Yes, the dog might have hit on the area even if there was no "spot" if the air in the barn had been still.

Oh! You made me think about PF in Walmart again....

I keep wondering why a baby that old stayed asleep in the middle of the day while being moved in and out of the truck and with all the noise in Walmart (squeaky wheels, etc.).

Notice that you never see a baby...everything totally covered..

I'm thinking PF has pilfered a few things that are in the no-baby baby carrier....

Scented candles? Extra clothes to change into after the deadly game?

Pilfering Patrick!

I'm really glad, that someone except me doesn't see the baby in the carrier and sees, that the plaid is perhaps covering something, what of course can't be the head/face of little K. On the other hand, little K's head/face isn't showing at the opposite end of carrier. After all, K isn't a tiny newborn. So, where is she and why does PF wait with relaxed foot position, BUT quite strained, if not guilty expression on his face? Above and below of this "waiting" person= PF doesn't fit together. Maybe, you are very right with the "PP" (pilfering Patrick)! - MOO

I think it's a virtual certainty that PF showered at KB's after the murder.
All the evidence in that bathroom points to it.

By an amazing coincidence, you and I had an almost identical vision of the bathroom scene!
Like you, I'm not even sure how he managed to get undressed without Ma F's assistance.

I'm guessing there were no buttons, snaps, laces or zippers to be managed.
Pullover tee and sweatpants, is what I'm thinking. Slip-on shoes.

It's the only way he could have managed it.

We won't even talk about what the actual bathing routine itself must have looked like sans Ma F. there to help him lather, rinse and repeat.

JMO.

I imagine that he showered after bludgeoning Kelsey to death.

I can just picture him standing in the bathroom, arms raised, wondering why his shirt wasn’t being lifted off by mommy.

That would explain the length of time he spent in that house.
:D

in theory, KK does not know what he was wearing during the murder because she was 2 states and 2 days away. of course he might have said something or left soiled clothing at the condo. would be surprised if he took extra clothing- just seems like an easy thing to forget if you are going to kill some one because you would have a lot on your mind, IMO
If he after the killing got dressed with a shirt/jeans, which belonged to him and was still stored in one of KB's wardrobes, then PF's story of "separating" again is proven to be untrue.

I am NOT sure he was seen on video in a grey shirt, the consensus was that is all he wore due to the number confiscated during the search at the Franch. Could the shirt he was seen in at Walmart be a very light grey instead of white? I don't recall it being stated the grey shirts were light, med or dark grey.
Edited: left out word

Yah, I don't know, that is what I wonder too. There are videos/shots we have not seen on the 22nd or perhaps it comes from the day of clean-up/fire/KK. Just trying to figure out where it fits in.

He sure had a large number of gray shirts...

I'm totally missing this part. Where on the thread can I find something about his childhood? Parents divorced, when he was 12 yo. Since then living with his ma. That's all I know.

My reference was from the Dateline show I think it was. His ex girlfriend said he would go on about having had a bad childhood. What you know, the divorce and living with mom I think is about all we know.

I believe this to be a light grey t-shirt comparing to the lighter baby items hanging behind PF. I screenshot this from SW 112 was not sure how to break it out and link.

Wow, when one looks at it that way it does look gray.

I agree x10 with your post, Kelsey surrounded her self with quality friends and family, she had no idea the lower class of folks she would be surrounded with when she met PF had a child which really tightened the leash to him. There seems to be a pattern too often followed where men get tired of there nice wholesome girls find a snuggle bunny and lose their D--n minds. It is disturbing to me how many are resorting to murder , so is there a internet club likens to this? Makes you go hmmm...... Kill your girlfriend go to the next level , kill your wife and kids and move up with bonus points .

Great points as well. It does seem like it is becoming increasingly common. And brutal.

I had to laugh thinking of KK as a snuggle bunny...

I don't know what it comes from but they clearly lack a filter, a conscience, a moral code, empathy... Or so it seems to me... We could speculate it comes from neglect, bad childhood, mental issues, insecurities, etc. but to me all of those things both for her and for him is no excuse, they each still made the decisions that they made and that is on each of them individually.

imo.

I am surprised he has not petitioned the court to release HIS Corolla! Reason: Because it is his !

Great point. Has anyone checked for small claims actions lol? Yes, he is the type I would say to do exactly that.

I misread the receipt for 1:50 pm since it was listed right after the 12:23 receipt and that was close to the time PF was at Wal-Mart. That would be good collaboration of what Cheryl told LE and also backs up what KB told her mother. The truck, however, showed Cheryl as the registered owner. It mentions that twice including the when they mentioned that LE obtained permission from Kelsey's mother, the registered owner, to search the car. Wonder if they gave or sold the truck to Kelsey after they purchased a new vehicle and just didn't transfer the title. It would be interesting to know when this happened just to know if they were trying to protect Kelsey's interests from PF. Given his behavior at the baby's birth, you know they had to be so worried about her. Parents can sense danger for their children better than anyone, and they had to be terrified about KB being so far away and in a relationship with such a hotheaded person.

Iirc the car is in CB’s name as well.

ETA.

Authorities obtained a warrant to search a 2006 Toyota Corolla registered to Berreth's mother but listed in the warrant as belonging to Berreth and Frazee.

She's not a newborn, but she is tiny. You can hardly see her in the video at Safeway either.
LE knows she was with PF because they spotted the baby on another camera. I think it was when PF took her out of the car. Imo

I don't think he can have any normal relationships. Just like SF is still "Mommy," I think he needs RS as "Daddy." It would be interesting to know the details of his relationship with his late father. MOO.
There have been studies done on teenage boys who
take up drinking or drugs as a coping mechanism to
drown out negative emotions or traumatic times.
The studies have shown that the age and emotional level
of the young boys stop developing around the same
time as the beginning use of alcohol or drugs.

In PF's case, I'd guess that his emotional quotient stopped
developing in any sense around early teens when his family life was self destructing due to divorce.
This may have been the time where he learned to
drown his sorrows in drugs or alcohol, and this would
be when his emotional level stopped developing also.

And yet I keep hearing the song;

Here's an excellent article that's worth reading and bookmarking for future re-reading in trying to understand
how these murdering people develop into their criminal
behaviors.
They weren't born bad or evil. As babies and toddlers
they learned to be bad and evil due to neglect, abuse,
callousness from parents and an emotional family
life that directed their path.
If you can't grasp this reality, read the article again.
Bad parenting can and usually will produce bad people. Callous, neglectful
parenting produces callous, no empathy humans.

I'm not sure anybody would have given a black tote in the back of a pickup truck traveling down a road a second thought, or would they even had a reason to at that point.

As far as a smell, I doubt anybody would have noticed that either unless they actually walked up to it. As far as we know he was traveling down the road with it in the bed of his pickup. So I doubt anybody would have been able to smell it.

MOO

Catching up from yesterday. I wondered if the camera on the light signal in Divide showed him driving through Divide with that tote in the back of his truck. Might be another way LE substantiated KK's story about them burning her in a black tote, LE saw it on camera.

Or didn't even recognize she was being abused, or she was too afraid of PF to even whisper,or hint that he's mean,or abusive. That could make things so much worse for her.
Trust me.

Hopefully after her stay in the clinic for depression she confided in CB, I think CB knows more than PF and crew would like. More to come out would be my guess. all jmo

eta, She may have confided in a counselor too.

He likes his grey shirts, and they all seem to be very light colored. When the news crew were at his gate, and he was bringing down the trash from his house, he had on a light colored grey shirt.

I think he was also wearing a light grey shirt when he got into his truck at his lawyer's office in Colorado Springs, the news crew tried to get him to talk, he was wearing a light grey shirt.

Lol I have to tell you this strikes me odd. I guess everyone has their color, I have my favorites but they are not the only ones I own. I guess it makes laundry and getting dressed simple. Or confuses people with evidence and which shirt he had on at which time...
