Maybe cadaver dog found something?
Cadaver dogs, ground penetrating radar, loose earth, there could be any number of reasons why they’d want to dig up a certain area.

9 News Denver reporting a small tractor brought to PF's home and a then big one went up later. A bobcat and then a backhoe. Edited to say the camera crew was filming on the road as the equipment went by.
their coverage was the best and most thorough, IMO. They (9 News) showed footage of the tractor and bobcat being trailered to the property. They (9 news) seem to have set up camp at the end of the road as the reporter did his little segment from there and not at the news station. Also, turns out the Broncos are playing tonight.

We don't know about smarts. Where people work does not mean much today. I would look at high school performance. My impression, people with OCD (planners) can commit perfect crimes if given several days of a head start. If they lawyer up on top of it, are interviewed in the presence of their lawyer only, refuse polygraph and in the absence of the body - there may be a situation when everything points at them, but they are never formally charged.
I agree. I also believe CW was not a genius but was a very impulsive, stupid individual.

Do we know of any cases where the above occurred???

Since events might be speeding up... if I were LE I'd look into having social services take care of the baby.
Just for safety's sake.

Why not the grandma?

Why not the grandma?
Yes. That would've been my first choice... but since she's been barred from seeing her granddaughter--- PF may not allow it, anyway.

I’m leaning towards this being involuntary..

I think the phone pinging elsewhere was to throw the search off and take the heat off the actual suspect. The texts were also a cover up.

I fear she has been gone a while now.

Oh, I can think of several cases where someone has gotten away with murder because of a lack of a body and savy play on their part (lawyering up).

There was one recent case where a guy’s wife disappeared. Law enforcement knows he did it. He was dumb enough to actually “butt dial” 911 long after her dissapearance, apparently discussing the crime with his father.

That still wasn’t enough to get him.

He’s serving 12 years for attempted murder in another case.

His name is Tyler Mook.

As we all know, they brought the heavy equipment in for any number of reasons. I'm wondering if PF confessed to everything. They would have to locate the body before announcing anything to the public, I would assume.

I disagree. No one has suggested a prior lover of KB's might be responsible. There is, of course, a remote possibility of what you are suggesting, but PF, his lawyer, and no one in KB's family has made any mention of someone who might be obsessed with her. I think LE is searching PF's property because he said he saw her last and he heard from her last.
May the Lord be close to KB

There surely are other players.

These are two attractive vibrant young people.

Each surely has prior loves .... everybody does

There is a reason KB did not get closer in the relationship to PF ... In 95% of relationships, there is always this 1-off love.

Whether she broke up or not ... there surely was the lurking nature of prior loves, for both.

Holidays are when these issues are confronted ... all over the US.

We must assume, like a fact, there are one or more unnamed "players" in this disappearance.

This opens the possibility that someone other than PF or KB made the texts in Idaho.

A girlfriend trying to get KB out of the picture ... could have harmed her.

A boyfriend from washington, could have visited Colorado and harmed KB.

Maybe PF did it from jealousy ... maybe to be with the other woman.

This is winter. If a body was on the ranch, it would have been found by now ... disturbed winter turf talks.

This body is likely far away.

PF may know ... or have no clue.

LE should forget the search warrant.

There surely is one or more other players here.

They locate the other love interests to these two .... and it will lead direct to KB

I pray for KB
Forget the search warrant. Fat chance.

Curiosity ...I wonder if KB has a family cabin in one of these areas? Could she have been extremely upset over the break-up? Drove to a remote location (where there is no cell service) and that is the reason for the cell phone being last located in or near Gooding?

There’s about a zero chance that LE wouldn’t have checked a family cabin by now.

I think that’s a safe bet.

I’d bet my house on it.

There were pictures of dogs present on that local underground blog. A lot of their info isn’t correct, but the pictures don’t lie, I suppose.

True. And it’s standard practice as well.

They’re definitely using cadaver dogs.

I think some of missing cases would fall into this category. Also, Ramseys, in a way, although it was unplanned.
