Hopefully we get some answers. Being raised in farm country, I know when livestock dies, they are buried with a backhoe. So it's could be something like that, or something more nefarious.

Do we know for sure whether LE brought it or that it was already on the property? I didn't see the picture. Was it actually being used or just sitting there to be used just in case?

9 News Denver reporting a small tractor brought to PF's home and a then big one went up later. A bobcat and then a backhoe. Edited to say the camera crew was filming on the road as the equipment went by.

I woke up this morning and made cinnamon rolls from scratch. I didn’t even realize why I was craving them until now. :-(

Sure, it’s possible. Although that person would have to be really loyal to still be keeping their mouth shut now.

So far there are three scenarios concerning the Gooding ping (as I can see). (1) sending Kelsey's phone in the mail set to send texts to the employer and PF. (2) PF making the trip himself. (3) asking someone (or paying them) to take the phone on the trip and send the texts. This was over Thanksgiving, lots of college students going back to college in Idaho and Washington. I wonder if PF knew any college students who were going back to a college in the NW US? Examining his phone, text messages around Thanksgiving would show this.

I've been thinking about this ping and am leaning towards someone/accomplice had the phone and might have been travelling for Thanksgiving. PF gave this person the phone, gave specific instructions to turn on phone miles away from home and send some texts.

I don't believe PF made the trip to ID. But this is only speculation on my part.
