Patrick Frazee’s brother Sean Frazee taking the stand. He says his brother was late for Thanksgiving dinner and didn’t see him until 5. He says he wasn’t close to him. There’s also an ongoing family dispute between Frazee children over family assets

The part from Sam's lunchtime notes, that SF2 left the stand made eye contact with PF turned his head and rolled his eyes. Worth a million words.

Can we assume his brother is person non grata in Ma's eyes, and won't be overnighting at the Franch?

What’s hilarious, is that each day we learn something that makes us say “he’s done.”

I thought yesterday took the cake with the Verizon and Bank employees.

Today his brother stole the show, and provided testimony that preemptively destroys the forthcoming defense effort to shift the timeline, and the blame.

We know exactly where PF was on Thanksgiving, and it fits perfectly with the prosecution timeline.

Had his brother “forgotten” when PF arrived, it wouldn’t have been fatal for the prosecution. But him providing a time that makes complete sense, all but buries PF even more.

It blows my mind about the camera..... I mean, if you’re
Going to murder someone , maybe look????

He never ceases to amaze me. He is so back woods stupid,
So out of touch w modern society!!! How could he not realize having the phone w him... would be traced to him! All the phone call stuff, the pings and what not... makes me think PF is borderline barbaric! Did he not think he would be on any
Camera?!

Burn baby burn!!!
Well, at least he's learned something new. Too bad it's a little too late. For him at least.

I bet the brother is wanting PF off of that estate, as the B's have a suit against him correct and they could attach if PF owns any of the estate?

@Colorado303 ? or any other lawyers?

Yep, that's what some son's do. Never move outta the homestead and then claim to siblings that it's their property. Sounds about right for PF!
The ole "possession is 9/10th's of the law" , squatters rights etc theories. We actually had a case down here a few years ago where a squatter was living in a mansion along the water..... a bank owned the property but it was an all out legal battle to get the squatter out.

I doubt anyone will now that PF is out of the picture.
They can sell it and be done with it.

Imo

Yes and having the back up evidence of him being on video and his cell phone pings confirm this IMO. I'm also thinking that for the prosecution to assert that she was in that tote - I think there is something forensically proving this JMO

If there is blood on the hay at Nash, that would do it.

The tote changed positions. PF is 2 hours late for Thanksgiving. PF parks at the side of the house, and spends Half the time outside.

Oh, she was in that tote alright. I was always wondering why he wasn’t worried about a family member seeing it. Turns out he WAS.

You and me both. I just knew she was there. So sad to think about.

To keep the plastic bags of body parts in, while transporting them. Pretty sure hunters use their totes this way (and fishermen). I'm guessing the tote was standard operating equipment for his cowboy truck. Comes in handy for just this type of situation.

Probably got pretty messy anyway, given PF's inability to pay attention to details. Panic and irritability would play a role too. If he opened and closed that tote a few times while disposing of body and evidence, he probably transferred blood to the outside of the tote (but how enough blood got outside the tote to actually stain the hay, I dunno, maybe he spilled it? Can we picture him looking inside for any reason? I know I can).

We haven't heard anything about him taking one of his trucks to a service shop that was assumed owned by RS. I always thought it was taken there to replace the bedliner, I may be wrong, hope it's brought up!

But IF MaF takes the fifth we won't hear what he said on that call, right?

Ohhhh, if we are going in order, Ma could be next up?

He has the child with him quite a bit, but you can’t tell if he’s coming or going based on the photos
12:42 PM - 5 Nov 2019

(In reply to the question: ...at what point does he bring The child out with him? Is the child inside the whole time and only appears when he leaves?)

What if bloody, lightweight stuff was in the tote, but the body was still at the house...no? If LE is sure the body was in the tote, then PF managed to get it out of the house and not be captured on camera? Hmm.
We know for sure KB's body got out of her condo somehow though. So if there is no photo of that happening, it only means it wasn't captured.

She’s only caught on surveillance at Safeway, on the Williams Furniture Store camera driving back to her home and then once at her door with Patrick. That’s all in the noon hour
12:44 PM - 5 Nov 2019

(In reply to: Curious how many times Kelsey was on the surveillance camera on that day.)

Slater said KK told him PF gave her instructions about cleaning KB's apartment. She claimed he told her there was a sweater she needed to get rid of.

According to Slater, KK collected a stuffed animal, plastic bags from Hobby Lobby, tinfoil on top of some cinnamon rolls, blood-covered children’s toys and cookie cutters in the kitchen PF explicitly told her to remove.

KK said she also took a Bible that had blood on it and pillows on the couch, Slater said.

Slater said KK also used some of KB’s own trash bags and filled them with items she wanted to remove from the house. According to the testimony, KK said she also used some of KB’s cleaning supplies for the cleanup and wiped blood off of the windows and television.

“She said there were bloody footprints all over the floors of the house, in the bathroom, kitchen, living room and KB’s bedroom,” Slater said.

Slater said KK told him it took approximately three or four hours to clean up KB’s apartment. During this process, KK also told Slater she “purposely” left blood spatter in certain places of the house, including the fireplace in the living room and the baby gate that was leaning against the wall upstairs.

“She was hoping that law enforcement would find them sooner, and she would be contacted sooner,” Slater said.

After cleaning up, KK said she put the trash bags near where KB’s Corolla was parked, loaded them into her car, and went to Sonic.

I went hunting for the sonic video and couldn't help but post this again for us to review - it's really just so horrifying to me.
JMO

Honestly, KK!?! Hoping that LE would find evidence of a crime sooner than they did and contacting her sooner than they did? What about contacting LE yourself, KK? What about that?

Nope. Not sure on sentencing yet — but definitely no recording for trial
12:44 PM - 5 Nov 2019

(In reply to: Are they recording at all for after the trial? Will there be a way to watch jt after sentencing? I know no live reporting just curious about after.)

wow!!!! just wow. It’s blowing my
Mind the drama
That was happening on my street. Poor Kelsey had no idea what she was getting into.
When did father Frazee pass??

Guess PF didn’t want to give up the ranch and move
To town and get a real job.

It was smart for the prosecution to call his brother first out of the Frazee fam. With his career in LE, he has something to lose.
