hmm - BBM - I went back to the beginning and ran across this - if this is true, it would seem that the ping was the last one the cell made. I have thought they have more pings during the timeframe and just were not releasing them but this seems like 11/25 was it IMO.

“'It could just be a false ping, or it could be the actual last location for the activity of that phone,' Woodland Park police Commander Chris Adams told KEPR-TV.“

hopefully they found something that will put him away. LE have found at least something as evidence so maybe whatever they were there for will strengthen that evidence or contribute to it. Maybe they had CPS/child services with them???

You know, it actually makes sense that they came for the child. No search warrant required. And a show of intimidation.

My gut says there is a stumbling block for LE in this case.

LE thinks PF is involved but has a piece of evidence that contradicts his involvement, most likely from KBs phone or computer and dated between 11/22-1//24 . Or video envidence from surveillance caneras. Or something else that makes PF as perp refutable.

By now they should have both KB and PFs phone records.

LE not even bringing PF in for questioning is odd. (I’m sure he would say nothing but they haven’t tried) In so many cases POI are brought in for questioning. Anyone have guesses on why that hasn’t happened here? (CO law?)

Someone asked the reporter what the “experienced investigator” said in regards to why LE would return to PF’s property.

“He says he thinks police missed something. Could also mean they took pictures of something but then decided they wanted to examine it themselves”. #KelseyBerreth

Can they force him? I thought that you could only force people after an arrest?

Police can't compel anybody to submit to questioning. They can ask you to come in, they can arrest you if they have probable cause, but they can't compel you to answer questions.

I assume they would have to get legal access through a judge to enter the property for a specific item. I think it is in connection with the piece of evidence they said they now have.
Maybe another search warrant. Remember the last search they didn't find Kelsey, but that does not mean they didn't find something to give reason for another search warrant.

Why can't they take him in for questioning? Can anyone weigh in on this? Help ease my mind...

My apologies in advance as I assume this has been discussed in a previous thread, but I can not keep up with this case. I took one day off and came back to two new threads and one with 14 new pages.

Do we know it is a fact that either of them confirmed a break up. I see it mentioned that Kelseys Aunt confirmed it, but I was following the thread where this was asked and if she could verify this, and I never saw her verify the information. I spent time this morning searching for her messages, and I am either inept (a big possibility) or she is no longer on the board and her messages are deleted.
If the break up is a confirmed event that changes the way I look at this case.

That also makes it far more reasonable that KB left on an unexplained soul searching trip without alerting family. There are many places that one can go missing in Idaho when a car goes off the road.
I was just west of Gooding this weekend, and can confirm that my cell lost service within 15 miles of turning off the freeway. No towers and no pings, as I ventured nearly a full day over literally hundreds of miles.
What's been confirmed is that Kelsey's Aunt publicly posted the break up comment together with KB headed to Soap Lake, Wa, her source for the break up and travel information unknown, and that Kelsey's Mom asked her to remove her post. MOO

Law enforcement cannot force him to come in and answer questions.

No one is compelled to talk to the police.

LE can not ever force someone to speak. They always have the right to remain silent. They can detain him awaiting trial, but they can not detain him to compel him to speak. MOO

This is an interesting question. My guess is no and that tranqs of that nature would be kept and administered by a vet. I've been wrong before though...

Mr. Google says both things:

How to Beat "Tranquilize Your Horse Syndrome” - Soulful Equine®

Your farrier informs you that he has to tranquilize your horse or he can’t do his job. He says it’s okay, and you “heard” that others were doing it.

You even heard of a big name trainer down the road who allows his farrier to tranquilize all his horses while they’re getting shod, so you think it must be okay.

I also saw results which talked about farriers "having to wait until the vet shows up to tranquilize"; so it seems it goes both ways.

Exactly. My speculation is he actually drove to Idaho to send texts from KB's phone. And if he did that, then the attempt to throw LE off will be his undoing. JMO.

What a coincidence that Kelsey’s phone pinged in Gooding?

I just cannot buy that without it telling me he was involved in her disappearance. To me, this piece of his fabricated tale will be what sinks him!

Maybe he wasn’t home when the caravan of police cars went to his house. Or, as mentioned, he was in one of the cars, hope, hope, ....

Law enforcement vehicles seen leaving Patrick Frazee’s home

In case anyone hasn't seen the footage of the five vehicles leaving PF home... it is in this link.

MOO..
1) the 5 vehicles were two unmarked black suv/suburbans, then three marked police vehicles. Two of the marked vehicles were suvs. One was sedan. All three had different markings. Can anyone make out the difference?

2) Does appear like they were moving quickly. No stopping by some when going from driveway to road.

3) Has anyone seen footage of arrival? Wondering how long they were there.

4) good to see something happening

I'm pretty inventive when it comes to passwords. I just don't have or want to have one for my phone.

It really depends on how much one wants to "hide" what is on his/her phone. I am inventive when it comes to email addresses or pins. But it is something that I don't miuch care keeping a secret, I might use something more obvious. (Not a "password", of course).

Purely IMO but to have that many vehicles if it was a “routine” follow up seems odd.
Unless, it is routine to bring in back up in case something goes sideways? If LE are closing in on him he may become desperate? Does he own firearms? I'm guessing "yes."

On what grounds though?

We don't know. But if they are taking the child, it is for cause, probably with a court order.

They must have evidence that she is not safe. I think this means they have collected sufficient evidence against the father showing that he may be dangerous. Pure speculation here though...
