Only 2 witnesses.
I'm imagining the defense envisioning who they can call as a witness. Hmmm, got no one.
Wait that'll look really bad. We'd better call someone....
Based on #5 in the doc below, I think that’s only 2 witnesses in addition to everyone included on the prosecutions list. Since prosecution’s list contains over 250 people, I don’t think we can infer much about defense’s witness list or strategy from it. But we should know a lot more after opening statements.

Present, intend to be for as long as it takes to get Justice for Kelsey.

Ditto

Im present too and will be checking in as often as I can.

Kelsey's murder hit me hard and I want to see justice for her, her baby, and her friends and family. Let the wheels of justice turn.

Will this trial be live streamed?

They didn't change venues but yes, they're on a trip back in time to an old, old courthouse.

ETA...Don't forget the extra pottys! LOL
The trial happened so fast they didn’t have time to dig more outhouses...

Has anyone seen what time opening statements will start? If they are starting today

Present!! RIP Kelsey

You will not be forgotten.
OT: I love seeing your sweet avatar’s face. Mighty Mick will never be forgotten. Her family set the standard for advocating and how to keep their loved one in the news by using media.

Court finalizing jury selection in Frazee murder trial

Nov 1, 2019

“Our goal is to select a fair jury.. not a fast jury,” Judge Scott Sells said, citing the massive amount of publicity.

Frazee is in the courtroom during this process.

Both the prosecution and defense have one hour each to question the potential jurors.

Prosecutors asked the jurors questions, such as whether they think people should be held accountable and whether they are comfortable leaving this case with some doubt but not reasonable doubt.

Four jurors said they had second thoughts about being impartial.

In December of last year, Patrick Frazee was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and solicitation to commit first-degree murder.

[...]

The court should have 16 people selected for the jury by the end of the afternoon, with four people as alternates.
Underlined BBM

Sure hope this doesn’t mean they think opening statements will be postponed until next week.

The defense, in my opinion, is only interested in one witness and that’s PF’s minion, KK. Their strategy is probably to try to dismantle and destroy her testimony on cross-examination.

BBM:
False. That's incorrect.

Judge Sells is absolutely controlling what happens outside of that courthouse, too.

He's even stated reporters aren't allowed to do any live reporting from right outside the courthouse, either. They have to actually get beyond the invisible fence of what's considered "courthouse property" before they can report anything to the public.

Here's the judge's Decorum Order, as a reference:

The media is a different animal from the public.

This trial is as far from LiveStreaming as we can ever get. This judge has the entire process on lockdown.

The press cannot use electronic devices to send out info, unless they cross they street away from the courthouse, and during formal breaks only.

There are not going to be any sketches allowed from inside the procreedings either.

And there is somethimng about a large tent, being erected so the press doesn't see some of the participants coming or going?

So no, to your question, NO---thats a hard no.

Can they use voice recorders in the courtroom? (I still call them tape recorders, ha)

Perhaps you missed the Big Top Circus Tent posted outside the courthouse entry.
For reference, see @GoJacks ' avatar.

Judge Sells even had the sidewalks around the courthouse blocked off with pylons at one point.

Don't know if they're still out there today or not.

JMO.
