I don't want to be negative, but even if the baby was extremely advanced and could or did say this, it wouldn't change anything legally, because a 15 month old is not a reliable witness.

Is that true? How old was the child who said daddy hurt mommy and she was in the rug? Anyone remember that case?

A 32 year old guy with financial problems, who lives with his mother, ain’t no prize in my book.

It’s amazing he was able to attract Kelsey.
OMG - Exactly what I was thinking! Add in the nastiness to animals and we have a non contender to the max.

I’m just thinking out loud here...if she died in the house, he would have had to carry her out in daylight. And then the baby. Otherwise, I’d assume if he left her in the house and then came back, dogs would have easily found that scent. She seems to have left the house alive...
Yes, but which house? Hers or his?

Okay ... where do you think LE should go from here to find KB and serve justice?

The two prime crime sites have been searched and released.

What is left?

What should be next?

What should they look for?
They are a very energetic, smart breed. Our son had one for 13 years and she wanted to play frisbie until the very end. The video of PF with those dogs was sickening to me. The animals all looked confused and afraid. JMO
The frisbee is her fave thing to do.

Could they have been using the backhoe to restore property that they had already dug up?
That may be what the Bobcat skid loader was for.

2.5 years old if you’re talking about the Bobby Cutts murder case.

“Mommy’s crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy’s in the rug.”

I couldn't agree more!

The child could very well have been a witness, but obviously the child could not testify.

Why is there so much discussion about "control" freaks? Training dogs does not make someone a "controlling" person any more than teaching means that all teachers are control freaks.
That is true, but when you train anything using fear as a training tool, it says something about the person.

JUST IN: One of Kelsey Berreth’s neighbors tells me she saw Patrick Frazee arrive at Berreth’s townhome on Thanksgiving Day between 12:30 and 1 p.m. She says she recognized the red truck, having saw him drive through multiple times to pick up their daughter. @KOAA#KelseyBerreth

Fear not, the "JUST IN" tweet was clarified and/or corrected. There was no sighting of PF and truck at 12:30-1 pm on Thanksgiving. The neighbor saw nothing on that date.

Also don't think she was monitoring condo parking lot 24/7...

This has since been clarified, yet again LOL

I apologize for the confusion. She has seen a man driving the truck dropping off & picking up a baby over the last two years. She saw the truck again Thanksgiving Day, but on that day, she didn’t see anyone. Does that clear it up?

Can someone share the dog video with me? I can't find it...

His animal abuse is concerning. One person that works with horses has given a comment to the DM that he would beat the horses.

I felt that his behavior with the reporters showed someone with a hot temper about to lose it.

I found them on YouTube by entering his name. I believe that’s all I did but it was a few days ago

Yes, I do. Jessie Marie Davis 1981-2007. "Mommy broke the table" and "Mommy's in the rug". The child was 2.

Do you have ANYTHING legitimate to base these assumptions on here? I'm trying to be as respectful as possible, but you just can't throw unsubstantiated random crap out here. Not cool.
Not that I really want to defend 2trustworthy given his or her comments about Kelsey’s attractiveness. But the comments you take exception to don’t seem much different from you suggesting that PF borrowed a friend’s vehicle. Given the limited info, speculation is really all we have, so we should all give each other some grace IMHO.

Phrased that way ... it is a good question!

Compliments

Working backward

If she was going on a date to dinner,
She would need the daughter to have a sitter

The only sitter on Thanksgiving was PF

The only way to be fair to PF, was to tell him she was breaking up first

That would have been tough

Her mom said she was possibly going to dinner with PF and baby K.

There was no other person she was seeing.

I'm willing to bet there was no break up either.

Just like Chris Watts never had an "emotional conversation" with his wife.

MOO.

So, if the neighbor is correct, that means that PF didn't sit in the truck waiting for KB to run the baby out to him. He went inside the house, we just don't know how long he was in there.

Agreed. This child could have been the motive for the crime. He may have been controlling to the point of killing for her.

He’s not about to play nice and do the right thing.

Nothing known about him thus far, demonstrates that he exercises sound judgement and has compassion.

No matter what happened, one thing is plain as day, he doesn’t care about his missing fiancé.

It’s quite possible that there’s another reason he seemingly doesn’t care...

What bothers the heck out of me is IFF (if and only if) he committed a crime against Kelsey (as we suspect) and gets away with it, there will always be another woman believing the BS he feeds her.

Thinking O.J. Simpson and Paula Barbieri.

True

I had a friend who wrote women's romance novels, based on cowboys.

She did a lot of research

Using a cowboy as the leading man upped her sales.
Really?

Maybe I’m just a crazy animal lover and it’s true that I typically prefer animals to humans ;) but in my mind there isn’t a huge stretch between cruelty to animals and cruelty to humans...

I also am an animal lover.
The stories I am hearing about the way PF has treated animals is upsetting.
PF will get what he deserves.
Karma is round the corner, whether it is about his animal treatment, his business or other issues.
MOO.
