Hmmmm Here it states the police checked on Nov 25th.
So this puts a kink in reports KB's mom waited till Dec 2nd.
Hmmmm Here it states the police checked on Nov 25th.
Put that together with the fact that she is a mother of a small child, has been described as 'responsible' and in fact has demonstrated that she is 'responsible' by holding down a job with a long commute, has a strong faith, has no history of falling off the grid, and has loving family. Add in her 'fiance' who was the last to see her, but did not bother to report her missing after 10 days, two mysterious texts, but none to her mother, and it all points in one direction. IMHO.
I am not an attorney affiliated with Websleuths but I’ll take a stab at your questions.
The defense attorney was hired by PF and her/his job is to advise the client but not necessarily to voluntarily cooperate with LE.
Most defense attorneys aren’t as concerned with public scrutiny as they are with whether their client is arrested.
Perhaps PF has a murky alibi and his defense attorney has figured it best for him to say nothing at all.
There are things that we do know. We know that her family's pastor has said that she has a strong faith, not that that matters at all. While I understand everything stated here and while I usually agree with the point, I still stand by how I feel about what we TRULY know, not much of anything at all. Anyone can say anything about anyone, their work life, home life, etc. and it is sometimes based on the only perception they are allowed to have or on an image they want to maintain for outsiders. She has a strong faith based on what? Other people's perception or what they have been told by KB over the years? I could convince my mother I am devout church goer if I knew it that was expected by her. If it keeps the peace or whatever, I can make that happen. I suspect many children have had to do something similar at some point in their life with parents or other immediate family. I guess what I am saying is, I feel that we have very little consistent information and the information we do have has come from such a small group of people. JMO
I haven’t seen anyone here insisting she ran away or even saying that is most likely. However, there are those among us who—despite AGREEING significant others are most often responsible—believe it’s important to keep all possibilities open.LE has said they believe KB’s disappearance to be suspicious and I think we should lean in the direction of someone close to her or a stranger being responsible rather than continuing to believe she is willingly hiding out.
I WISH she was simply hiding out by choice as it would mean she’s alive but continuing to stand against what LE reported in the latest press conference by talking about her running away or being “emotional” just comes across as character assasination.
It almost reminds me of the commentators on YouTube blaming Shanann Watts’s personality for her murder.
LE has far more information than us and I trust what they say.
I don't know which of the three articles you're referring to, but the accuracy of media reports has been severely lacking thus far. I would suggest reviewing the video of the 1st press conference in which DeYoung explains the timeline. MOOHmmmm Here it states the police checked on Nov 25th.

I agree that this is the most likely direction.
But I just can’t shake that even responsible people sometimes act erratically under strain, so I don’t feel comfortable shutting the door on other possibilities until we have evidence of a struggle with PF; video that sheds some light on her or his movements; or more info on the explanation PF gave her famIly and LE (through his lawyer).
There’s no body, no blood, no criminal record, and no one coming forward to testify he’s violent. If they find some evidence in his truck, that all changes. But if, instead, the search turns up nothing... I think we have to keep our eyes on several possibilities.
We haven't but it is likely to be in Florissant given that she still has a PO box there.Have we heard anything about where she lived while pregnant or shortly after the birth of the baby?
I agree with everything you posted, but just noting that we don't know what the text from KB's phone to PF said. Kelsey's employer is the one that said the text from her said she wouldn't be at work the next week. I imagine the text that PF said he received said something very similar, but police haven't yet told us the content of the text to PF, and if it also said that she would be gone for a week.He not only didn't report her missing after she failed to return after the supposed one week, but he's the only one with that "one week" story, the last person to have seen her and he shut down any communication at the start with LE. Combine that with Kelsey leaving everything behind, including her child and even a spare pair of underwear, and having just gone grocery shopping hours before this supposed one week get away, which is a story concocted by the last person to see her alive, and it all looks very bad. Especially combined with a lack of any concern on his part for the mother of his child, his fiance and the woman in his life. And remember, he handed over his phone after he had a week to go through it and delete anything incriminating.
That's what they say but the only source that is provided is ABC news which said digging equipment was "seen on the property."Authorities seen digging on property of fiancé of missing Colorado mother Kelsey Berreth - NY Daily News
Someone posted upthread wondering if they actually were seen digging at PF’s during the search or just that excavating equipment was seen being taken onto the property.
According to this article, authorities were seen digging...

It could be PF’s family that didn’t approve, wasn’t accepting - that had some issue with KB. Mothers can be far more controlling of their son’s relationships than mothers are of their daughter’s relationships - especially when their sons choose a “strong” woman like their mother. From everything we know about KB, I’d say she was a very strong and independent woman but possibly naive? This is not always true, of course, but the fact PF lives with his mother says a lot to me, personally. JMO.

I guess what is important is the fact that they didn't find any evidence. I wonder why they didn't spend the whole 3 days there?
IMO, they could have found possible evidence that is being analyzed to determine if it is linked to Kelsey.Do we know that they found no evidence?
This is the only thing I've seen about evidence being removed (other than his truck being towed).Do we know that they found no evidence?
You are so right. KB must have seen his mother every time she picked up their baby or dropped her off. I don't see him smiling in that picture with KB either. This could be another Watts wife murder. It could be PF’s family that didn’t approve, wasn’t accepting - that had some issue with KB. one administrator of a FB page for her stated that "the truth will be released one day". I posted the link to that 3 threads back. This could be awkward wording, or it could indicate they mostly know what happened and just want her to come back. There could be some strange circumstance in which they KNOW what happened but don't know where she is now, although they know she's alive. This is doubtful but anything is possible. From what those close to her have said, it sounds possible that they know what's happened and that she is alive somewhere. It could also be positive, wishful thinking. There is more to the story of course, and this one sounds convoluted.
