No we certainly don’t.

Don’t get me wrong, I do have questions, but I’m going to wait until trial until I reach a conclusion as to if everything she says, fits with the rest of the evidence.

At this moment, I think she’s told the truth as to the most important details surrounding the events.

That could change.
I hope you are correct. I really do. I want them to find KB for her family’s sake. I want this thing to be settled. I still have questions and hope they are answered at trial. Sometimes trials leave a lot of unanswered questions. I hope this isn’t one of them.

Great news that the baby gets to stay with KBs family. :)

Judge has ruled that the baby will stay with her family. Great news!
WooHoo! Best news of the day. This little girl needs all the love and stability in the world right now and I'd say that ain't going to be coming from the F family!

All the jury has to be convinced of, is that Patrick Frazee murdered Kelsey.

That’s it.

Even if they don’t believe parts of KK’s account, there is plenty of other evidence that incriminates him.

Don’t believe he burned the body? Fine, it doesn’t change the rest of it.

It doesn’t take away the cell phone evidence, all his lies, the physical evidence that corroborates KK’s account (accelerant, burned plastic, blood splatter, etc), the footage of him returning to the house, and all the things that we don’t yet know.

A potential hole in a single piece of evidence (I don’t believe it exists in the first place), doesn’t blow a hole in the entire case.
I am afraid that I started this all. I am sorry if people think that I thought this changed anything- it doesn't.

The reason why I brought it up is because they haven't, to my knowledge, found anything of her at the dump, in spite of all those days of sifting through trash/particles.

I guess I just think that her body may still be out there somewhere- that was the only point I was trying to make.

Sorry for the confusion I caused folks.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and there’s nothing wrong with questioning KK’s account.

I was just focusing on the fact that it doesn’t change anything in regards to the case against PF.

It is strong without a body, no matter what he did with her.

I still think she’s at the dump, as we had that Necrosearch expert say that his success rate is 50%. They just weren’t successful.

You didn’t cause any confusion. A lot of us here see things differently. We aren’t privy to what the DA has or what the defense has and sometimes we go round and round. None of us were there...thankfully. I still have doubts about the burning if I have to accept KKs word. I wouldn’t doubt if he/she/they put a bullet in KB and dumped her somewhere.

Did they set a new date for any further custody court days.

Thrilled Kelsey's beautiful girl gets to remain with her family.

Colorado Judicial Branch - Court Docket Search

Looks like there's a review hearing r/t the custody case scheduled for 09/05/19 @ 8:15 am based on a search of the court docket.

Rats. Can't they align the next custody hearing to a date closer to PF's trial? Nothing permanent is likely to be decided regarding custody until after PF's trial. If (no!) he gets off, then he is, unfortunately, the legal father. If he's guilty, then KB's folks and SF may have to battle it out in court. SF could hold out for some kind of joint arrangement or even just visitation rights, but I hope that never happens.

It just seems like another unnecessary hassle for the Berreths.

If PF is found Guilty of killing their daughter, I don't think the B family would be forced to make visitation arrangements with the Frazee family. That would be too much to burden them with.

Especially if the court finds that PF had killed her while their baby was present in the home. And that he took the body to his Mother's house to burn it. That is unforgivable and the child should not be forced to ever visit any of them , knowing what happened there.

I'll have to respectfully disagree about it not being possible KK doesn't know the location of Kelsey's remains. I find it reasonable to believe that PF would not share the exact location.

I think it's part of his "No body, no crime" mentality and even though he 'trusted' KK enough to share most of the details, self preservation to PF is the most important thing in his world. That single piece of information would erase any possibility of his innocence and he wouldn't risk it IMO. I don't think he's ever told anyone nor will he.

ETA: spelling

Sometimes, even after years have passed, a person feels compelled to tell the truth.

I expect Frazee to be convicted without Kelsey's body but one day under just the right circumstances, he might spill her location.

And as technology improves maybe LE will find a way to locate her.

I pray that happens.

I would expect Kelsey's family to disappear with her rather than let her spend a day with those evil ones.

I'd sure participate in a Gofundme account for that!

Evidence hearing set for Teller County man accused of killing missing fiancee Kelsey Berreth

June 13, 2109 - The Gazette

Patrick Frazee is due at 9 a.m. for a hearing expected to determine if prosecutors can move forward with consumptive testing of a single, unnamed piece of evidence in the disappearance and apparent death of his fiancee, 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth.

Consumptive testing means that the item in question would not survive, requiring a judge to consider if the testing is necessary and appropriate.

[...]

Frazee was also in court Thursday as part of the battle for custody of his and Berreth’s toddler daughter. In April, a judge awarded temporary custody of the child to Berreth’s parents. It’s unclear if arrangements have changed, because the judge has banned the public from the ongoing custody hearings. [bbm]

I’m just glad that we’ll finally be able to put this consumptive testing thing to bed.

I’m dying to know what the hell it is.

Final (vague) guess: A swab of something.

I am not convinced we will find out.

I think that's a solid guess.

There was a swab taken from inside of the washing machine at the F's ranch, if I recall correctly.

I'm anxious to find out what the mystery item is, too.

JMO.

I am not convinced we will find out.

The hearing is specifically about that, so I’m very confident we will hear what it is.

I’d bet PF’s pink handcuffs on it.

I think we will find out tomorrow, Hatch.
Tomorrow's hearing will be covered by the media, unlike today's hearing, which was closed to the public.

I think we'll get tweets from reporters inside the courtroom informing us what the evidentiary item is....I don't think we'll find out results of testing until the trial, obviously, but I do think we'll learn what the item that requires testing is tomorrow.

Cameras may not be allowed but we still have our pictures.
