There’s about a zero chance that LE wouldn’t have checked a family cabin by now.
Agreed.

Also , LE have certainly checked out the supposed visit --suggested by PF -- by KB to Soap Lake.... she is probably no where that they've looked into.
So sad.

Somewhere I remember reading the police chief said they would be working around the clock for the 3 days at PF's.

Would he really bury her on the family ranch? If so, this was a crime of passion, imo. He killed her, put her in the barn and then buried her on their property. Took off with her phone and purse - drove to Idaho and got rid of it there. He had to have help....all my opinion

Which means they should be digging at night. Any mention of lights being brought onto the property?

I just don’t have a good feeling at all. I don’t think she’s going to be found alive. I don’t think she organized her own disappearance in any way. By all appearances, LE has found something on PF’s property. Part of me wants her to be found this weekend so her family can have answers and so her daughter can be placed in a safe environment. The other part of me doesn’t wish that news on any family.

No one.

PF is a smart man who immediately lawyered up, does not give interviews and stays off the radar. Such people usually understand the danger of having an accomplice.

Or if they do, the accomplice will eventually be in serious danger.

Is it that he’s smart, or is it that he’s being advised by family members? Who better to advise you how to protect yourself when dealing with LE, than people who work in LE?

MOO. IMHO.

No mention of it as far as I know, but that is standard.

They’d have plenty of lighting with them, likely provided by either the CBI or FBI.

I wish the neighbor that took the
photos of the excavator would join WS.

There were pictures of dogs present on that local underground blog. A lot of their info isn’t correct, but the pictures don’t lie, I suppose.

True. And it’s standard practice as well.

They’re definitely using cadaver dogs.

Police PLEAD with fiance of missing Colorado mom to sit down and answer their questions 23 days after she vanished - as they bring cadaver dogs and digging equipment to search his ranch
  • The FBI, in cooperation with local police, arrived at the home of Patrick Frazee with a search warrant on Friday in connection with his fiance's disappearance
  • A K9 dog search unit and digging equipment are being used at the farm where Frazee keeps cattle and horses
  • Kelsey Berreth, a 29-year-old flight instructor, went missing on November 22
  • She was last seen on surveillance footage with her one-year-old entering a Safeway store in Woodland Park around 12.30 pm on Thanksgiving Day
  • He told police Berreth dropped their baby off afterwards at his home but he has not seen her since
  • Frazee was present as police searched his house in Florissant and was later seen leaving in the back of a sheriff's SUV with the couple's child Kaylee
  • Local police said they were 'giving him a courtesy ride' and insisted that he's not under arrest
  • Law enforcement enforcement agencies were vague when asked at a press conference why it has taken them over three weeks to conduct any searches

what's the legalities on flying a drone over his property?

This search with all the equipment could also eliminate some thoughts.
It is pivotal.

I wonder: If there was a blood-less semi-struggle (she's only 5'3" and 110#?) in her home, he left with only the baby, went back after dark (which is around 5pm here) to get her and then did things and drove places.

What's a bobcat?!

Bobcats are a brand of small ("compact") tractors (excavators, loaders, and the like).

Here is a search of images.

It is one of the few major manufacturing companies operating in North Dakota.[2]

And the 3 days sounds very specific as though they are doing excavation and have a good idea how long it will take. JMO

IMO you would need equipment for deep digging. In the CW case of him burying Shanann it was a shallow grave and they didn't need that type of equipment. If they need it to excavate than I would think that type of equipment was initially used to bury something.

They only have 3 days but IF they find anything could they not get the search warrant extended??

Hate to mention this...
Wouldn’t there be traces of body fluids in her home?

I agree. I also believe CW was not a genius but was a very impulsive, stupid individual.

Do we know of any cases where the above occurred???

Yes, but they rarely get caught. It is usually an "accident" or the wife/partner mysteriously disappears.

Look at how long Drew Peterson got away with it...if he hadn't been so cocky, he would be free now.
