It's remarkable to realize that we will likely get answers to some of our burning questions during the Opening Statements on Friday...just two "sleeps" from now, as the little ones say.

Then Monday will swing open the door to ALL the happenings at the condo, the franch, KK's hometown and all points in between.

I'm expecting extensive peeks into Patrick's computer files that he was sure he had deleted. Whoops!

It's inevitable that this will be like getting new chapters to a book you read last year.....maybe meeting some brand new characters, some who like him and some who despise him, some with deeply incriminating tales to tell!

If we thought Patrick was a dumb cowboy based on our limited knowledge from KK's statement, imagine what could come tumbling out of the mouths of these others.

I'd like to know how they are getting PF in and out without any pictures of him being taken yet this week. They letting him slum it in the basement?

It's due to the last Decorum Order why you won't see photos of PF entering courthouse during the trial.

I believe it was for the arraignment back in May that there was a dust up by the defense about camera crews on the sidewalk outside PF's courtroom entrance.

In response, not only did Judge deny the motion for EMC at PF's arraignment, he also ordered no camera's and/or crew allowed on sidewalk closest to PF's courthouse entrance.

Network camera crews responded by just bringing along more powerful cameras, (and stayed off the sidewalk).

The most recent Decorum Order for the trial actually defined the Teller County Courthouse and surrounding Courthouse property parameters where live filming prohibited.

Seems the Court also covered their bases for any aerial or drone shots by erecting PF's special tent!

*Trial continues with Jury Selection (Day 3)-NO COURT TODAY! (@ 8am MT) - CO – Kelsey Berreth (29) (last seen Nov. 22, 2018, Woodland Park; phone pinged 800 miles away in Gooding, Idaho on 11/25/18 @ 5:13pm, reported missing Dec. 2, 2018; not found) – *Patrick Michael Frazee (32) “fiancé” arrested (12/21/18), charged (12/31/18) & arraigned (4/8/19) with 2 counts 1st degree murder (to align with the prosecution’s theories on how he did it), 3 counts of solicitation to commit 1st degree murder, 1st degree felony murder (death during attempted robbery) and charged (4/5/19) with 2 counts of crime of violence (sentence enhancer). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will not seek DP.
Trial began on Monday, 10/28 with jury selection, trial should start 11/1. Trial is expected to last 3 weeks (thru 11/18/19).

10/30/19 Day 3: 100 more potential jurors today. Individual jury selection is complete, with 91 potential jurors told to return Friday for round two. This group will be whittled down to the final 16 (12 jurors & 4 alternates) during voir dire. Opening statements anticipated Friday afternoon. Those are scheduled to last up to an hour for both sides. At this time, there are no hearings related to the trial docketed for Thursday, 10/31. Back in court on Friday, Nov. 1st.
*Child: Review hearing on 12/5/19.
*Krystal Jean “Lee” Kenney – Plea deal-plead guilty to 1 count of tampering with physical evidence, a class 6 felony, with an open sentence. Will testify at Frazee’s trial. Review hearing on 12/2.

Information from the search warrants includes a Facebook post from a woman with the same name as Patrick Frazee’s mother saying, “YAY the witch is dead.” The post was posted on Thanksgiving Day.

Police also shared a surveillance picture of Frazee in the baby section at Walmart on Thanksgiving.

It speaks volumes and is showing what an idiot he is.

He kills the mother of his own child who was surely taking good care of the baby and now he cant even figure out what to buy the baby to eat.

I also predict the defense will mention the fact that it wasn't until LE confronted KK with her lies and their evidence r/t KB's phone pings that she accused PF of having killed KB.

They'll say she's simply blaming him in a desperate attempt to save her own skin.

Agree. And then flip the script. PF was confronted by LE back in December and could have accused KK of killing KB. Except it wasn’t true, and he had no evidence to back it up.

I hope the prosecution points out that PF waited until trial preparation to blame KK - in a desperate attempt to save HIS skin.

So he went to Walmart after the murder was thought to have occurred? I always thought it was after he picked the baby up and before he went back to the townhouse for the second time.

Final round of jury selection for Patrick Frazee trial happening Friday

The ultimate goal of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s jury selection process was to find 90 suitable potential jurors.

On Friday, those 90 people will be whittled down to the final 16. Once that happens, opening statements will begin. Those are scheduled to last up to an hour for both the prosecution and defense.

The trial is scheduled to last three weeks, but Judge Scott Sells has told jurors it could last into Thanksgiving Week should deliberations take longer than that.

I have full faith in DA May to methodically walk this jury through the whole story from start to finish. Surely KK has been prepped for her trial testimony and the vicious cross that will follow, and it will...she comes with a lot of baggage that is hard for most to swallow, but evidence backs it up...and we have yet to hear all of it.

My hope is that Kelsey's family will be able to move forward from this when the trial has concluded knowing PF is locked up for the rest of his life. It will be a tough few weeks. They really haven't even had time to grieve their loss of their daughter yet...sad.

She truly is a strong woman. I still believe she knew more than she could/would say about KB & PF’s relationship in the early interviews. I think she will reveal a lot during the trial.
