Im new to posting here but I have been following you all since the Casey Anthony days....
Ive read a lot of people say that her mother said it was a loving relationship. I was in an abusive marriage for many many years, my parents didnt know, my therapist didnt know and my best friends didnt know. It was a well kept, well guarded secret.
I dont know if it was PF or not, tho I have my suspicions.
Anyway, I love reading all your thoughts on this case and others and look forward to reading/learning more

Freinds and co workers said the same thing about Chris Watts. PF would be seen in a more positive light if he would sit down with LE and help with the search.

Agreed that one person’s testimony doesn’t mean anything, but I am at the point where I am glad for any info that comes out in this case—even if all we have is scraps. The more people that share what they know (and that includes PF especially), the more we will understand the big pic.

This case is really a blank slate still. Without knowing what she bought at the store, her store exit video, what the text said to PF’s phone, what PF said to her mother about why he didn’t report her missing, what exactly the text to her employer said besides not coming to work, we have nothing to go on besides speculation. I can see why PF’s lawyer won’t let him speak. If he is in fact innocent, no matter what he said people would dissect everything to point to his guilt. It’s a slippery slope. I’m still keeping an open mind that he may not be involved, without any facts yet presented.

I am not expecting them to find any incriminating evidence on the ranch. There has been more than enough time for things to be cleaned up and disposed of, put in order.

You're right, I'm sure LE has the answers to many of these questions. It would be good if this timeline was shared.

I can’t really put my finger on what it is but something in this case feels “off” to me. There are a whole lot of statements that are contradictory from her family members. For instance the statements regarding PF getting the baby. Some are saying he picked her up and others are saying she took the baby to him. I have seen both in print in different newspapers, etc. I am waiting for another shoe to drop in this case. There has to be a whole lot more too it. JMO

Her family wasn't there. They are repeating what they've been told. I think the conflicting stories came from several different sources, from PF himself, from LE, from MSM and from the fam. All we really know is K was with her Mom at the Safeway and is now with her Dad.

I agree that it is in the family’s best interest to keep the peace until they know more. The baby’s well being and their future ability to see the baby may depend on it. There are a lot of factors here. Would love to be a fly on the wall of that LE office.

They did post on their missing page something to the effect that given the situation, they'd prefer not to speculate about things they don't know to avoid future embarrassment or hard feelings.

Or, maybe there were issues at work and the additional stress of an assumed breakup, she decides to take a break. Maybe it’s slow this time of year where she works. She seems like a person who likes the outdoors, is independent and would be ok living in solitude for a while.

It just doesn’t make sense that PF (or someone he knows) would take her phone all the way to Idaho just to throw LE off the scent. Common sense would say if you are someone close to her, you’re going to be asked questions.

Lol, I thought I was losing my mind too. I promise they updated the story and changed the video. Now it has an interview with PF's neighbor that was not in there before. About the jacket-- I tried to go back and find the long reporter video where he chased PF down to see if was can see PF putting the jacket on and I'm coming up empty. Not my night, I guess.

Maybe he doesn’t like to drive with a jacket on? I don’t really like to. I feel restricted. Or, maybe he’s afraid someone saw him wearing that jacket somewhere (bus, driving around...)

Has K’s aunt been back on? I’m curious why someone would join and not give more info - but maybe she’s not allowed to.

We don’t have much to work with factually, and suspicions aren’t facts. At this point they seem to be making it hard for other options to be seriously considered.

Like....her wanting to disappear for whatever reasons - but having an accident during that short time. Ditto if someone picked her up. They could have gone somewhere and she could have had an accident there. She could have had a true accident at PF’s place and he could have freaked out. His parents could have picked her up to take her to dinner at his house, whether they planned to harm her or just try to smooth things over - and something could have happened there. There is No scenario that makes sense and no one is trying to help us. No one is giving us Any facts.

I’m trying not to even think about this case bc we have nothing to work with. And there Is certainly information; we’re just not privy to it. Feel like we’re collectively banging our heads against the wall. My time is better spent doing almost anything than this.....until or unless we have something to work with.

Personally, I hope K's Aunt has not been reading these threads since comments about K's mental health has continued even after she said that was not an issue, not to mention the rumors and FB pages that were linked where K's Mom and family was bashed.

I don't understand why NO ONE is saying anything to the media. I haven't followed many cases, but is this normal for no friends of KB having anything to say, no neighbors, no coworkers? I'm beginning to wonder if the community is shying away from speaking because PF has family in the police department? Maybe I'm way off base.... just thinking out loud. The silence is deafening.

It’s a risk, that’s for sure.

This just made me think of something.

If he did travel all that distance to create a false trail, then it would stand to reason that the body made atleast part of the trip.

But, I believe that she was likely killed on the 22nd.

Three days is a hell of a long time to hang on to a dead body.

I’m not sure that most people would take that risk.

So he either hid the body for that 3 day period and then moved it (on or around the 25th), or her body may be a lot closer to home than people might expect.

Hopefully he was dumb enough to drive with the body in his truck, if he did this

I thought about that myself. PPD is very real and can make women do crazy, uncharacteristic things. It's a possibility IMO

What I keep coming back to is that she:
1. left without either of her vehicles
2. left without any clothing
3. left without any toiletries
4. left without packing
5. and the glaring issue that her fiance, the last person to see her alive, hasn't reported her missing or spoken personally with police to answer questions.

I see her head. She might have been asleep, and therefore not moving around a lot. Why would Kelsey (or anyone) carry an empty baby carrier into the grocery store? And where are you thinking the baby was if she was not in the baby carrier? PF's story seems to have been all over the place as to where/how he got Baby K but the one consistent element seems to be that he "exchanged" her in the afternoon. I believe baby K was in the car seat. JMO.

I think she means if the baby was exchanged in the parking lot, prior to entering the store. Those car seats are heavy though, unless I parked far away from the exchange point, I would have put it back in the car before going into the store
