sent that text. And then the one after about pecans on top. The picture of him at the Walmart he seeems to be based solely on the stuff I can make out at the top left corner seems to be the supplement aisle. There is nothing wrong with going out for Thanksgiving. Which his family “allegedly” did. But I also believe KB was going to buy food to make a Thanksgiving at her place. And PF was the guest. Poinsettia in the middle of the table. Decorating. Cookie cutters are out. Cinnamon rolls make everything smell nice. he’s like standing in the aisle that had nothing to do with anything she asked him to purchase. He was just wasting time. Jmo. I guess I might be one of the few bad cooks here but I was told by my grandmother to whip out a batch of cinnamon rolls. It doesn’t matter if hey we’re out of a can. Everything smells nice and it looks like you baked. Again JMO

Agent Slater testified that when KK took them to the barn, they found the tractor, and a bale of discolored hay that KK described to them. I also understand that it was KK's explanation that the hay was discolored because it's where she said the tote box was placed.

I'm having doubts that the tote caused the discoloration for a couple of reasons. First, there's no mention that Investigators took the bale as evidence or for forensic testing. Second, "discolored hay" is a very common term known to ranchers/farmers, and mold or dry matter loss not a good thing!

When spotted, a bad (discolored) bale is typically pulled aside from the stack. I'm more inclined to believe that PF simply placed the tote on top of a discolored bale previously pulled aside. MOO

Sometimes exposure to sunlight discolors hay bales, sometimes exposure to moisture(rain, stored under a hole in the roof) does. It's hard to say without seeing the discoloration, and smelling the hay (mold has distinctive smell) to figure out why it's discolored.

It's interesting that she was able to point it out though.

Looks like "Bitty and Betsy" are the only ones up at this hour.
I've had that darn song in my head for months. But I can't associate it with this case somehow because it's a great song and such a horrible crime.
Patrick Frazee and his partner KK just don't deserve it.

Usually at Walmart, you can’t see any interior cameras or they aren’t noticible. They are in the ceiling. Our Walmart recently added cameras that are lower, visible & have a small screen on them so you can see yourself. They are very noticeable (actually there are signs saying you are being recorded) & I always look up to see myself on screen. I saw them in cosmetics, baby formula & otc medicines departments. Maybe he’s looking at himself.

I thought I understood the 11/22 timeline and the comings and goings from KB's home and the reasons for them. I had thought PF murdered Kelsey between when he returned to her condo from his alibi-making appearance at Walmart and before he phoned KKL and SF, around 4:00 - 4:30. I thought he stayed at KB's during all that interval. But after reading Gardner's timeline (thank you!) I'm now perplexed about the "3:13 PM Walmart" transaction that is listed. Does that mean that he made a SECOND trip to Walmart that afternoon, or that is when his earlier trip posted to his bank account? I thought store transaction time stamps indicated the time of the purchase, but maybe not? If there was a SECOND trip to Walmart, what was that for? That certainly couldn't have been to bolster his untrue timeline of lies, I wouldn't think. If there was a second trip, did he commit the murder before it, or after it? Can anyone explain his 3:13 Walmart transaction? TIA.

Excellent point! Since they don't speak about him being seen on Walmart security video, I would assume it was when the Walmart transaction went through his bank. And that he was only at Walmart once.

MOO, but I’m almost certain that one of the released documents — either the AA, one of the SW’s, or one of the media’s Twitter streams — mentions that KKL’s trade for the Jetta took place in a supermarket parking lot. If so, there’s probably video evidence of her and M(?) exchanging vehicles. Or was that captured at the tail end of her return trip? If it’s from the front end of her trip there’s no way she could have been in WP on the 22nd. Not without a time machine.

Regardless, KKL was somewhere on Thanksgiving Day. And LE knows exactly where. She ate turkey with someone and there are likely many eyewitnesses to verify her whereabouts. If there aren’t there will be plenty of other evidence that reveals her location. Let’s not forget that even if you delete your Google Location history FB is still logging your location all the way. And the SW to FB asks specifically for that data amongst all the rest. The same for any number of other apps. And the VZW SW asks for all app downloads and Play Store activity along with everything else. Oh, they know EXACTLY where she was on Thanksgiving Day. And when.

Prosecution will prove KK’s whereabouts on 11/22, which is nowhere near Woodland Park. And KK has a vested interest in making sure they have all the data they need to prove it, because her plea deal depends on it.

It’s possible. I think that PF being able to work a washing machine, is probably giving him too much credit.

I think his mommy probably still did his laundry for him, so he might have put his clothes in that tote, and ultimately burned them.

KK said she washed towels. Maybe he left his clothes to be washed by her. More likely he put them in with the body and burned them, I think.

maybe KK was the one who saw the camera and told PF. If there really is no video of her, she might have noticed it.

I believe I read some where that the reason KK was not on video was because the information on the video had not been saved or it was only saved for so long, so that is why it did not allegedly show KK there on the 24th. I can't find where I read that so just consider this JMO as I cannot back it up with a link. But I do remember reading it somewhere because I remember thinking how convenient - it showed PF on the 22th supposedly but nothing of KK 2 days later on the 24th.....

We know that hers traveled out of state with KKL. It did not have a phone number associated with the search warrant. In the search warrant return of 08, I have in my notes that the phone was downloaded and was taken on the 6th, so that made me think it was his phone.

Just jumping off your post -
We are to believe that KK was not there in Colorado at KB's or PF's. Some feel her phone info may show that she was in Idaho and not Colorado. However, she has admitted herself she had a burner phone that she destroyed along with KB's phone, I don't know if LE/investigators can obtain pings, tracking etc on a burner phone (from what I have researched, they can NOT obtain this information, if the phone has been destroyed which KK admitted to destroying a burner phone herself) About the only other thing, in my opinion, is that she can provide alibis for where she was, that she was in Idaho on the 22nd and not Colorado. Again, however, if these alibis are friends, which we know have already tried to cover for her and we also know that several of them knew things wayyyyy before KB was murdered, well then to me, her alibis don't convince me one bit. With regards to that, on the other hand, an alibi from her employer that she was in Idado working on the 22nd, then yes, I would believe that. Until it is PROVEN somehow that she was NOT in Colorado on the 22nd, then I will always have my doubts. Hopefully, during PF's trial, proof will be provided because otherwise IMO the defense will have a hay-day with that and the jurors may also. JMO

Also she loved like 800 miles from him. Took a hippocractic oath to do no harm as a nurse. Yet after three times (allegedly) of being asked by PF to kill KB she tells the police nothing. Upon learning (nurses know they are duty bound to report abuse) that allegedly KB used a curling iron on a baby’s hands (Which we know isn’t true) she says nothing, a woman who after cleaning up a horrific crime scene (her words) went to Sonic. So afraid was she for the lives of herself and children that instead of leaving said crime scene and fleeing she stuck around. She isn’t going to sway a jury. We all know this because we hate her. Any smart person would. The prosecution has to show not just by pings or testimony that she wasn’t there when KB was killed. It is imperative and common sense at this point.

I agree totally with every statement. I think she is a huge problem as a witness. They don't have to love her but they do have to believe her. And many on some of these forums do not, so if one wants a sampling of a jury pool, there you go. And this is Teller County on top of it... jmo.

I myself only would be standing around like that (foot position!), if I were accompanied by someone, who were somewhere in the supermarket looking at stuff, that I'm not interested in (and/or I wouldn't like to be shown at?).

I agree totally with every statement. I think she is a huge problem as a witness. They don't have to love her but they do have to believe her. And many on some of these forums do not, so if one wants a sampling of a jury pool, there you go. And this is Teller County on top of it... jmo.

Oh the jury pool. I know the defense has their boilerplate strategy that they must go through, but do they truly want the trial moved away from all of PF friends/toadies?
