I'm sure his attorney is eternally grateful that he's shut up because most of what he did say, post Kelsey disappearing, is what is going to sink him. Not withstanding everything his accomplice rodeo queen has said and will say at trial

I have to admit, I get this devilish delight when contemplating that creature on the stand, spilling the sordid details of their conspiracy to kill an innocent young woman and then the defence tearing her apart to spill the ones she would rather have left unknown. I can't wait for the truth of all they did to be known so anyone who actually thinks either he or she are "misunderstood" will see the ugly truth about who and what they are.....vermin! JMO

I'll be absolutely shocked if there aren't text exchanges that support KK's account of PF's solicitations.
Conversely, I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out at trial that there were email exchanges b/t the two of them.

KK also confided to that one friend of hers contemporaneously that PF was soliciting her to murder KB.

Something we haven't talked about a lot here that I'm very curious about: PF's computer data.
We know nothing about that yet.
There's no way he didn't incriminate himself with his online activity.
Prediction: Google will not be his friend at trial.

Yeah. I think she knows things that could incriminate her (something like aiding in the coverup).

Either way, she’d be motivated to protect her son, and there’s no way she doesn’t know things that could incriminate him.

This is not directed you at all, just so you know, but I have to tell you- if my son did an evil and despicable act of murdering his girlfriend- even if I couldn't stand her personally- there is no way in tarnation I would defend him. Unless, of course, she's involved in some way or was all for the idea of getting rid of poor Kelsey.

Some mothers might do it, but I sure as heck wouldn't, and my son knows it. I couldn't defend that.

I don't use the word hate often, but in KK's case, I've definitely made an exception.

The fact that she could have stopped this by raising the alarm at the first solicitation disgusts me beyond words.

Patrick Frazee‘s allegations that his fiance Kelsey Berreth abused their 1-year-old daughter will be part of the evidence in the murder case against Frazee, a Teller County judge ruled Friday.

The Colorado Children's Code requires social services to investigate and act in a situation like this. A hearing shall be held within 72 hours of placement, parents and family members must be interviewed, advised and reports completed as per C.R.S. 19-3-403. The Children's Code has expedited time lines for children under six years of age C.R.S. 19-3-505 and 19-1-123. Social services is required to prepare a social study and report to the Court and provide a list of services available to families that are specific to the needs of the child. C.R.S. 19-1-107. Social services is required to notify parents of court proceedings as per 19-3-312 and 19-3-502(7).

So, to recap, PF sat down with Ms. Longmire and answered her questions voluntarily after she explained that he didn't have to answer, then his lawyers try to get that suppressed. He's such an ultra-maroon. How many forks have to be stuck in PF before he realizes he's done? Jeez Louise.
