"On Thanksgiving Day, Frazee said that the two had planned on Berreth having the child in the morning and Frazee to have her in the afternoon. He told Longmire that he went to Berreth’s house to pick up the child and then took her on some jobs before going to his ranch to have dinner with his family."

#PatrickFrazee told Longmire he talked to #KelseyBerreth on Sunday morning. KF remained with Frazee and went on jobs with him on Sunday. Frazee says he tried to contact Kelsey on Sunday but he didn't receive a response from her. @KKTV11News

Oh, so it is true. Thank you for showing me.
I wonder if his defense team plans to back that claim with details of what jobs he was doing? Perhaps testimony by the people he claims to have worked for?

You’re welcome. With so much information it’s hard to keep it all straight.

I’m anxious to see how the defense plans to respond.

He might weasel out by saying he meant things like going out and feeding his cattle (the ones he and KB went out to see the night before). He clearly slipped up - 0r he was still trying to enhance his story of what happened.

That's part of what tripped him up - continuing to pile on the ridiculous lies.

"That would have been just a few months after Berreth purchased a home in Woodland Park for her and infant daughter Kaylee."

this

the fact Kelsey spent her last night alive dragging a baby around all through the night (troopering on making the best of it) helping that 🤬🤬🤬 do his work, then she kindly goes and gets him meds to make him better. before she and the baby then go home alone in the early hours.
words fail me thinking about them at that time.:(:(:(:(

So sick.

I remain convinced that he had a plan to kill her that night, and for whatever reason, decided against it.

It’s way too big a coincidence to have that strange event, and her murder the next day.

I remember discussing this same question before---why didn't he get rid of her that night, so late and remote?

I think he wanted to, and may have considered it. But she may have saved herself that night, by mentioning her family, and how she would be talking to them, on Thanksgiving.

He probably realised that she would have been missed quickly, if no one could reach her on that family holiday.

They'd know she wasn't at work, should be at home, and she would call them to say Happy Turkey Day, at some point. And if she didn't, they would know something was wrong.

So she postponed her execution by a day or so...

I'm also convinced that was his intention and I wonder if he discussed that with KK or maybe even texted her about his plan.

I think frustration over his foiled plan sent him into the tizzy with the bat.

I think you’re probably right.

Clearly his stomach ailment was a ruse, and he planned to do something.

Dumb as he is (and he’s dumber than I have the ability to articulate), he must have realized that all eyes would be on him, and he’d be under immediate suspicion).

So he went with plan B, which was even dumber.

Idiots know how cell phones work, and that just because you communicate using two, where they are when this communication takes place, actually matters.

Not this dolt though.

Even trying to comprehend his logic, makes my head hurt.

Your post made me think of something I hadn't thought of before. Then again, he was laying an alibi for taking the baby out late at night with her the night before. And then after he murdered her, he did the same thing where he went out after Thanksgiving dinner to work really late at night. While he was handling the disposal of the body?

It's now coming together how he was thinking The Alibi would work. The night before he made sure that his mother knew that he wasn't feeling well, that she had gone back out at 1 to bring back medicine Etc. And that he had gone out with her successfully so very very late to take care of his animals. It's going to be interesting during the trial for sure.

Why did he send her to the store to get medication. To get her on surveillance at the store to prove that she was alive, and that two nights in a row he had to go out late late at night? I still think there's some reason that he wanted her to go to the store to get on surveillance for a specific reason.

I have always thought that, and I am thinking now as my post says above, that he may have been setting up that he went once and then again to set up an alibi? I wish we knew the timeline for him exactly where he was that entire day. And then entire evening when she was murdered. And then overnight excetera. Guess we will have to wait until the trial.

It would appear that KK was "waiting in the wings" for that phone call especially considering she turned off her location data in anticipation of the horrible event. JMO

I am hoping during the trial we learn more about why she turned it off. Did he ask her to and she did it? What was the reasoning behind that.

I do indeed hope that this trial is televised, and I am bringing the below for us here during the testimony

I doubt that monster slept a wink with all that adrenaline flowing through his veins the night of the murder into the next day.

This may prove to be a good argument for the defense or prosecution in proving a timeline.

I'm done trying to discuss this. It was intended to be civil and healthy.

It's obvious there are misinterpretations of what the law actually states and the meaning. As well as misinformation by MSM and some posters..

Thank you, have a great day

What on earth hasn't been civil or healthy? Everyone has been exceedingly polite.

And what misinterpretations of the law? People are discussing facts and whether that evidence helps support the murder charges.
