I don't know about that. They're getting paid to defend PF. While I don't see a knock out drag em out fight, I don't think they're going to be "easy" on Cheryl at all. We want them to, it's the classy thing to do, but some defense attorneys are ruthless. I want to be wrong, and I hope so.

These are 2 separate events entirely.

Supposedly, and by supposedly, I mean I don't believe this for one red hot skinny minute, PF "begged" KK not to get married the night before her wedding.

The second bit about KK finding out PF had a child came well after Baby K was born.

These 2 things aren't connected, they were just strung together in the same sentence.

I would hope they would have total respect for her in how they pose their questions. It will do them NO good, to take on an innocent in all this. I also have a feeling that if they do get a bit rough or condescending, we're going to find out just HOW strong CB is!

FRAZEE TRIAL DAY 2: Good morning all. Today, Cheryl Berreth will retake the stand in the murder trial of Patrick Frazee. Prosecutors have used her testimony to suggest Kelsey Berreth was never accepted by the Frazee family, with Frazee’s mother Sheila reportedly calling her a “hooker” after she spent a night at the ranch.

It’s unclear who will testify after that. We’ve heard possibly Clint Berreth, Kelsey’s brother, could be next.

I’ll share updates around lunch & at the end of the day. Also, check back here for a Facebook live around 7:00 p.m. (MT) or so. I’ll run through my notes more extensively then.

If Clint is the next witness, I wish him all the best. I truly believe that it was that close sibling bond that got all of this going in the first place. Clint was smart and knew his sister better than anyone. I think Kelsey shared a lot more with Clint than even possibly to Cheryl- often times, siblings do- they don't want to worry their parents or get lectured- be honest, not all of us told our parents everything, especially the things we'd later on realize they were right about to be concerned!

I admire Clint- he was so persistent and didn't buy that Kelsey just up and took off and he certainly knew his sister wasn't an alcoholic and a child abuse! He didn't trust PF and the BS that he concocted, came to her condo to have a look around for himself with their Mom Cheryl. Both Clint and Cheryl couldn't sleep, and they started seeing things out of place and abnormal and wrote them down, calling LE. He seemed to have a good eye for details, and noticed what should have been missing if Kelsey took off, was still at the condo.

Go Clint! Prayers to you, whether you testify today or another day. I know you're going to be one of two star witnesses in Kelsey's case. I also don't think he'll put up with any bunk from the defense!

Testimony is scheduled to resume Monday morning in the first-degree murder trial of Patrick Frazee, a Florissant man accused of bludgeoning his fiancée, Kelsey Berreth, to death last Thanksgiving.

Berreth’s mother, Cheryl Berreth, who took the stand Friday as the prosecution’s first witness, is expected to resume her testimony Monday.

On Friday, Cheryl Berreth took aim at Frazee’s claims that his relationship with Kelsey had deteriorated in the days before her Thanksgiving Day disappearance, and rejected the idea that Kelsey would give up custody of their daughter, Kaylee, as Frazee had told police.

As we learned earlier this year, he's accused of soliciting his girlfriend, Krystal Kenney,on at least three occasions to kill Berreth. “All you gotta do is hit her in the head and put her in the trash can,” Viehman says, attributing to Frazee. When Kenney refused, Frazee is accused of telling her, “I guess I just care more about Kaylee than you do, and if something happens to Kaylee, it’s on you Krystal,” per Viehman.

One would hope that as Baby K's parent, PF might, just might, care just a tad more about his DAUGHTER than his side piece, who never even met her, cares about her.

Newsflash, PF: You're kinda' sorta' EXPECTED to care more about your DAUGHTER than your side piece does.

For anyone who ever thought this is about PF wanting custody of Baby K because he "loves" her, this quote from PF is your wake-up call.

PF doesn't love Baby K at all.
She's just a tool he used to try to manipulate all the women in his life.
He used Baby K the way he uses all females.

The fact that he could and would cold-bloodedly and brutally beat the mother of his child to death with a baseball bat should come as a surprise to no one.

I agree with everything you wrote. My own reply was shorter because that comment just made me shake my head in disgust.

I've said it before and I'll say it again- he pitted the women in his life against one another. Had Kelsey lived, he would have tried to come between mother and daughter in this same fashion. Thank God Baby K is no where near PF and his family. Just from reading so far what we have learned, it appears that mother, son, and sister all view women this way outside of their family, as well as inside their family. They learned that behavior from somewhere, and I think we can all guess who.

I think this is the only thread for KB, except the Media only thread. Other cases have/had multiple threads and "sections" on the website, and their discussion is focused more on thread topics. So I think this thread is gonna contain everything.
