I'm going to assume the babygate relevance is because that was one item KK pointed out to authorities as having KB's blood "she left behind" on it.

Welcome Evilactionfigure.:):):)
If blood was purposely left, on the gate left behind, KK was trying to frame PF, in case he turned on her.
BUT, we are yet to hear....o_O
MOO.

Would be interesting to know if they are in the court room. If so, they are not witnesses. Iirc, the only witnesses identified for the defence are two of their own investigators and ALL of the potential witnesses for the prosecution, right? So, if RS is sitting in the courtroom, he's NOT a witness. JMHO
RS absolutely will be called to the stand by the prosecution as a witness.

You can "take that to the bank," so to speak.

Another new detail: Clint Berreth says #KelseyBerreth made him aware of family fight involving #PatrickFrazee for assets after his father’s death. Not clear how, or whether, this factors into prosecution case. Worth watching, though. @csgazette

On the witness stand, the mom of #KelseyBerreth testified that the relationship between her daughter and #PatrickFrazee and his family was strained -- with his mom even referring to Kelsey once as a "prostitute."

When #KelseyBerreth first came to CO after meeting #PatrickFrazee online, money didn’t seem to be issue, her mom testified. She was told cattle prices declined, creating financial pressures. @csgazette

At the time I found an article about an accidental death, didn't think I could post.
MOO
Hmmmm......Wayne Millard's death was ruled a "suicide" and not murder until another Devil incarnate, Dellen Millard, was tried and convicted of killing Timothy Bosma and Laura Babcock. Hmmmm...... He murdered his father too! That was his FIRST to get his hands on his father's fortune!! We all know what these "types" are capable of

Here for day two and I am camped out on the couch with a box of tissues and a horrible upper respiratory infection. Thank you everyone for the updates.

Oh, dear. Feel better.

Ugh. I get reporters aren't linked into WebSleuthers minds and will report details we wish to hear about...
But I really do dont care what PF's hair looks like. If he's taking notes. Or if he is remaining reserved.
All I care is that he has a GUILTY verdict that reserves him a small cramped jail cell with his name on it for the rest of his life.

About to head back in. I will do more updates at afternoon break unless I am indisposed. Remember: No bathroom breaks or reporters aren’t let back in. @csgazette

Judge Sells made a point Friday of saying his rules weren’t meant to be “punitive,” only to safeguard trial. Today he told us that if we talk in gallery, we’ll be relegated to back rows in court. Defense complained they couldn’t hear, he said. @csgazette #PatrickFrazee

FRAZEE TRIAL DAY 2: Here are some lunchtime notes.

• Cheryl Berreth retook the stand. She recalled walking into Kelsey’s townhome with a lot out of place. For example, the heat was uncomfortable, an exercise ball was missing and more. She says she put photos of Frazee & Kelsey face down. In her Dec. 2 call with Frazee, Cheryl said Patrick never mentioned going to look for Kelsey. Defense asked her more about the timeline & Kelsey’s finances. Cheryl says it was her understanding that Patrick could provide for Kelsey, and that’s a big reason why she moved. Defense also asked about the living situation. Attorney Ashley Porter said it’s her understanding Patrick lived at home to care for his sick mother. Cheryl said no — it’s her understanding he lived there to care for his animals and that Frazee’s mother Sheila worked too. Cheryl said Patrick was worried if his animals were out of line that Sheila would call animal control.

Interesting. Didn't we have a report about the animals being taken away by animal control after PF's arrest? Or am I remembering that wrong? Is this info an indication of the real nature of PF and SF relationship (adversarial) or is it the picture PF wanted to paint for KB (that he lived with his mom only to take care of his animals but didn't get along with her)?

We can’t watch this live, so the reporter’s descriptions are helpful in visualizing things.

Hope you feel better soon.

I have it as well. Meds, snacks, WS and sweet tea. A sure cure.

It's another topic altogether, but KB may not have wanted one due to her religious beliefs (devout Seventh Day Adventists don't wear jewelry). KB's mother CB doesn't wear a ring. I agree though that PF is cheap-- he probably liked that KB wouldn't expect a ring with a proposal. It also would have made it easier for him to claim that they were no longer together as most people think "no ring = no engagement". MOO.

Well, that just shot my IMO theory all to heck! I was conjecturing that KB was telling relatives she and PF were engaged because of the possible disapproval of baby out of wedlock when, in FACT, they weren't engaged at all. But that SDAs don't wear jewelry muddies my theory. Back to the drawing board.

They could make a fortune selling this on pay for view. Up grade the court house and pay for incidentals for the circus tent.

Well now! It's too bad that Sheila wasn't there to hear that comment from Cheryl! I bet the look she would have given Patrick wouldn't have had any maternal love showing on it. It makes me wonder why she would call animal control on her own son? Oh never mind, who can figure this bunch out.....
