Okay ... where do you think LE should go from here to find KB and serve justice?

The two prime crime sites have been searched and released.

What is left?

What should be next?

What should they look for?
Have the police taken formal statements from PF's mother? Does anyone know?

JUST IN: One of Kelsey Berreth’s neighbors tells me she saw Patrick Frazee arrive at Berreth’s townhome on Thanksgiving Day between 12:30 and 1 p.m. She says she recognized the red truck, having saw him drive through multiple times to pick up their daughter. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth

Clarify: She associates the red truck she saw parked at Berreth’s home with Frazee. She’s seen the man drive over to pick up/drop off their daughter over the last year. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth

The neighbor has known Kelsey Berreth from brief conversations over the last two years. She describes her as the “sweetest person”, kind & caring. #KelseyBerreth @KOAA

This would be consistent with information Frazee has provided through his attorney, but now a timeline is a bit more in depth. The neighbor says she did not see anyone in that time period though. #KelseyBerreth @KOAA

So are tweets from a MSM reporter counted as MSM news and allowed to be shared here? Thanks!

Yes, they are allowed. Please share!

ETA: I see you already did. Thanks!

Most of what I know is from national coverage and today's thread posts. Has it been covered anywhere about PF's whereabouts the days following? Aside from the transferring of child? Has anyone come forward to say, "Yeah, saw him the next day at 🤬🤬🤬 and nothing seemed weird." What does he do all day?
IMO, LE has requested any footage from routes to and from their respective homes and is either still going through it or has found something concerning.

Wow! This paints a picture of PF, and it ain’t pretty.

She said: 'It's a characteristic that was ongoing for years. Anytime he was at a rope and his horse didn't act right, he'd rip on his face, kick him. In the community, we were all at ropings and stuff, but if the horse doesn't do exactly what it's supposed to do you don't just beat them.'

Recalling a rodeo in nearby town Cripple Creek several years ago, she described Frazee losing his cool with his horse.

She said: 'One time we were at a rodeo in Cripple Creek and he got mad because his horse didn't do good and somebody didn't heel just right to help him get in the money and he got so mad he left out of Cripple Creek Rodeo, flipped his horse trailer with his horse in it and almost killed that horse.”
Mmmmmffff. The usual question -- If he got that mad at an animal -- mad enuff to nearly kill his horse -- what might he do if she said or did something that really pizzed him off? With that kind of trigger-type temper -- scary, IMO. Loving someone can be a real crap-shoot sometimes, as we're seen on here from time to time.

just thinkin'...

Under C.R.S. 19-1-117, a grandparent can petition a Colorado family law court for reasonable grandchild visitation rights in the following situations:

  1. The grandchild's parents have obtained a dissolution, annulment, or legal separation,
  2. The child has been placed into the legal custody of someone other than a parent, or
  3. The child's parent, who is the child of the grandparent seeking visitation, has died.

Yes. And unless they had frequent and ongoing care of the child, they're not going to win.

I'm careful about what I post re legal info!!

The truck may be singing and we don't know what evidence may have been found at the ranch.

We have to really doubt they got much evidence.

There apparently was not anything important enough to protect .. they released the ranch

And finished early

Thank you. So we know he was there that day, this solves the debate on whether she dropped the baby off at his place or if he picked her up. This corresponds with what the WPPD news release says, which is that he picked her up but there's no time, it just says afternoon. I wonder how long he was there.

she may have more of a right to visitation or custody if KB is found (deceased) and/or PF is charged.

For me, it's not just the two situations you referenced in DM (which I also consider a tabloid) that I'm using to draw conclusions.
It's a pattern of behavior. I'm adding in what it says in DM to what we already know, weighing it all, using my own good judgement and life experience, and my conclusion is that PF, at the least, is a person of poor character. And when a missing women's prior or current SO has poor character, it's important. JMO
Not really. The chance of her being granted visitation is slim to none. Unless she had the on-going care of the child for a significant period, her ability to be granted visitation doesn't really exist.

You're welcome. I think with the passage of time gas stations and stuff change out their video recordings so they may have to go up and down highways and ask multiple employees if they saw him. And as others have said, he's non-descript. Who would remember him?

Young was remembered I think because he acted like a jerk.

Then we have Jodi Arias whose undoing was the two large gas cans she bought for her trip to kill her boyfriend, so she wouldn't be tracked buying gas along the way.

Also, do you remember that astronaut or NASA related lady that drove to Florida to kill her ex and she had gas cans and also wore diapers (!!) so she didn't have to stop for gas or to use the restroom!!

I wonder if that neighbor noticed when he left and if he left alone?

I was just reading the tweets, that hasn't been stated, wish someone would ask lol I don't use twitter for anything other than reading otherwise I would ;-) I would like to know how long it was there, or if the neighbor noticed.

So things are still clear as mud! ;) even the reporter's reporting is confusing. So the gist is the neighbor did NOT see his truck there that day......

Neighbor see’s PF’s red truck between 12:30-1:00 Thanksgiving Day. What was the time stamp of KB entering Safeway on Thanksgiving? How far away is Safeway from KB’s townhome? PF was possibly waiting for KB at her home already....wonder if KB was running late?

Disregard...read tweet from top to bottom. Silly me!
