What an idiot he was for texting that. You would think he would know she always texted in complete sentences with punctuation.

Imo

Did PF send that text or did KK send it?

I probably would have thought it meant, "I'm ill, call Tom," and wondered who the heck Tom was.

No wonder she was alarmed. It was obvious it wasn't Kelsey and even if it were and she was in a hurry, her mom would probably expect her to text or call later and explain.

Imo
THATS WHAT I SAID!

Exactly-- who's tom? Lol!!

Either PF, or KK under their direction of PF.

To me, it doesn’t matter one bit. The words came from him, because the plot was his. His 🤬🤬🤬 was on the line, not KK’s.

The same applies to the texts to Doss, and PF. She sent them, but the words were his.

Which day was it?
I was thinking it was the day after the murder so it was PF.
But, yes, either way it doesn't matter.
If it was on the 24th or later then I assume it was KK.

It was the 24th, so KK definitely could have had that phone. She was with PF most of the day, with the exception of the morning when she was cleaning.

I imagine this occurred later in the day, sometime between body retrieval and burning.

Well, they were very busy that day so I guess that's all they could manage in between cleaning up a murder scene, eating, buying gas, transporting a body, and setting a huge bonfire in the back yard.

The tooth was apparently recovered from the burn area. We don’t know what the testing said.

The fact that the prosecutor brought it up in her opening statement, and showed a picture of it (according to @GoJacks), means that this could be a sign of a bombshell revelation in the future.

Even if the testing doesn’t give a DNA profile, just identifying that tooth as human would be huge.

Thanks, MG. I keep stepping away from this case because <modsnip> this case has crawled all up under my skin.

I'm suspecting it will even get more evil as the trial goes on as we are finding just in opening statements and one-half of the first testimony just how much we didn't know. Giving me the chills already and I've been known to let this stuff roll off my back to remain neutral. I don't know how the Berreths can stand it!

Who does that??? I guess he must have actually brought h00kers home? why on earth was she involved with any of these people?? No wonder they didn't like KB..they could never be good enough to be near her.
Maybe she figured the only way PF could get a woman would be if he paid for one?o_O

Well we thought they were evil before, but Cheryl’s testimony made that word (evil), completely insufficient.

They’re the family from hell; the type of people that usually only exist in horror movies.

Oh my.
I think SF just thought no woman would be good enough for him. Except for herself, of course.

Yeah, what’s up with sister girl having KB sit on porch? Sounds like a bad B movie about inbred hillbilly fam.

CB put the condo in their LLC’s name, I’ve wondered many times why they did that. Part of me thinks to keep it as an asset PF could not touch if in fact he and KB married and then divorced.
If they bought it as a longer term income property investment, it wouldn’t be unusual to put it in an LLC name. It protects other assets if tenants sue or the property is foreclosed upon, etc. And protects the property if other holdings run into trouble. It’s actually recommended by tax advisors and attorneys, at least in CO.

(Really dark energy, I can barely tolerate even lurking in here...sometimes I’ll peek in here and see something and run back out as fast as I can.)

I'm starting to think that way. It was interesting that pf begged kk not to get married BUT she went ahead and married her now ex-husband, even though it appears that she didn't get over pf.
So the explanation could be sf...
All that long distance, though. I don't really get it.

We may find through testimony that other women were romanced by Frazee and perhaps also asked to kill Kelsey.

It may be that KK was the only one who truly shared that dark side with him.

Even though we know she never was able to go through with the murder, she flirted pretty hard with the idea and was crazy enough to drive many miles for the clean up and disposal.

I won't be surprised if Mama F had conversations with KK about the various plans though it's hard to imagine more than one adult could think bashing someone in the head, putting her in a garbage can and rolling her down the street was viable!

Some tainted drinking water on that franch, I'm thinkin'.
