I guess I've seen too many forensic file episodes and blood spatter seems to creep in everywhere - inside seams of shirts, etc. if he truly beat her with the baseball bat (and I think he did) the splatter would be tremendous IMO. I think he would have had to strip down and dispose of all his clothing including underthings - else there would be a smidge somewhere which reminds me of the items taken during the search of the ranch. Was there blood found ? I really want to know. All IMO
^^sbmCan someone explain why PF has a white tent to enter the courthouse?
Are they afraid someone will take pot shots at him?
I’m just not understanding the focus on a hypothetical event (dismemberment), which would have been a frivolous effort on his part.To keep the plastic bags of body parts in, while transporting them. Pretty sure hunters use their totes this way (and fishermen). I'm guessing the tote was standard operating equipment for his cowboy truck. Comes in handy for just this type of situation.
Probably got pretty messy anyway, given PF's inability to pay attention to details. Panic and irritability would play a role too. If he opened and closed that tote a few times while disposing of body and evidence, he probably transferred blood to the outside of the tote (but how enough blood got outside the tote to actually stain the hay, I dunno, maybe he spilled it? Can we picture him looking inside for any reason? I know I can).
This was November -- tote could have been both wet and dirty traveling around in truck bed long before KB ever placed inside. MOOI’m just not understanding the focus on a hypothetical event (dismemberment), which would have been a frivolous effort on his part.
Besides being pointless, it would have been time consuming. We already know that this guy was too lazy to clean the crime scene himself, leaving that house a bloody mess for a day and a half.
He still had to put her body in that tote, and there is no indication that it wouldn’t have fit.
If that staining on the hay is blood, I think the explanation is pretty simple:
He either set the tote in blood when he brought it in, or blood dropped down the sides when he put Kelsey’s body in.
Maybe both.
LE was able to verify the exchange took place when he said it did, if I remember correctly.
It was the other ten times he forgot to mention.
Imo

Well I’m not a fan of Frazee men, but his brother MAY just be somewhat o.k. I hope he buries him just a bit deeper though.
OOOH, his brother is on the stand! His brother just buried him!

I was thinking about this after hearing of the 11 times PF was spotted on the neighbor's camera. I didn't see Sam's FB live until this morning (anyone else NOT a fan of Daylight Savings time- always screws me up for the first week :-( ).. After hearing about the nasty names the F family called KB and made her go out on the porch, I can't imagine she would even want to attend a Thanksgiving dinner with them, but not for me to judge. As for the sweet potato casserole and that she forgot the pecans issue, I could see her maybe wanting to make it for him even if they were going out to dinner, if it was something of hers he really loved or a favorite family recipe she wanted to make him etc...Makes me wonder if he told KB they were going out to dinner (say the noon/2:00pm time frame), yet told his Mom he would be at ranch for the family dinner (hence the phone call to his Mom regarding being late... then his brother saying he showed up @ 2:30ish).... he was seen on the neighbors camera during the 2:00/2:30 hour and then not again until the 4:00/4:30 hour. So he pretends to be taking KB out to dinner (yet really intends to kill her), then rush home and eat T'day dinner with family 2:30/4:00pm time (gag me, after what he had just done)... leave right after dinner (doubt he stuck around to help with dishes), back to KB's to tie up his loose ends, etc and shows back up on the neighbors camera.Well, he could not have gotten there until sometime after 4:30, I would think.
His brother claimed he was there around 2:30 which we know is probably not true.
Does anyone remember what time he called his mother?
I wonder if he called her to say he was running late. I also wonder if he told her he had gone out to dinner with Kelsey.
