We don't know about smarts. Where people work does not mean much today. I would look at high school performance. My impression, people with OCD (planners) can commit perfect crimes if given several days of a head start. If they lawyer up on top of it, are interviewed in the presence of their lawyer only, refuse polygraph and in the absence of the body - there may be a situation when everything points at them, but they are never formally charged.
True. Unless there is a body and that body is found in your back yard.

What's a bobcat?!

A brand of skid-steer loader, more equipment to move dirt with. I'm not sure I can link it per TOS but the company has an easily-found website.

This is where a 10-day interval comes in handy.

Still watching and reading.
May answers be quick.

Eta why am I continuing to have the nagging feeling KB is still alive? Not under duress but safe...wishful thinking I guess. :(

Following. Backhoe escorted onto PF's property? Not good.

Prayers for KB, her Family and Friends.

Does anyone know if they’ve called off the search for today? Or will they search through the night?

Anything is possible but I think it more likely that someone very close (a new romantic interest, for example) would helpfully drive out of state to dispose of evidence. JMO

This is whom I consider stupid. New romantic interests being so helpful. They are manipulated, and tie themselves up to the guys who would do the same to them, eventually. They are potential witnesses. They can always show up as of today and say they were threatened to help, scared for own lives, etc.

So does the warrant “expire” at a certain time Sunday and LE just has to leave the property, or how does that work?

KKTV 11 News - Spencer Wilson has a video on their facebook page, he's calling the equipment an excavator.

Statistically speaking, more men "disappear" their partner, than women leave their young baby.

Oh, wow, isn't that bigger than a backhoe?

What statistics are you drawing from when it comes to moms who leave their families? Just curious.

If they (LE) have a good lead... I'd imagine this could take all night.
Have they brought in any outdoor light sources ?

So does the warrant “expire” at a certain time Sunday and LE just has to leave the property, or how does that work?
Good question.
Anyone else want to weigh in ?

Echos the prayers
Absolutely. I cannot imagine what they're enduring. :(

Even with several LE
Even if they are in law enforcement themselves.

I’ve seen it all, especially if a crime isn’t planned.

There surely are other players.

Each surely has prior loves .... everybody does

There is a reason KB did not get closer in the relationship to PF ... In 95% of relationships, there is always this 1-off love.

LE should forget the search warrant.

I disagree. No one has suggested a prior lover of KB's might be responsible. There is, of course, a remote possibility of what you are suggesting, but PF, his lawyer, and no one in KB's family has made any mention of someone who might be obsessed with her. I think LE is searching PF's property because he said he saw her last and he heard from her last.

Maybe cadaver dog found something?

A combination of stupidity and arrogance brings a lot of criminals down.
