Yes, this is one of the Zillow photos for the condo from when it was listed before KB bought it. It's tile in the kitchen area* and the bathroom. And it looks like hardwood everywhere else.

I think under the circumstances I would stay till the trial was over.

My impression/guess is that Grandpa Bereth may have stayed home with the baby. I haven't seen any mention of him at the trial. I'd want my husband to stay home and keep the baby away from this whole mess. He probably has some family there with him too. JMO IMO

ETA: oops, Grandpa Bereth is in town. Hopefully sweet baby is back home with her uncle or another family member though.

I have just read earlier this evening in one of the msm articles that the forensic guy said on the stand today the even HE wasn't picked up every time on her camera.

Also, the Arlo camera needs to be supported by an Arlo base station. Even if they came in the same kit, the odds are great that they were not produced in the same programming era, and both would have to be updated to be compatible. The first symptom of this would be that they failed to recalibrate the time / date stamp to the correct time zone (there are eight time zones across North America). If, for example, it defaulted to the easternmost (Newfoundland Standard Time) the photo would be time-stamped 4:00 pm at 12:00 noon Mountain Standard Time. As always, JMO

The "alley" is the area where the cars are parked. with a walkway leading to the only door. On the other side of the condo, there is nothing but a grassy area with some trees between the condos and Lake Avenue. JMO

Maybe that's why the judge don't want any media in the court room taking videos. I just betcha there's going to be a lot of security the day Krystal takes the stand.

All because poor Kelsey and her loved ones and friends will always be victims due to Patrick's actions and his sidekick's assistance. I know we're all laughing at him and his stupidity, but sometimes, it just feels wrong to do so.

Maybe the emails or text notifications sent to the neighbor is what LE used to determine the time-stamp? I'm just assuming the trigger notifications are sent immediately.

His stupidity helped make the case against him rock solid, and each day brings multiple revelations to that effect.

Today it was the Verizon store and the bank. Tomorrow it will be his cell phone data.

Nothing wrong with laughing now, because that means PF won’t be laughing in the end.
