ETA: It's believed PF dad passed around Sept 2018 but death was not confirmed in msm until Colorado Springs Gazette reported dad was deceased (in article published earlier this spring).

I believe the neighbor that gave KB a babygate may be neighbor with surveillance camera but don't know for certain. She may have also reported seeing PF's red truck on Thanksgiving at KB's condo. MOO

IIRC, it definitely was NOT the next door neighbor. It was another neighbor.

Yeah, all this year, we were trying to figure out if the dad was dead or not.
Someone, yesterday, posted correctly that the dad was deceased. But the fight over assets...?
Hmmm, I thought sf would have all the assets at this time. Maybe they were divorced.
Anyways...
I suppose they're having a late lunch. Staying tuned as always.

Perhaps the difference between hiring a high profile criminal atty from the big city, vs. a public defender from a smaller county in CO? Usually, the high profile attys go after everyone, but this smaller county defender is just focused on KKL is a liar etc. We'll see.

Some of us here have ALWAYS thought PF's primary motive for the murder was a financial one.

He resented having to pay KB child support, and for her insurance, and for anything whatsover.

He decided he wasn't going to "give" KB another red, hot penny.

HIS money.
HIS kid.
In PF's "mind," KB wasn't entitled to either of them, because "What's HIS is HIS, and HIS ALONE."

Sure sounds from Clint's testimony as if PF also regarded it as HIS inheritance.

I’m thinking pf attorney knew if they did they would have lost the jury completely . If pf thinks he has a chance to win because of Hatred of KKL he forgot about all the circumstantial evidence

Sounds like Patrick had a few things to gain through the murder. Ensuring Kelsey didn't hurt the inheritance case (not that I think she would have involved herself, IMO) AND having custody of his daughter.

Many here agree with you, myself included, but a deal is a deal, as they say. She'll never get what she truly deserves from the judicial system. But, she's dining at the Karma Kafe for the rest of her days, "where everyone is served, what they deserve." JMHO
